Love it!👍 The thing is so quiet and does a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing that surpasses the beautiful design of this machine is it's functionality. There is a wash cycle to fit almost any need and if it's not there you can go into the app and make your own. I think the only thing I didn't like is the fact that I can't find a way to have these custom cycles for future use. The capacity is the perfect size for me and I no longer feel like I'm doing laundry all day. Plus now I have twice as much space in my laundry room for things like storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a very limited space, so a combo unit opens up a lot more cabinet space (once I get around to it...). Totally changes the way you do laundry, just set the completion time right before you get back from work and then you don't think about it at all. Washes great, drying takes noticeably longer than predicted, but it does end up dry. You just have to learn the about how much longer and compensate (30-40min for clothes and 1-1.5 hrs for sheets/towels for us). UI works well on the washer and on the app, I only wish you didn't have to confirm the cycle physically on the washer since in my mind I usually load it first and then think what cycle do I want.

It's an excellent washer and dryer unit. It does take longer to dry the cloths and it has an odd concept of what it considers dry but its cleaning capability is excellent. The user-interface is great. I would buy it again. What I found that works is when it does not properly dry the cloths, rather than putting it on a dry cycle, you put it on AI wash & dry and turn off the wash. Then when you need it to be touched up, it gets them fully dry. Hopefully they will update the software to get it right the first time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving the washer/dryer. The technology on it is so impressive. And it is so amazing to not have to unload the washer and move everything to the dryer. Just start it and come back to dry clean clothes. With a large household like we have, its a life changer when it comes to our daily chores.

The machine doesn't completely dry even when selecting “more dry”.
