This is the ONLY disposable underwear my husband will wear following surgery that left him with some minor incontinence. It is very difficult to find in the store. Thank God I could get it at Sam's club online.

I used members mark brand for years 3-4 cases per month,and was very happy. Why did you replace them? These do not fit nearly as well and I am forced to use another brand instead. Low bid often means lower quality!!

I used Member's Mark Total Protection underwear for my husband for four months and was extremely impressed with the quality and performance. Unfortunately, the last two boxes I purchased have had a significant problem with the absorbent padding. The padding is now very unevenly distributed and does not extend adequately toward the leg openings. As a result, urine escapes down both sides of my husband's legs, even when much of the absorbent padding remains dry. Even more concerning, the mesh lining that covers the absorbent material is either separating or deteriorating, allowing the inner absorbent material to come loose and accumulate on my husband's genital area. This is completely unacceptable for a personal hygiene product. I am certain these problems were not present in the previous boxes, as I regularly added supplemental padding and was very familiar with the product's construction. Sam's Club has been very responsive and is issuing a full refund. My complaint has also been escalated to senior management. I sincerely hope this is a manufacturing defect that will be corrected. I was extremely satisfied with this product for four months and would gladly continue purchasing it if the original quality and reliability were restored.

Have be buying these for a couple years, after trying Depends, I was looking for something more comfortable and with better absorbency, these fit the bill, love them! Was disappointed when they stopped having them in my local clubs but was happy to find them online at (Sam's). Will continue to buy them.

They have changed the size of the X/XL and now they are too small for me. They changed the box design and underwear size at the same time.

The Item # 980094722 is much better than the #980311003 The 980311003 leaks......The 980094722 is more superior.

The underwear is comfortable and not bulky. I like the gray instead of white for men. Gives you confidence that accidents will be absorbed quickly.

Great protection as Depends but more budget friendly. Due to medication and medical issues, I have to wear these for awhile. Which is the front and back?

I have a son who needs full time incontinence pull-ups. He completely empties into it. I have searched high and low for something that doesn't leak. These aren't perfect but they do hold a lot and I am pleased. They are also very soft. I have medicaid for him but their diapers are pathetic. My only problem with this delivery was that it wasn't discreet. They just sent them in the original box for all to see. It says in the description that they ship discreetly. Maybe next time.
