[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best machines offered by Samsung. This is actually my second time time owning this combo as my new home buyers begged to keep the last set. The features make for a fun laundry day. Must have if you want a quiet, smoother, efficient washer and dryer set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't let all the teck stuff get you sidetracked. It is a very easy unit to use The app lets you keep track of washing and drying. And it lets you know energy and water consumption. My first load came out great. I had some wrinkles in with the three cotton work pants. I put it through the steam cycle and it took the wrinkles out I recommend this unit to anyone who can use a smart phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung product tops it all, the technology is amazing and easy to use, very simple and easy to install the sap and to operate, great capabilities, space saver, less detergents and less water, very unique design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love everything about it except for the capacity. It's supposed to be able to hold a lot of laundry and when we put more than seven towels and it jumps around. I love the fact that I can put laundry in and the AI cycle will do everything for me until it's done drying. I also love the fact that it auto calculates how much laundry soap and softener it needs. The large capacity liquid holders are terrific so I only have to fill it every month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's good enough for our master bedroom closet, but if you add one sock too much, be ready to dry the load multiple times. Also, the washer occasionally leaks through the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though this unit is a bit pricey it is worth every penny. There is nothing bad to say about this unit at all whatsoever. It makes your life 1000 times easier. Way to go Samsung terrific product
