You can wash and dry a King-size comforter in one go without moving wet heavy laundry. The Reality Check: While small loads dry in ~98 minutes, full loads take 4–5 hours. The "Damp" Feel: Because it uses a heat pump (no vent), clothes come out feeling slightly cool/humid but flash-dry in seconds. The Big Warning: It is maintenance heavy. You must clean the lint filter after every load and the heat exchanger every month, or drying performance drops instantly. Known Defect: Watch out for the tiny magnet in the lint filter; if it falls out (a common issue), the machine won't run.

It’s supposed to be able to hold a lot of laundry and when we put more than seven towels and it jumps around. I love the fact that I can put laundry in and the AI cycle will do everything for me until it’s done drying. I also love the fact that it auto calculates how much laundry soap and softener it needs. The large capacity liquid holders are terrific so I only have to fill it every month.

This thing can hold a TON of clothes or large bedding items which is a major plus for me. You never have to worry about the mildew smell post wash since it dries itself out. A bunch of settings to get the ideal wash/dry (wrinkle prevent, pause in between to take out stuff, and regulat wash/dry features). Only cons: if you use pods only you'll still get a "detergent/fabric softener storage empty" every time, haven't found a way to disable that. This thing is HEAVY, it is 300 pounds so be prepared to get some help moving it. I will say, however, because its so heavy (as well as with the calibration the machine does before the first wash) it never shakes wildly. Last pro i almost forgot: this thing is SILENT, so nice especially if you live in an apartment to not hear it all the time.

Cleaning the vent is not as easy as I'm used to, but must be done after each load. The manual only gives the basics, so I will need to do some online searches to learn about all the functions available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautifully designed unit. It is very quiet. I love the touchscreen and the fact that the unit talks to you during certain steps. I appreciate being able to put detergent and fabric softener in a large dispenser and have it automatically dispense based on amount of clothes and cycle. The pedestal is a great size and can fit multiple liquid detergent bottles (large wholesale size). The drum size is larger than I could imagine which is great! I truly love not having to worry about moving clothes from the washer and dryer...I don't have to worry about forgetting to move the clothes to the dryer anymore. Top tier appliance with amazing performance!

Easy to use and has an AI option for doingnyour laundry. Now to see how long this machine last. Clothes are coming out clean and dry. Cycle times are about right for a combo machine. Along with waiting on the durability will also have to wait on its energy usage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo unit is slightly larger than my previous washer, except it performs the functionality of both the washer and dryer at once. I always wanted a combo unit because it saves time by not having to go back and move laundry over once the wash is done. Although it is slightly larger than my previous washer, the extra external size also means a larger drum, which holds more clothes in one go than my previous one. I am also a huge fan of the Wi-Fi connectivity since I can get push notifications of when it's done, further saving time. Online and video reviews say the vented version performs better than the ventless one, so I would suggest the vented version if possible. Overall, I am a fan because of how many time saving features it has, along with the synergy with my Samsung phone.
