[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer dryer combo itself is very convenient, I put in my clothes before I go to sleep and wake up they are washed and dried. It is awesome in that sense, it does have a bit of trouble drying larger loads thoroughly. I’d recommend washing small to medium loads if you want a nice consistent wash and dry. All in all I love this machine but it definitely does need to be improved upon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were hesitant to try an all in one, but since it's now just my wife and myself we decided to give it a shot after seeing favorable reviews and teardowns on YouTube. Installation for the vented unit was very straightforward, nothing out of the ordinary for a similar separate washer/dryer. We've been using it for 2 months now, and we're very happy. The quality of the wash has been good, along with all the washing options. Drying is fast, and overall a wash and dry is faster than expected. It's great to put a load of laundry in and then it's dry and ready to put away. No more forgetting to transfer from the washer to the dryer. My only complaint was using the pedestal with this unit, initially it wouldn't spin due to shaking and unbalanced load. I repeatedly ensured it was perfectly level using a 4ft level so that wasn't the problem. What ended up solving the shaking issue was putting weights into the pedestal along with shock absorbers between the washer and pedestal. The shock absorbers alone didn't work. Having weights in the pedestal defeats the purpose of the storage drawer, but raising the washer up was the ultimate goal.

I love not having to add detergent each load. The tub is large enough for a king comforter. I love having the extra space in my laundry room and it looks so sleek and stylish. I also like that I can delay start the loads until I’m ready to fold. I appreciate it tells me when to clean the drum and filters.

You can even catch a vibe while listening to music! It’s a great eye catcher & don’t even get me started on the amount of clothes I can put in it! It also is an energy saver! It’s a great catch!

It does everything for you, from washing to drying without having to move wet garments to the dryer, since it’s an all-in-one unit, it also selects the amount of detergent needed for the load and type of cycle, and even notifies you via the SmartThings app that it finished washing/drying your clothes. It is very quiet, modern looking, and it does not leave lints on your clothes. Highly recommended!

Having ability to add 2 different detergent and use it independently, my use case is kids having their own detergent which needs to be added separately 2. Issue- I found that some loads like bedding/ comforter have issues with spin cycle 3. issue - the drying for some cycle like delicate doesn't work effectively

We’re both working parents so being able to throw a basket in the wash or before bed and not have to worry about that musty smell when we’re finally able to get to it. And the reservoirs for detergent and softener are fantastic!

Want it to start after midnight and complete drying when it's dried and not by the minutes I set it too. Overall, no issue so far
