[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer machine I've ever owned. It cleans clothes exceptionally well, runs quietly, and has a large capacity that easily handles big loads. The AI features are convenient, and the design looks modern and beautiful in my laundry room. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros - Large unit. Fits a lot of clothes. Does a good job washing. Touch screen is nice and I like the app functionality. Like the ability to pause between washing/drying. Cons - Doesn't dry fully. Often times you have to do another dry cycle. Deeper than my old unit so now I can't close the door in my laundry area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! In a home of 5 busy adults this is a godsend! Not having to worry about clothes being left in washing machine to be transferred into dryer is the best part! No more moldy smelling clothes! Only draw back is that I usually have to put dryer on for another 10-20 minutes! If that's my only complaint, I'm still winning!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer and dryer combo is fantastic! It saves so much space in the house, runs very quietly, and is incredibly easy to use. It has made laundry much more convenient, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compact, efficient appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Choosing this Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is hands down the best decision I've made for my home. The 5.3 cu ft. capacity is massive, easily handling bulky king-size bedding and huge family loads in one go. Because it's an all-in-one unit, the transition from washing to drying is completely seamless—no more forgetting to transfer wet clothes. Its performance is remarkably consistent, leaving everything perfectly clean and dry every single time. I'm also thoroughly impressed by its efficiency, saving both time and energy, and it runs with almost zero vibration or noise, even during high-speed spin cycles. The AI Home features make it incredibly intuitive to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome concept that I've been waiting for for decades. There are still a few bugs like the detergent measuring system and sometimes the dry cycle doesn't get completely dry. Overall very happy with the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our washer and dryer. We have had them for a few years now and they have given us no problems. Love the AI mode and being able to connect them to my phone. Will continue to buy Samsung for our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely concerned about getting a combo wash/dry but I am extremely happy with the product and would absolutely recommend for anyone that is hesitant on purchasing this product. Everything works as expected and I have not yet had any concerns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a large capacity. It is very consistent in washing and drying. I also find it efficent and it saves money on my water bill. The vibration is low and doesnt feel like its shaking the entire house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my favorite washer/dryer ever. It is so easy to use, all I have to do is fill the reservoirs, pick which clean cycle I want, and go! I understand some people might want to run two loads at once, but the capacity on this all in one is actually huge, and it cleans all my laundry so well. I can start it, go do other chores, and not have to worry about flipping laundry! Definitely recommend this.
