We were honestly surprised by how much of a difference it made compared to our old setup. The capacity is great, it handles big loads without feeling overloaded, and the clothes come out clean and fresh every time. The AI features are actually useful too, not just some gimmick. It does a great job sensing what the load needs, and it makes laundry feel a lot less like a chore. My wife especially likes how sleek and modern it looks, and I like that it feels solid, quiet, and efficient. Overall, we are extremely happy with it. It looks great, works great, and has made laundry day a lot easier in our house. Definitely glad we went with this one.

I use the heavy cycle for grandkids clothes because I can put a lot of clothes in the cycle. I like that after the wash cycle it suggests a dryer setting. Everything gets clean.

This machine is also equipped with an auto door-open function that I was super excited about. The machine is nice and dry when we pull out our load, keeping it clean and reducing funky smells, and probably aids in wrinkle management (in addition to its wrinkle-prevent setting!) as well. Comes with lots of cycle settings as well as a customizable cycle option for just about any type of load you need to run, dispenses detergent and any other liquids you use for you! Still figuring out my Samsung SmartThings app to increase automation even more. Our model is a vented one and have had no issues with drying whatsoever, which was an issue with a different brand combo we used previously while renting. Seriously love this machine and would absolutely love to add a second unit to our laundry room in the future!

The app is super user friendly and allows for remote control. The screen can be use to stream and listen to music which makes folding a breeze. Highly recomend to get the whole set with the pedastal I got 2 sets and it make my life so much easier!

It takes up one half the space of my previus washer and dryer. I no longer have to worry about moving loads of wash from the washer to the dryer, and having to re-wash because I forgot. I can put a load in before going to bed and it is all done when I wake up. I no longer have to use dryer sheet, as this machine pushes so much air while drying. I love the design of the lint trap, It looks as clean after using this machine for 10 months as the day I got it. It looks like a piece of art, really love doing laundry with it. It has alot of great wash cycles, I use the Steam whites cycle on my white loads, my whites have never looked so white. Load of towels on the towel setting gets all the towels clean, fluffy and very dry. This machine is amazing. I do not usually write reviews, but this machine is a home run and deserves my review. I think the very best part is that I can customize all my wash loads from my phone and send it to the machine.

It looks great and the system has been super easy to learn. I will say that it is larger and heavier than most so make sure you got the space. Otherwise I am loving it!
