[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer/dryer combo has excellent capacity. The door is at a very convenient height for loading / unloading. The unit is sleek but may be a bit deeper than an older laundry area may accommodate easily so measure carefully. Unit has many different settings. Clothes are nicely clean and once you set the cycle you will come back to dry clothes! One and done is great. The lint filter is easy to access and clean. It's a smart appliance and although we have not used that feature yet, it is great that it's there. Very happy with the purchase.

Product was huge and heavy which means it's not cheap, in every sense of the word. ATM, I'm doing my very first load so, can't tell the quality of the wash yet though, I'm expecting it to be better. The power reset I did after the first load fixed the pad or screen which was stuck on "Registering" mode. Online says it's could be a glitch with the Smart Things app. After the wash and dry, I obserbed lint stuck around the rubber gasket. Hopefully that will go away and will not affect the colors of my next load. I would also like to mention my disappointment that after it was unwrapped in front of me by the delivery people, there were prominent scratches around the glossy part of the washer door. There was also a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Brand new and yet with scratches!

Good capacity and cleaning, cycles aren’t quite as short as advertised but still pretty quick, and is efficient because it washes and dries in one machine and has great automation and lots of options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most owners love the "load and go" lifestyle, but it requires more care than a standard dryer. The Best Part: The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is massive. You can wash and dry a King-size comforter in one go without moving wet heavy laundry. The Reality Check: While small loads dry in ~98 minutes, full loads take 4–5 hours. The "Damp" Feel: Because it uses a heat pump (no vent), clothes come out feeling slightly cool/humid but flash-dry in seconds. The Big Warning: It is maintenance heavy. You must clean the lint filter after every load and the heat exchanger every month, or drying performance drops instantly. Known Defect: Watch out for the tiny magnet in the lint filter; if it falls out (a common issue), the machine won't run.
