[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Enjoy doing laundry, the Smell of fresh laundry Is exciting to me! I am a 60+ year-old, Professional executive And I have asked myself what took me so long To Get this product. It is not only convenient , It is quiet, It Has a sleek Look And We install this on our first floor to create a laundry space in our Half bathroom. This is one of the best investments I have made and many decades. Thank you Samsung for this wonderful product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg this machine saves me so much time and energy on myself. The use of it is so easy and it cleans clothes amazingly and the dryer on the vented model gets everything dry no problem. I'd buy it again if I had the chance to do it all over again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loving the new Samsung Bespoke vented all-in-one washer/dryer so far. The design is beautiful, modern, and super sleek. I also love how it combines both washer and dryer into one machine while still having a real dryer vent setup. It feels high-end and saves so much space. Definitely a great upgrade for the laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the combo. It have a lot of great features. And not so great features. Love that I can control from my phone. But hate you have to keep turning on everytime. Love the fast washing. But hate the spin cycle shakes the whole house. It's big enough to wash a king size bedding. Each feature is something to love or fight. But overall great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely blown away by this 5.3 cu ft. Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo! I managed to do 5 loads of laundry in just 24 hours, and it has handled everything beautifully. Its massive capacity allows me to wash huge loads with ease, while the smart automation and efficiency take all the guesswork out of the cycle settings. The integration with the SmartThings app makes tracking progress effortless, and the cleaning performance is top-notch—everything comes out spotless, fresh, and perfectly dry. This appliance is an absolute game-changer!

I am completely angry with lack of information regarding the delivery and installation of my recent purchase of this washer dryer combo. I made the purchase on July third, and the website said it would be delivered on the 16th. I did not receive it until the 26th. The driver then tells me that they were not installing and that I would need to call to have someone come out to install. When I called, I was told that I have to wait another 2 days until I can even get an appointment set for installation. There is no telling how much longer I will be waiting until they decide to get this installed. Almost a month now and all I have is a large machine sitting in my house that can't be used. Very disappointed in Sams.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the pedestal. From day one, even after having a professional come out and level it for me, it has been unstable. Thrashing around violently to the point I need to have someone come out and readjust again. That is the worse of the system. My only other complaint would be cleaning it so much. I have huskies and dog fur is a daily thing. This product doesn't work well with dog fur. You will be cleaning your system weekly. On the plus side, I can throw in my laundry and forget about it. Once it is complete it buzzes my phone. It gives me time to throw in dryer sheets if I choose to or be lazy and let it soldier on. A normal load finish relatively fast too. From wash to dry you can expect it to be done in 120 minutes. Oh and it is dry. Next feature I love, never having to continuously put in detergent. The automated dispenser for detergent and softener is almost forgettable but your system will let you know when you need to fill it up. The system tells you everything you need to know: when to clean it, what is wrong with and how to fix it, and much more. Truly a work of art to build upon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a game changer this laundry dryer combo is! As a working mom I love knowing that when I put clothes into this machine they will be dry and ready to go when I get the notification! No more musty smelling clothes from forgetting about clothes in the washer and not transferring them to the dryer. So glad I made this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a single father of four children, aged seven, eight, nine, and eleven. As a result, I don't have to worry about them forgetting to put their clothes in the dryer. Additionally, I don't have to worry about them using too much detergent. I absolutely love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a little apprehensive about this unit, and I am on my second load, but it's incredibly quiet, our first load was a super speed with some jeans, shorts and tshirts and it was done in less than an hour. It looks great and the system has been super easy to learn. I will say that it is larger and heavier than most so make sure you got the space. Otherwise I am loving it!
