I managed to do 5 loads of laundry in just 24 hours, and it has handled everything beautifully. Its massive capacity allows me to wash huge loads with ease, while the smart automation and efficiency take all the guesswork out of the cycle settings. The integration with the SmartThings app makes tracking progress effortless, and the cleaning performance is top-notch—everything comes out spotless, fresh, and perfectly dry. This appliance is an absolute game-changer!

I am completely angry with lack of information regarding the delivery and installation of my recent purchase of this washer dryer combo. I made the purchase on July third, and the website said it would be delivered on the 16th. I did not receive it until the 26th. The driver then tells me that they were not installing and that I would need to call to have someone come out to install. When I called, I was told that I have to wait another 2 days until I can even get an appointment set for installation. There is no telling how much longer I will be waiting until they decide to get this installed. Almost a month now and all I have is a large machine sitting in my house that can't be used. Very disappointed in Sams.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the pedestal. From day one, even after having a professional come out and level it for me, it has been unstable. Thrashing around violently to the point I need to have someone come out and readjust again. That is the worse of the system. My only other complaint would be cleaning it so much. I have huskies and dog fur is a daily thing. This product doesn't work well with dog fur. You will be cleaning your system weekly. On the plus side, I can throw in my laundry and forget about it. Once it is complete it buzzes my phone. It gives me time to throw in dryer sheets if I choose to or be lazy and let it soldier on. A normal load finish relatively fast too. From wash to dry you can expect it to be done in 120 minutes. Oh and it is dry. Next feature I love, never having to continuously put in detergent. The automated dispenser for detergent and softener is almost forgettable but your system will let you know when you need to fill it up. The system tells you everything you need to know: when to clean it, what is wrong with and how to fix it, and much more. Truly a work of art to build upon.

As a working mom I love knowing that when I put clothes into this machine they will be dry and ready to go when I get the notification! No more musty smelling clothes from forgetting about clothes in the washer and not transferring them to the dryer. So glad I made this purchase!

It looks great and the system has been super easy to learn. I will say that it is larger and heavier than most so make sure you got the space. Otherwise I am loving it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my all in one machine. It's quite literally a game changer when it comes to washing and drying. I've never had an issue with it cleaning even the toughest of stains and grime. Even my Alaskan king comforter fits in this thing, and it is awesome! I love the ai setting as well! However, it's been months and I cannot get the dang thing to connect to SmartThings! I've even tried to go through every step in the manual, and troubleshoot, and I cannot get it connected. There's an AP button, but you must be connected to the WiFi to use it which makes no sense to me. It's a bummer because I love my smart home. But we have been able to use the washer without the feature. It's just a little upsetting.

I have had my machine for 2 months now and quickly realized how I miss my old set. This is supposed to save time, however nothing is fully dry unless I run the dryer separately. There are limited options provided when running both wash/dry setting. If you are lucky enough to have a dedicated laundry room, then this point won't apply. But if you have a laundry room that is shared with door leading into the garage, This may apply to you. We had to run out drainage hose and water lines to accommodate the awkward and large size of the machine. In order for our laundry door and the door leading to the garage from banging up against the machine and because you can't switch the placement of the door to swing out a different way. Options may be VERY limited. It is not a pet friendly machine as all my dark clothes appear to collect more dog hair then the vent itself. The drum is so small that I'm actually having to do smaller loads which means this combo really isn't “time saving”. I now have to take all of my washable rugs to the laundry mat. There's a setting that you have to drain the water, however they place the valve at the bottom of the machine. However the placement I feel it was an after thought rather than thinking things through and realizing that gravity is a thing. The hose is at the bottom and can't drain into a bowl/bucket because of a) the hose is too small and b) it can't properly drain due to gravity (the hose would be in an S shape) In total— if I could have a do over. I WOULDN'T buy this machine

I love being able to start a load and come home to i finished and ready to fold. The only issue we have is that it didn't come with the correct manuals. It came with manuals for a set of a separate washer and dryer. I printed manual that matches our machine would r super helpful. (Using the digital one online is cumbersome.)
