[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure that I would love this. But after one day I realized how amazing laundry could be when you don't have to switch the load from the washer to the dryer. It is also amazing that it talks to my tvs and my phone letting me know when a load is done. For one load of laundry it takes about 100 minutes from start to finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use, Has very large capacity, makes my life so much simpler being able to “Delay start” a load or to control things from my smart phone :) The only issues I've had so far is with water supply and that's probably an installation error on my part.

Ive had this washer/dryer for close to a year now and still love it. It saves me time needing to move clothes after the wash cycle and the clothes are dry when its done. I also love that the door auto opens when done completly removing any mildew smells. We love how easy it is to maintain and the fact we can go down when its done and clothes are washed and dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laundry machine works very well and is easy to use. The clothes come out clean and fresh every time. It is not too noisy and has good washing settings for different types of clothes. I also like that it saves time and has enough space for many items. Overall, it is a very practical and reliable machine for everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery communication was organized and punctual. Delivery men were courteous and helpful. Product was huge and heavy which means it's not cheap, in every sense of the word. ATM, I'm doing my very first load so, can't tell the quality of the wash yet though, I'm expecting it to be better. The power reset I did after the first load fixed the pad or screen which was stuck on "Registering" mode. Online says it's could be a glitch with the Smart Things app. After the wash and dry, I obserbed lint stuck around the rubber gasket. Hopefully that will go away and will not affect the colors of my next load. I would also like to mention my disappointment that after it was unwrapped in front of me by the delivery people, there were prominent scratches around the glossy part of the washer door. There was also a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Brand new and yet with scratches!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided on the ventless combo from Samsung, after much research. I originally had separate appliances. I wanted to try the combo to free up space in my laundry room. It's very efficient , I love the prefilled dispensers, The app is handy when I have delicates that I want to air dry. I choose vented since I have a vent, so the hot air can be released outside . Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I ordered the pedestal for storage also .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Automation: in general, it is exactly as expected. Efficiency: there is a lot of waiting time, the clothes come out wrinkled and with lint, even when using wrinkle prevention. But it is very good that it doesn't retain bad odors if you fall asleep or forget to put it to dry. I like that I can refill the detergent and fabric softener and not have to add them in every wash. The filter is designed to be cleaned perfectly. I love that the door opens and that I can control it from my phone. I also like its technological and versatile display. I also like that it notifies me on my different devices about the washing and drying progress. Capacity acord a single family.

No dewrinkle or steam dewrinkle? Im going to keep this as one stars until they update this. That's a feature that was on my dryers from a decade ago. I have the vented combo and even it doesn't? I can understand the ventless more but that a shame. Also the way that the vent hole is at the top allows for way more hair to get trapped in the drum instead of ejected to the vent filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm hard to please and doubted but I got this for my anniversary and I can never go back to a separate washer and dryer!!! It's just so efficient and fast and worth every penny! It also has a large capacity drum that even fits our king sized comforter. The automation takes all of the thinking out of it too. I'll be honest I've had this washer for a while now, half a year expecting there to be something I won't like but no everything has been smooth sailing. It does however take some getting used to and messing with the settings. The app is a must. And not because you need it every time but because it lets you perfect the washes. For example we were just running everything on auto mode at first and sometimes jeans would be a little damp in places. Not horribly damp just one day folded and it would be fine but We also didn't want to run it on “more dry” because we do want to save energy so we eventually integrated it with the app and were able to choose a level 4 dryness. So the display gives you 3 drying options (1-3 lvls) eco, normal, and more dry and the app gives you 5 so more precise. So 4 was the sweet spot for us. Dry enough for immediate use even on towels and jeans but just before fully bone dry. However if saving energy isn't important to you just use “more dry” It will still stop automatically once it's perfectly dry so you don't need to worry about over drying things.
