I was so hopeful about this purchase. What a space saver. We are barely a year out from purchase, and it is a disaster. This appliance requires so much maintenance; it is truly mind boggling. If you do a lot of laundry, if you have pets, 10/10 do not recommend this machine. After a year, I am required to clean out the filter every two weeks. I am not sure why as I clean the lint filter daily. There is a tube that is supposed to drain the water to a "bowl" or "bucket". That is false, it spills all over the floor. Sadly, I am stuck with this machine for the foreseeable future. Besides the maintenance, this machine dries clothes terribly. Once upon a time you threw pants in the dryer to get the wrinkles out, not with this one! It barely dries, taking more then one cycle. It truly is a huge mistake to purchase. Save your money.

Product was huge and heavy which means it's not cheap, in every sense of the word. ATM, I'm doing my very first load so, can't tell the quality of the wash yet though, I'm expecting it to be better. The power reset I did after the first load fixed the pad or screen which was stuck on "Registering" mode. Online says it's could be a glitch with the Smart Things app. After the wash and dry, I obserbed lint stuck around the rubber gasket. Hopefully that will go away and will not affect the colors of my next load. I would also like to mention my disappointment that after it was unwrapped in front of me by the delivery people, there were prominent scratches around the glossy part of the washer door. There was also a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Brand new and yet with scratches!

It basically is smart enough to wash and dry your clothes and you are only responsible for putting in and taking them out. It also sends messages to your phone if there's a problem or when the cycle as concluded. The unit is large enough to reduce the number of loads as compared to a stand alone washer. The unit dispenses the detergent and softener in the right amount and that results in savings as well as fresh, clean smelling laundry.

Below are some of the highlights Positives - style / capacity / speed / technology are all great Negatives - the drying function does not fully dry clothes after each cycle and I have to manually add time to dry. This gets frustrating after each load and therefore gave a 4/5.

As a working mom I love knowing that when I put clothes into this machine they will be dry and ready to go when I get the notification! No more musty smelling clothes from forgetting about clothes in the washer and not transferring them to the dryer. So glad I made this purchase!

I've owned this thing since Christmas and it is the most heinous machine I've ever owned. I wish I would have shopped around because this machine takes more energy than it saves. My housekeeper hates this thing. A dollar bill clogs it and causes the whole machine to overflow your laundry room. It doesn't clean with a crap and never dries anything all the way. I own Samsung everything and now I'm just greatly disappointed so glad I didn't buy it the refrigerator like I planned.

Not to mention it is quicker than a traditional washer and dryer and cleans well. The capacity is great, it has a sleek design and it has many different options using smart technology. I would highly recommend this product.

I have a small laundry space and my options were this versus a stacked washer/dryer, and I'm glad I chose this vented all-in-one. The convenience factor can't be understated. So far it is easy to use and clean, and although I am not using all the features, they are easy to explore on the app. For example, I think its cool you can design and save your own cycle settings. The "set it and forget it" concept is so helpful. I can start a wash before I leave for work and come home to dry, clean clothes. I also like that I can track when it is done on the app, removing the need to check on the machine or set a timer. I was concerned there might be issues with everything not getting dry - a common issue with all in one - and while it has happened, it is very rare and I think it can be attributed to user error. I would say it happens about as frequently as it did with a separate dryer. Overall I'm really happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

No dewrinkle or steam dewrinkle? Im going to keep this as one stars until they update this. That's a feature that was on my dryers from a decade ago. I have the vented combo and even it doesn't? I can understand the ventless more but that a shame. Also the way that the vent hole is at the top allows for way more hair to get trapped in the drum instead of ejected to the vent filter.

But only one think that give 3 star is because when it is on pedestal it stops working because of it thinks it is too much vibration. It is because of automation and do it itself .
