[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished up one week with this new unit, so far so good, everything is working amazing it's literally like when you get a new computer. You've gotta go through all the bells and whistles. It's definitely peaked our interest and it's taking doing laundry to the next level for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new space saver! I am excited about the fact I don't have to take the clothes out of the washer and put them in the dryer. I can control the setting from my phone just by downloading the app. What a great combination and new addition to my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I have is when I'm using the dryer, it keeps stopping randomly even after I had already cleaned the filter completely. It keeps stopping and the only work around is to turn the setting to Timed Dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is able to hold a lot of clothes which I am especially appreciative of. One thing that bothers me is the LONG song at the end of a wash or dry. If that doesn't bother you, you should be good. I've tried to figure out a way to turn off the chime and still can't find a way. The washer and dryer is high tech with many options available for wash and dry. Drying large stuffy blankets can be a challenge as with any dryer. Aside from that, my clothes come out smelling nice and clean.

The best part of the washer is that I don't have to add detergent or softener every time I wash, it dispenses it self WOW. Plus I have more room in my laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using the combo washer and dryer m, and my first impression was above my expectations. Because the machine is all-in-one, I was slightly worried about the performance and capacity; however, the result was aboveand beyond. After completing several full cycle, I'm fully satisfied with the all-in-one washer and dryer. Functionality like touching screen is awesome. Design is one of the reasons that I choose this model. Technology is great so far. Overall 5 stars for this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its almost perfect not liking some of the features though.. like door stuck closed issue my laundry is hot ? I dont have time to wait if I need my laundry... Also shipping drum bolt got stuck.. it should come with a cord it doesnt and better installion instructions! It took forever to install 🙄 its also very heavy. Technology is cool though I can watch YouTube from my washer? I didnt expect that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the unit overall. While bigger than a traditional washer or dryer, It frees up quite a bit of space from having separate washer and dryer and allows for more storage. From wash to dry takes just over 3 hours for a large load. Had an issue with it shaking too much and setting an error code, but was do to weak floor. Added some support, and now no more issues. selecting wash cycles is easy to use, as is the soap dispenser and lint trap. Love the smart features that give updates directly to my phone and on my samsung tv.

If you'll notice every bad review is the result of improper ventilation and not having the critical thinking skills to perform a hard restart when a error screen is persistent. Properly vent your units and they will dry. When encountering a software/firmware issue, unplug the maching, unplug the motherboard, wait 1-5ish mins, plug in and 95% of the time it will fix the error.
