[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As most i think would expect, this is a machine that would very much work within an already existing Samsung ecosystem (granted I haven't tried it out with other ecosystems). However, it gets the job done which is most important at the end of the day. The capacity is quite good given i live by myself so I would recommend this machine under similar conditions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely hate this appliance. While the idea is great, the efficiency is lacking. It takes 3 hours for a normal load and it is never entirely dry when the cycle is finished. I have to add an extra 30 min dry cycle to every single load to actually get the stuff dry. Super frustrating after waiting 3 hours to finish, just to add more dry time to it. Super annoying safety feature- the appliance locks while in use so once the dryer has been started it will not unlock until after a cooling period. The cooling period takes 5+ mins. I’m 40 years old, I have yet to burn myself from a dryer. This is the dumbest safety feature ever and cannot be turned off or overrode. It is really frustrating when you are in a hurry. The screen glitches constantly. Sometimes it will overlay 2 or more different screens over top of each other. Makes reading the screen hard. Sometimes the screen will say it’s drying when you selected a dry cycle but it will start a wash cycle instead. Super frustrating when you were trying to get your clothes dry and now you’ve got to wait another 3 hours for it to finish…. Again. Sometimes it randomly spits out fabric softner on clothes after they’ve washed and are drying. Time to rewash the load and waste some more time. Super frustrating. Sometimes it leaves a puddle on the floor. It appears to be leaking from where it adds the detergent and softener. Only does it once every couple weeks. Over all would not buy again & would only recommend to someone I hate. I simply cannot catch up on laundry due to the time it takes to actually wash and completely dry a load. & then when it’s washing when you needed it to dry your clothes. & you’re rewashing to get the random spots of softner off your clothes. It’s an uphill battle & it seems the machine is working against you. This washer has caused more fights in the last 10 months than we have had in our marriage over the past 20 years. Husbands do not buy this for your wife. She will hate you for it.

Very efficient I have 5 kids and a grandson and it works perfectly. Especially on baby stains. I love the high capacity I can wash everything at once towels with blankets and everyone clothes at the same time same for the dryer love that I can set it and forget it with the automatic timers and schedule

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the greatest stacked washer and dryer combo I’ve had,install was a breeze,functions were a little weird to learn because there’s no physical buttons but didn’t take too long to get the hang of it,love how the wash and dry cycles are prettt efficient and fast,love the AI feature in this appliance how it automatically adjusts to what you put in the washer or dryer,also love how there’s smart dispensers for the detergent and softener so it saves me the time and having to refill every single wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has broke down twice since I have owned it for 6 months. When it is working properly, I love not having to switch loads. It’s more efficient with laundry detergent and softener, and washes clothes well. Just disappointed on burnt out board so dryer wouldn’t work. The only repair person was 4 hours away. Not convenient at all.

I do like using the app to track status and get push notifications when a cycle is complete. I do think the preset wash and dryer functions are not intuitive. I sometimes have a difficult time changing the water temp depending on which preset I choose.

I can fit my really big comforter and still have room to add. All the features on it are so amazing and the whole thing is so easy to use. I love the self clean option as well! I love being able to start a load of laundry and leave the house and come home and it’s complete done!

Love that is reminds me to clean it. Love that it automatically starts drying after washing. Saves my bad back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great to not have to switch over laundry anymore. It is much faster than I had I thought it would be to wash and dry. Very good product so far. 6 months of use so far. Drying works just as good as when I got it.
