I’m disappointed with my Bespoke AI Laundry machine. I had high expectations, but the performance has been frustrating. The AI Wash+Dry feature, which is supposed to automatically detect load size and moisture levels, consistently falls short. It often leaves my clothes damp, even after long cycles. I’ve had to run additional dry-only cycles—sometimes up to 1.5 hours—and clothes are still not fully dry. I’ve checked the filters and everything is clean, so that’s not the issue. At this point, it seems only suitable for very light loads like socks and underwear. Definitely not what I expected from a premium appliance marketed as “intelligent.”

Let me start at the beginning: a nice, stylish, well designed machine arrives at my door step and gets set in place in lieu of my 2 other old but reliable machines of 10 plus years. I look at my new laundry space and notice how much more space I just gained by the idea that it's a combo. To add to the fun, I plug it in and a nice looking digital screen greets me with a well executed step by step instructions guide on how to set up the unit plus features and QR code to install the smart things app to link the machine to the phone appears. As my house has a lot of Samsung Smart devices, this machine quickly found a home here. Connected flawlessly to my network already setup and ready to go via smart things that was well established on my phone. Once the setup process was completed, the machine has a simple to use interface that allows for selection of variety of features such as AI wash and dry which auto selects pretty much for you the entire wash and dry cycle depending on the item and soil level. Love love love this feature as it simply became my go to feature now. Just set and forget it. Some time later, the clothes are perfectly washed and dry. No mess, and no need to switch over which I must say is something to get used to. Breaking that habit of having to constantly switch over from washer to dryer is a chore that I hated especially while taking care of a house with 4 children (boys). There are other features such as steam wash, bubble soak, speed cycle, etc. I tried almost all with different variations of clothes, blankets, and towels and the items came out soft, fresh, and fully washed and dried as expected. Some cycles do take a long time however but I tend to do my laundry at night so it doesn't bother me especially when there's no need to swap from washer to dryer. The bottom of the machine also has 2 containers for detergent, softener, or hybrid where you can alternate 2 different types of detergent. Each configurable to the cycle you select. What else could I possibly want in a washing machine. I love that you fill it up and the machine will select how much it needs and dispense accordingly. The right amount every time and I don't need to pour or add for a new load. It has a sensor of how much is left in each bin and notifies me when low through the touchscreen and the app. Truly remarkable. Also, the lint filter clean out couldn't be easier, slide it out right at a convenient height, slide it, and the lint rolls up. All built in to the filter. No mess, easy to use and absolutely phenomenal. This machine has changed the way we do laundry forever and has provided us more family time instead of more chore time. Excellent quality product from a brand we already love very much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this thing is great! The technology is amazing. So easy to work with. Fill the detergent, fill the fabric softener, and you are ready to go! The app tells you how much detergent and softener are left. The alerts are easy and let you know when the wash cycle is done, when the dryer is done. Have done multiple loads and each was different. Regular clothes, sheets, towels and so far all have been just as good as any other washer and dryer combo I have had in the past. I also really like this design for the lint trap. So much easier to clean it off than previous versions.

Washing and drying in the same unit is great and saves time especially when you forget to change loads. The lint catcher is easy to clean out and being able to store a lot of detergent and softener in the washer is another amazing time saver. Just throw in loads of dirty laundry and start up with out adding anything. There is a lot more space in the laundry room now and able to store other cleaning items in the room now as well. I do like using the touch screen to set up every load. The drying has been great as well with clothes washed and completely dried. Still learning what else can be done as there a ton of options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when my husband bought this combo unit as my experience with previous combo units in rental homes was that they take forever to do a load and the drying was especially terrible. Samsung blew my mind in both these aspects as our combined washer/dryer run only took an hour and a half and came out fully dry. I wish the capacity was larger but this machine is already gigantic so I can appreciate the limitation. I have this on the second floor next to my gym and the kids rooms. I alternate between throwing in gym clothes/towels and the kids laundry and revel in the ability to leave it and forget it, instead of having to come back after the wash cycle to then transfer to a dryer and start the process over. The one stop shop has been an essential luxury to have. I also enjoy having my fully connected home be able to keep me updated on the wash/dry cycles and when Im cooking in the kitchen or watching tv for my other samsung products to be able to notify me when the laundry has completed. What an incredible age of technology we live in! I also like that I can adjust the dry cycle duration as it is quite difficult to fully dry bed sheets/comforters because they always get balled up. The AI component of detecting soil/dryness is in early technology and I expect it to improve with use and time. The auto open door is such a simple yet genius idea to ensure that clothes are able to dry out and no smells develop if I am unable to unload the laundry in a timely manner. Being able to load the detergent in a reservoir for multiple 40+ load uses allows me to keep clutter of laundry detergent bottles hidden and away from the laundry room aesthetic. The new lint removal system is super simple and makes that process even easier without having to hand pick out pieces of lint. I have a normal separate set of laundry washer dryer in the actual laundry room on the first floor that has since become obsolete. Don't hesitate, although its expensive, the technology is worth it and nothing is more important than your time, and this product absolutely saves you more of it to do the things you actually want to do. It also helps that it looks super sleek!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I talked my husband into purchasing me the new Samsung AI Bespoke Laundry Combo, which was a feat in itself, since we actually have a gas dryer hook up. This meant to purchase this particular combo he was going to need to do some major upgrades. Well, he did it for me and I am genuinely indebted to him and it is absolutely worth it!!! I’m thrilled with pretty much everything about my new W/D! The first thing I got excited about with this machine was the idea of completely washing AND drying a full load of laundry in 68 minutes. I thought I had hit the jackpot, since everyone knows “time is money”! Sadly, when I washed my first load of clothes, I was seriously disappointed after having quickly run through the tutorial (without paying too much attention mind you) and setting everything basically on a “normal” setting, just to discover that it was saying my laundry would be complete in 2 hours and 30 minutes. I was a bit baffled and perhaps a tad miffed; however, my husband came in a little while later and told me what I needed to set it on to run 68 minutes. Whew! I love the Smart Things app! I have multiple Samsung devices now and the app has become almost 2nd nature to me. The only issue is that others in my family don’t use it. Back to my fabulous new W/D combo, did I mention that I can fill the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensers located at the bottom of the machine and AI intuitively knows how much to extract based on the amount of soil on clothes, bedding, etc. Additionally, I can now purchase the lesser priced liquid detergent over the cost of the laundry pods, since the pods were simply a convenience purchase for me. The machine runs so amazingly quiet that it could actually be located and running in my bedroom at night while we were sleeping without waking us. Speaking of running the machine at night, prior to purchasing thi W/D combo, I would find myself wanting to put a load in the washer before going to bed, but I would usually stop myself for fear of forgetting it in there the next morning. It’s always a bummer to come home after a long day at work to find a washer full of clothes that need to be rewashed after sitting for almost 24 hours. Im happy to report this is no longer an issue! I can easily throw my load in before bed knowing that I’m going to wake up to the full load complete! The door even automatically opens for me allowing the heat to exit and air out the load. On those mornings that laundry is the last thing on my mind, it’s no longer a biggie! I could mention a myriad more of the incredible features this W/D combo offers, but then I would just sound like a braggart! Lastly, I will add that my husband is pleased with the 20 year warranty. Many companies seem to be shortening their warranty these days, but Samsung actually extended there’s out to the 20 year mark! This is unheard of!

This is very convenient to set the machine to work at night and I’ll wake up with clean laundry. It is also very quiet to I didn’t even know it was on sleeping in the next room. We normally wash 3 loads of laundry per week but have to spend all day just doing laundry. With this new combo I can put in my laundry and set it to wash at midnight and I wake up with clean laundry ready and I can put in my second load and run errands and it’s clean. All detergent and softener are set in the machine so I don’t need to reload every time. I definitely love this machine. Compressor died on the unit and getting 10 year warranty honored is an absolute joke. Nothing worse than having to find a laundromat to go to because the incredibly expensive washer you own breaks and Samsung drags their feet to provide a solution. Steer clear
