These pullups are the best protection and value. They allow my sister to care for her incontinence without leakage and with minimal impact to her budget. Consequently, they are the primary reason we have our Sams membership.

Due to damage caused by service in Viet Nam, I was forced to start using this type product when I would not be within hailing distance of a rest room. I did not know which brand to buy, as there are so many, so I kept putting it off. Then, the day before we left on a cruise, I was forced to go to Sam's Club (my favorite place to shop!) and bought their brand. I am very happy with them. They fit nicely, they are undetectable, and they are comfortable. The only drawbacks: I felt it necessary to use a private area to urinate, because you have to take down your pants and underwear (no pee hole). They make the boys very warm, due to the padding. Fortunately, I did not experience an accident, so I can't say how effective they are at doing their job, but I am very confident in them.

Husband likes these over depends- the difference is with Depends, the padding is mainly in front whereas with these, the padding goes all the way back. He said they fit better and are more comfortable also.

These breifs are lower rise and more comfortable than Depends. More importantly, they manage the leakage way better than Depends. I am dryer faster and they feel less bulky when full.

Bought these for my husband. He is 6’2” and weighs 197 lbs. I bought the L/XL. They are a snug fit. have to dress him and I like the snugness because the other brands I’ve tried were pretty loose at the leg opening which allowed leakage if he wet himself at night. If he had a bigger stomach I would have to order a larger size. At first I thought they wouldn’t be as absorbent as other brands because they seemed lightweight, but so far they have worked fine. Not sure how they would work for someone that has a heavy urine flow. My husband usually makes it to the bathroom middleways of his urine output.

I've found some of the underwear are labeled as to indicate front from back like regular underwear. Most of them from my two previous purchases are not labled making it difficult to determine if your putting them on correctly.

Edge sims open verey quickly, so the soaked tissue starts falling out, embarassing you in public. large size is only deeper not larger. What is back part, and what is front part?

As a caregiver for my husband Sam's has made my life much more difficult. The new "improved' men's S/M diapers are junk. My husband is slim, has a 33" waist, and no butt and these new improved diapers are no good at all. 1. They are way tighter and smaller. 2. They are not nearly as absorbent and leak WAY more making it necessary for me to have to be change them more often. I have to use 3 times as many during the night now. 3. I now have to change the sheets every night due to excessive leakage. 4. I nowhave more laundry too do in my spare time. And don't tell me to use a pad. They bunch up, shift all around and are very uncomfortable to sleep on causing bed sores. In addition they are an expense I did not have before the "improvements" to these diapers. Sam's, BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL ONES!! Help out caregivers instead of making our lives more difficult!!!! Or another thought is to market these as a "Dress Up" slimmer less bulky style for going out to dinner, movies, etc. when being worn with dress pants. Just make sure to bring a couple of spares with you. You are going to need them!!!

Since the size was changed they leak much more even though the person I can for remains within the size limits. I feel something more changed making these less effective. Before changes, I thought these were great. I’ve moved on to others products.

I used members mark brand for years 3-4 cases per month,and was very happy. Why did you replace them? These do not fit nearly as well and I am forced to use another brand instead. Low bid often means lower quality!!
