I never have to move heavy, wet clothes from the washer to the dryer. This eliminates bending and reaching, which is incredibly gentle on the back. You can load the machine, go run errands around Houston, and come home to clean, dry clothes. You will never have to wash a load because you forgot to switch it over before bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dreaming with this appliance for a couple years. It is an amazing appliance, super quiet and will my kids help me with laundry :). The black color is modern and timeless. It dries the cloths leaving it fresh. I can clean my king size comforter with not issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love everything about it except for the capacity. It's supposed to be able to hold a lot of laundry and when we put more than seven towels and it jumps around. I love the fact that I can put laundry in and the AI cycle will do everything for me until it's done drying. I also love the fact that it auto calculates how much laundry soap and softener it needs. The large capacity liquid holders are terrific so I only have to fill it every month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were limited as what we could get small space regular stackable to tall Small stackable drum was so small Didn't want a heat pump or ventless Found this Samsung that was vented Love it so far I can do larger loads all drys nicely Don't have to walk up and down stairs which is a plus at our age! Got the pedestal with large store drawer which makes it so easy to load Can look at my phone to see what it is doing It sure makes doing laundry so much easier and love how detergent and softener go in automatically! So many different cycles to choose from and you can change water temp spin I This replaces a 20 year old stackable so it's a GameChanger!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so great! We love the size and the ease of use. It is so convenient to just put the clothes in and leave it without worrying about having to switch to a dryer. It is also is a lovely looking machine, and the pedestal is such a nice feature to not have to bend to put clothes in or take them out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new W/D combo. Easy to use. No need to transfer clothes after a wash. Clothes come out clean, less wrinkles but slightly damped (I don't mind). I'm still getting used to the tech features. I will def recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have lovingly named him Dark Vader. We love how awesome it cleans our clothes. And we love that we have a 10 min window to unload our delicates and start the dryer. The clothes come out perfectly dried. The unit looks like art work dramatic and sexy. I never thought I would say that about a major appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design isnt the greatest. I didnt realize until i started hooking it up. First of all the back is a cluster. The water hose connectors are way too close to the power cable and the vent. It would be nice to have options for both the vent and the power cord placement. It would also be nice to be able to switch which way the door opens. I wanted to have the unit to the far right of my laundry room, but the cluster in the back required me to put it to the left of the room. Now the door swings open to the left and makes it super awkward to get clothes into it. The capacity is good. The Performance will have to wait for a few weeks, but for now is okay. The technology is good as samsung usually is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my all in one washing machine, it saves time. It does not take up so much space and I don't struggle getting clothes from the drum which is a big plus. I love that it has an app that you can connect to it lets you know when you clothes it's ready. So far it has cleaned my clothes very well, and also I love the fact that I don't need to put detergent and fabric softener.
