These work very well. I got the large size as I didn't want to take a chance on the small size. However I wonder if the smaller would fit better but don't want to get them and they don't fit and waste a lot of money.

THEY ARE NOT AS ABSORBANT AS THEY USED TO BE AND ARE NOT MARKED INSIDE TO SHOW THE BACK FROM THE FRONT. THEY USED TO BE MUCH BETTER QUALITY. WILL LOOK FOR A MORE ABSORBANT BRAND.

I bought these new Mens Maximum Absorbency Underwear and when I tried on the first pair I couldn't hardly get them on (L/XL). I only weigh 185 lbs and I have a 40" waist but these new underwear do not fit like the old ones did. They are very tight and I returned them to Sams Club. Guess I have to buy then from another manufacturer.
