The main thing to keep in mind is where you are installing it, mostly because of the depth. In my laundry room, I was able to add a cabinet on each side this unit and a countertop over all pcs. Has lots of wash options and can be accessed from your smartphone. I really like that I don't have to transfer the heavy wet clothes out of the washer into the dryer now. I also like that it auto adds liquid detergent and softener for each wash. It has saved a little time overall on the whole process, but not as much as advertised.

So car so good. Drying has no issues and loading things one time for both washing and drying is saving lots of time and hassle. The ability to control the wash and dry cycles and set spin cycles and drying levels from the app is a big plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice washer and dryer combo. Now we can load the laundry and leave. When you get home everything is done. No transferring loads or forgetting them in the washer. The machine is very quiet and saves space. We bought the vented machine as we read a lot of reviews on other brands that stated clothes weren’t dry on the ventless models. The vented model seams to perform well. We have only had it a few days but so far we are happy.

I waited until now to write a review so I can say what I say with confidence. I’ve had the washer since January and over all I love it. It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it with ease. My house has 2 adults, one anxiety riddled dog with bowel issues and 3 cats. One of the cats is a vomiter. So my poor washer has seen some things. But everything always comes out clean which is the most ilprotant part. It’s had full sets of bed sheets, comforter, couch covers and large loads. For the most part everything has come out dry. Sometimes the bed sheets are a little damp but that’s because they get tangled up in the fitted sheet. Normal dryers have the same issue. I wish I could say it’s fixed my adhd, but sadly that is unresolved. What it has done is protected my clothes from me leaving them unattended in the wash for days on end. Now when I forget the laundry, at least it’s clean and dry lol. No more mildew for me. My only very minor complaint is that I supposedly can hook my phone up to it and get notifications. I can’t figure that out tbh. But that’s probably a user error. Over all very satisfied. My life is better with this washer and I hope it’s sturdy for years to come.

The touch screen is like having another tablet around the house, it can access all settings in one place or you can control everything remotely with the Smarthings app! So far I am loving doing laundry.

Wow is all I can say! This is by far one of the best inventions I've run across in a long time. I downloaded the smart things app and it makes it much easier. The fact that you don't have to fill the detergent and fabric softener everytime is also a plus! Thr touchscreen is amazing and the app makes it even better to keep an eye on your load status. The time that it takes to complete one load is great! Also not having to switch the clothes every load makes it nice. It has saved me so much room in my laundry room. I absolutely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this thing is great! The technology is amazing. So easy to work with. Fill the detergent, fill the fabric softener, and you are ready to go! The app tells you how much detergent and softener are left. The alerts are easy and let you know when the wash cycle is done, when the dryer is done. Have done multiple loads and each was different. Regular clothes, sheets, towels and so far all have been just as good as any other washer and dryer combo I have had in the past. I also really like this design for the lint trap. So much easier to clean it off than previous versions.

I think sometimes keeping it basic is the best, even tho we all know it's newer technology but don't try and complicate everyone, this is how you attractive even the older folks! And I'm 45! Should be a few overrides buttons trying to wash and you see your vent is clean and it says it's not and you know it is is a joke... Just a few random problems that's irritating.. also washing a load of clothes and maybe toss towels in with it, yes the clothes will be dry but maybe the sweaters and towels might not be dry but honestly that's typical from a sense dryer it read most of the clothes not a couple... Honestly I love leaving for work or my day knowing all my clothes will be done and maybe changing the load to wrinkle free or steam or that the load is done drying and I can come home and dry! Sometimes I forget I even did the clothes!!! I love it!! We call it Donkey Kong!!! That MF is heavy wherever they put it that's where it's going to stay!!

While traditional separate machines allow for simultaneous washing and drying, making it so i have several loads in que to fast track the job - this all-in-one unit has completely redefined laundry day for me. The ability to start a load before bed and wake up to clean, dry clothes ready for folding is nothing short of amazing and life changing. As someone with ADHD, laundry has often felt like a multi-day chore that i LOATHE. this machine has made the process so seamless and efficient that folding no longer feels like a burden. The generously sized top surface has even become my go-to folding station, which helps me stay on task and avoid procrastination. One of my absolute favorite features is the automatic detergent and softener dispensing system. I no longer have to think about measuring or remembering additives—it's completely effortless and incredibly helpful. The machine also includes a variety of smart features and even apps like Spotify. While I personally don’t use the Spotify function much (the speaker quality is underwhelming and we already have a fridge with it in the next room), it may appeal to others who enjoy a more connected home experience. The AI-driven adaptive settings and the broad range of wash and dry cycles are truly top-tier. There have been a few minor issues: occasionally during the spin cycle, the machine struggles even with moderate-sized loads, and the lint trap has shown some cosmetic wear due to trapped debris so im slightly concerned if debris slipping through the cracks will end up being an issue in the long run . Additionally, on rare occasions, the towel cycle has left them feeling stiff, as if detergent hadn’t fully rinsed out. These aren't frequent occurrences, but they are worth noting. Despite these minor quirks, I genuinely love this appliance. It has made laundry feel more like a streamlined part of my routine rather than a dreaded chore, and I’m genuinely excited to keep using it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Confusing operating system. Icons are not straight forward. I look at them and don't know what they mean without looking it up. Manual that came with it is too generic and does have specific information for this model. Not flexible enough with things like spin speed or dryer temp.It automatically selects those according to the cycle you select and you can't override it. We like the unit, seems to work well, just wish it was more flexible like a regular washer and dryer and don't like the little icons that give options for something that we have no idea what they are.
