[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer dryer combo is much larger than I expected. It is working very well and I love it so far. Spins at a very high speed perhaps drys more while spinning. It save space and I will add a new cabinet as dryer is integrated, frees up lot of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this machine for about two weeks now and have loved it. One of our biggest struggles before was forgetting to switch the washer to the dryer, and that's not an issue anymore. It's so nice to just set it and forget it. The cleaning performance is exactly what we expected, and the capacity feels just like a normal machine we've had in the past. We got the vented version, and we've had no issues at all with drying times being extended or clothes not getting fully dry. It has worked great and has been really reliable. It's been really efficient to throw a load in before we leave for the day and come home to clean, dry laundry ready to fold. The AI cycle has been a really nice feature too. We can just load it up, and it senses what the load needs and adjusts accordingly, which makes it even easier. It also shows how much energy is being used, which is a cool bonus and helps us keep an eye on efficiency. Another feature we've really enjoyed is the built-in laundry soap and fabric softener dispensers. No more measuring detergent or tossing pods in — we just fill them up, hit a button, and go. No more forgetting laundry and having to rewash because it sat too long. It's been a huge convenience for our family. Highly recommend this washer dryer combo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does everything as advertised. I however do recommend getting the optional pedestal. Have it set up in our smart home and it integrated very well. Love the fact it also drys so you don't have to run around and do things when it turns off. One note for future buyers, if it's in a smaller laundry room like an apartment, be warned the auto opening of the door opens wide, and laundry room door may hit it; get a silicon door knob cover to prevent metal handle bashing the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love my all-in-one washer and dryer. The only thing I do not like and wish they would redesign is the drainage system. If you have animals, the dog and cat hair tends to get clogged up down there, and unfortunately the washer will not continue with cycle since I cannot drain properly if that is not cleaned so when you remove the drain to get the hair out, water goes everywhere this is the only thing I do not like about the washer and dryer otherwise it is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has completely changed the way I handle laundry. I bought it for the convenience, but the capacity and efficiency ended up being just as impressive. The SmartThings notifications are actually useful. Most combo units feel cramped — this one doesn't. It feels like a full‑size washer and dryer merged into one. I'm genuinely happy with this purchase. It saves space, saves time, and handles big loads without complaining. If your priorities are convenience, capacity, and efficiency, this machine checks all three boxes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been extremely impressed with the Samsung 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo. The biggest advantage is convenience—being able to wash and dry clothes in a single machine without transferring loads saves both time and effort. The large 5.3 cu. ft. capacity easily handles family-sized loads, bedding, and towels. The AI features do a great job of automatically selecting settings based on the load, and the auto-dispensing detergent system makes laundry almost hands-free. The vented drying system is noticeably faster than many other all-in-one units I’ve used or researched, and clothes come out clean, dry, and ready to wear. I also appreciate how quiet the machine is during operation and how much space it saves compared to having separate washer and dryer units. The touchscreen controls are modern and easy to navigate, and the SmartThings connectivity adds another level of convenience for monitoring cycles remotely. While all-in-one units may require some routine maintenance, the overall performance, drying capability, and ease of use have exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a space-saving laundry solution that doesn’t sacrifice capacity or performance, the Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo is an excellent investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung all in one vented washer dryer combo because it would fit in my limited space in my house. I really enjoy the ease of using it. The dispensers for detergent and fabric softener is very convenient and last a long time so it's great capacity. I decided to vent it because I had read that it dries more efficiently. I definitely agree that venting was a great option for me and I find that most of the time the clothes are completely dry. The only exception are those bulky things like bedding for a king bed that I'll have to do 10 minutes longer. It's energy efficient. It's quiet and I love that the door pops open at the end of the cycle so that I can avoid getting mildew in the gaskets and other items. It's really easy to empty the filter and I find it very convenient to pour into a dish and love the reminders on the unit to do it every so many cycles. It's easy to use. It's smart and I really do enjoy the convenience of having just one appliance that does washing and drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this washing machine and dryer combo! It has been a life saver. I can start my wash in the morning before I go to work and everything is dried once I get home. The clothes are always fully dried. It holds a lot of clothes! It cleans the clothes excellent! And it does it super fast! It was super easy to install the vent and the washing machine Combo. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my favorite washer/dryer ever. It is so easy to use, all I have to do is fill the reservoirs, pick which clean cycle I want, and go! I understand some people might want to run two loads at once, but the capacity on this all in one is actually huge, and it cleans all my laundry so well. I can start it, go do other chores, and not have to worry about flipping laundry! Definitely recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Note that it is massive so make sure you have space for them. Absolutely beautiful set and I love it. Having two kids equal laundry every other day and this machine is a savior. Washes comforters and a big load.
