Being able to put clothing in at night to be completed by the time you wake up and the same with putting in a load before going to work saves so much time. There is no need to use your old "system" in which you wash and dry, then put in another load in the wash with this combo unit. The best little spoken part is that after the dry cycle the washer/dryer is now dry. This means you don't need to worry about a moldy washer like all front loading washing machines

I appreciate being able to put detergent and fabric softener in a large dispenser and have it automatically dispense based on amount of clothes and cycle. The pedestal is a great size and can fit multiple liquid detergent bottles (large wholesale size). The drum size is larger than I could imagine which is great! I truly love not having to worry about moving clothes from the washer and dryer...I don't have to worry about forgetting to move the clothes to the dryer anymore. Top tier appliance with amazing performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good product and convenient with space it is big, I would say about a full washer and half dryer size in length, the dispenser is at the plbottom so it was worth getting the pedestal too, alot of different washing features and full control of dryer strength and length. Efficient to not have to constantly go and take out the cloths and load in a different machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does ok, but if it isn’t EXACTLY level, like the bubble on the level has to be dead center, then it gets off balance and gives a code. It continues to get off balance with any type of heavy load. I really wish we would have gone with a separate washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery communication was organized and punctual. Delivery men were courteous and helpful. Product was huge and heavy which means it's not cheap, in every sense of the word. ATM, I'm doing my very first load so, can't tell the quality of the wash yet though, I'm expecting it to be better. The power reset I did after the first load fixed the pad or screen which was stuck on "Registering" mode. Online says it's could be a glitch with the Smart Things app. After the wash and dry, I obserbed lint stuck around the rubber gasket. Hopefully that will go away and will not affect the colors of my next load. I would also like to mention my disappointment that after it was unwrapped in front of me by the delivery people, there were prominent scratches around the glossy part of the washer door. There was also a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Brand new and yet with scratches!

It basically is smart enough to wash and dry your clothes and you are only responsible for putting in and taking them out. It also sends messages to your phone if there's a problem or when the cycle as concluded. The unit is large enough to reduce the number of loads as compared to a stand alone washer. The unit dispenses the detergent and softener in the right amount and that results in savings as well as fresh, clean smelling laundry.

Easy to use and has an AI option for doingnyour laundry. Now to see how long this machine last. Clothes are coming out clean and dry. Cycle times are about right for a combo machine. Along with waiting on the durability will also have to wait on its energy usage.

I always wanted a combo unit because it saves time by not having to go back and move laundry over once the wash is done. Although it is slightly larger than my previous washer, the extra external size also means a larger drum, which holds more clothes in one go than my previous one. I am also a huge fan of the Wi-Fi connectivity since I can get push notifications of when it's done, further saving time. Online and video reviews say the vented version performs better than the ventless one, so I would suggest the vented version if possible. Overall, I am a fan because of how many time saving features it has, along with the synergy with my Samsung phone.
