We went with the vented version because of the potential for a loger lifespan a less maintenance. Love being able to to almost set and forget. It will take some routine adjustments if you like to hang dry certain clothes since you aren't swapping clothes out. But overall hasn't been an issue. Haven't had any issues with drying. There were a few things that didn't get quite dry, but our other dryer sometimes didn't dry everything as well. Probably one of the downsides to the sensor drying. Overall extremely pleased with the purchase. The only con I can think of is the weight. Our laundry room is upstairs and the two guys delivering it struggled. Not sure what I'll do if we ever move.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works really well except "eco" When the eco light is on, the dryer is in eco mode and does not dry the clothes. You have to turn the setting off before you start this. They should get rid of this mode. I have many of these dryers. After you turn off the eco mode several times it seems to learn and stay off. I wish they would get rid of this automated mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung washer-dryer combo for a little bit now, and it's been a game-changer for my small space. Not only does it save room by combining two appliances into one, but it also simplifies laundry. I love that I only have to fill the detergent reservoir every so often. The machine senses the load size and fabric type, then dispenses just the right amount. No more guesswork or waste. If you're short on space or just want a more streamlined laundry routine, this all-in-one is a high-tech solution.

We have had this product for about 8 months. First of all, the weight of it is unbelievable. It will take at least 4 guys to move it, if need be. It does not fit in a normal washer space. We have leveled it many times and it still shakes the entire house while washing. The shaking is so bad it shakes my daughter's bed upstairs. I'm worried my mirror on the other side of the wall will eventually fall. I won't do laundry if I have company because the shaking is embarrassing. We called Samsung for hep and they treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about. Finally they sent someone to our house. He did the same things we had already done, then left. Still the shaking continues. We have animals and are frequently having to clean out extra filters. Something I never had to do with my old set. It does not wash the pet hair out of anything! A lot of the time, our clothes come out so wrinkled we can't wear them. A very annoying thing is cooling time after the dryer. We do not run wash and dry in one cycle. The clothes come out feeling stiff and uncomfortable. We add dryer sheets between wash and dry. This defeats the point of the combo set. Although I do like that I dont have to swap the clothes. Also, I do like that I don't have to add detergent and fabric softener every load. Those two things are the only good thing about this product. I would never suggest this product. It is by far the WORST thing we have bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the convenience of both washer and dryer in one and not having to switch over loads. It makes laundry so much easier. Not to mention it is quicker than a traditional washer and dryer and cleans well. The capacity is great, it has a sleek design and it has many different options using smart technology. I would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been very happy with our Samsung Bespoke all in one electric vented washer dryer combo. The biggest win is not having to remember to transfer wet clothes to the dryer, everything washes and dries in one cycle, which is a game changer for busy days. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and ready to put away most of the time. The only small learning curve has been dialing in the dry settings for heavier loads like towels, which sometimes come out just slightly damp. Once I figure out how to program a longer dry time for those loads, I think it will be perfect. Overall, it's a sleek, efficient machine and a great solution if you want convenience without sacrificing performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your floor is not concrete then expect to have issues. This machine rocks a ton when the spin speed is high and it will then throw an error. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. As far as having remote control the app is extremely hard to get setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product did a full load on normal setting finished in 3 hours. The towels were a little damp ran the dryer again and it was dried. The only issue im not sure is a issue when it spins its very loud. Im hoping thats normal and not some defect. Overall great product removed my 2 washer dryer in to one saves space. The AI technology is really smart increase the time if it feels it needs more time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressive speed, performance, and features in a space saving package that improved my laundry day routine. I love not having to switch clothes between a separate washer and dryer. The status and notifications in the Smart Things app are a big help with checking remaining cycle time and completion. I did not expect to like the detergent flex auto dispensers as much as I do, but the convenience of not measuring out detergent for each load is tremendous. I am quite happy with the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the space that this unit created. Now I can put a rack in to hang clothes as I pull them out plus more storage. And we all love space. The design is fantastic. For seniors who have trouble lifting and moving things, this is very much appreciated as we get much older and want to stay in our homes and take care of ourselves.
