Not having to add detergent or softener every load is fantastic. There is definitely a slight learning curve. Ensure you read the manual and set up the unit in the smart things app. Unit is beautiful as well. Definitely recommend. Make sure you remove the shipping bolts and level the feet prior to use if you install it yourself.

With such a large capacity, doing one load twice a week (for two adults) is all we need. No more marathon laundry days of washing, flipping, starting another load, flipping...and then putting it all away at one time. Everything is fully dry when finished, and when we've forgotten to pull it out the same day, wrinkles have not been an issue. It has been an all-around time saver.

I had a problem where I would leave the clothes in the washer and they would be stinky by the time I remembered. I save so much water, detergent, and time having this combo unit. I set it and forget it and when I come back all the clothes are washed and dried and smell great. And having the detergent pre-loaded means even my little kids have learned how to wash clothes! I love this thing. Best purchase of the year. Also, this machine is quieter and more stable than the ones I had before. Another plus.
