On several occasions, she didn't like how the wet clothes smelled and redid the wash cycle. What a complete waste of water, time, and detergent! So when this became available, it was a no brainer to try it out. Now we can pop in a load at the end of the day before go to bed or when we wake up before going to work and it has made doing laundry so much more seamless and efficient. Although this is my first washer/dryer combo, from the reviews i read with other units, the duration of both cycles was in excess of 5-6hrs. Samsung has figured this out and we were able to run a combo wash in under 2 hours. Of course, on faster more economic modes, the clothes do not become bone dry like on a dedicated dryer unless you increase the settings. I love the customizability that I have to adjust load settings depending on what I'm washing, specifically the difference between normal clothes and washing bedding. This way I can have customized runs for specific things and adjust dry time, or adjust load heaviness. I spent a lot of money on my sheets and I feel that they are being better cared for with this level of customization. I also love the super speed run, as there have been rare instances where I need to wash one particular item and feel bad using a normal wash cycle for it. Now I can customize it to my needs. It is also awesome that you can preload detergent and softener for the machine to administer based on your needs. I think this really allows you to make laundry less of a chore. As trivial as this may sound, I absolutely love building a smart home. It brings joy to me when my Samsung computer monitor or my Samsung TV notifies me while I'm working or watching TV that my laundry load has completed. It is awesome to be able to assess what stage your laundry is in on the smart things app. This unit is also my secondary laundry in my house situated on the third floor next to our gym and our kids rooms. I have a normal separate washer/dryer in our true laundry room, and i find myself coming to this machine instead. The incredible technology that saves us steps/time wasted on chores is worth every penny.

I absolutely hated doing laundry and would put it off until I couldn't any longer. Regardless of what settings I chose the laundry wouldn't completely dry within a cycle (even when the units were new) and would get musty if another cycle wasn't started right away to finish drying. To say that I had high expectations when it came to this new Samsung unit is an understatement. As soon as the delivery guys left, I spent the entire day testing this thing out. Setup was a breeze. I loaded the detergent and fabric softener into the machine and put it to work. I ran loads of all shapes and sizes. Clothing, bedding, towels, and rugs. Not only did they all come out clean but dry as well! This machine has a cycle for any situation. I love the AI bubbles option. I discovered a set in sauce stain on a comforter and threw it in with no pretreating, came out clean! I love how easily this unit interacts with SmartThings. Gone are the days of getting up to check how long is left on the laundry. Just check the app! Forget to do the laundry until you're headed to bed? No problem with this machine - toss the load in and hit start. In the morning you'll be met with clean, dry, and fresh smelling clothes. One thing I could not stand about my previous front load washer was the drum ring getting mold and mildew. I don't see that being an issue with this machine because it doesn't get a chance to hold in moisture since it dries your laundry as well. Not only this but it kicks the door open at the end of the cycle. All in all, I love this unit. I am a stay at home mom with adhd - to say I'm forgetful is an understatement. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when my husband bought this combo unit as my experience with previous combo units in rental homes was that they take forever to do a load and the drying was especially terrible. Samsung blew my mind in both these aspects as our combined washer/dryer run only took an hour and a half and came out fully dry. I wish the capacity was larger but this machine is already gigantic so I can appreciate the limitation. I have this on the second floor next to my gym and the kids rooms. I alternate between throwing in gym clothes/towels and the kids laundry and revel in the ability to leave it and forget it, instead of having to come back after the wash cycle to then transfer to a dryer and start the process over. The one stop shop has been an essential luxury to have. I also enjoy having my fully connected home be able to keep me updated on the wash/dry cycles and when Im cooking in the kitchen or watching tv for my other samsung products to be able to notify me when the laundry has completed. What an incredible age of technology we live in! I also like that I can adjust the dry cycle duration as it is quite difficult to fully dry bed sheets/comforters because they always get balled up. The AI component of detecting soil/dryness is in early technology and I expect it to improve with use and time. The auto open door is such a simple yet genius idea to ensure that clothes are able to dry out and no smells develop if I am unable to unload the laundry in a timely manner. Being able to load the detergent in a reservoir for multiple 40+ load uses allows me to keep clutter of laundry detergent bottles hidden and away from the laundry room aesthetic. The new lint removal system is super simple and makes that process even easier without having to hand pick out pieces of lint. I have a normal separate set of laundry washer dryer in the actual laundry room on the first floor that has since become obsolete. Don't hesitate, although its expensive, the technology is worth it and nothing is more important than your time, and this product absolutely saves you more of it to do the things you actually want to do. It also helps that it looks super sleek!

I like that it has an impressive 5.3 cu. ft. load capacity, which can easily handle large loads for my family The unit has a wide range of different cycle for wash and dry. I will be testing it more, but the Eco and Super Speed cycle are great, but we can get the laundry completed within 98 minutes. A standout feature for this Bespoke All-in-One Laundry combo is the auto-dispense detergent system. Which loads enough laundry detergent for up to 47 loads. It also has a second dispense for softener or for another detergent load, providing additional 47 loads, resulting in detergent coverage for 30+ days, depending on usage. The machine has a sleek and modern design. The OS is Samsung proprietary android-based operating system. The layout is clean, responsive, and accessible for all household members, regardless of tech experience. You can even watch YouTube on the 7-inch display. The Samsung Smart Things integration is nice and provides remote monitoring and control of the system The only downside is the estimated time remaining on each cycle, which has been off by 20 to 45 minutes every single time. Which can be very frustrating. Overall, the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One delivers great capacity, performance, and enough smart features, all within one single unit. I believe the unit is ideal for anyone who wants to place the laundry in and forgot about it. The advanced features of technology, smart automation, and functionality make this a standout. It is easy to pause the cycle to remove the clothes you want to line dry. It is taking a lot of the the thinking and mental burden out of finishing laundry and we can all use less to worry about. Now to add some pretty design in my lame laundry room with the space.
