[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about a week now and I’m genuinely impressed. This item was a huge upgrade from our previous unit. While at first, I was skeptical of the advertised 3rd rack, it has quickly become my favorite feature. I’m a tall guy so bending or squatting down to put silverware into the holder has always been tedious. Typically, I’d haphazardly throw them in and cross my fingers our utensils end up getting cleaned. Not anymore, the 3rd rack has a luxurious tray to place in each item, so they’re perfectly spaced out. To make it even better, they have dedicated washers for small cups and pint size cups. The washer provides you with a variety of different washes. We typically use the “Normal” option and it’s done its job. While it’s running, we can barely hear it. This is great because after a long day, the last thing I want to do is listen to loud sloshing sounds from the other room when I’m trying to relax with my wife watching TV or a movie. There is one feature I’m not too thrilled about and need more time to determine if I like it. That feature is the auto release door. I’m all for efficiency and reduced energy consumption, but I have quite got used to waking up to the door ajar. None the less, I’m overall satisfied with its drying capabilities. The setting is easily disabled, I just haven’t made a formal decision to take that action Overall, it’s a winner. It has everything I need and more. To make it better, it adds a nice sleek touch and compliments our other Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. It’s even very easy to connect to the Smartthings app.

Installation was straightforward and easy, even for someone with basic DIY experience. The dishwasher itself is stunning in matte black and fits perfectly with our modern kitchen aesthetic. It runs extremely quiet—I had to double-check that it was actually on the first time we ran it. I’ve tested multiple settings, including the AI Clean and the Plastic Clean cycles, and they both worked exceptionally well. The AI Clean feature adjusts beautifully based on the load, and the Plastic Clean cycle left lightweight items spotless and dry, which is usually a challenge for other machines. Once installed the dishwasher looks great, very nice look that complements our kitchen so well. And the best part is how the Samsung dishwasher gets everything cleaned inside, and better yet, it dries the dishes and lastly it opens the door slightly so it can be vented right away. This way we do not need to be around while it is working or when it is done. Our Samsung cleans much better than our previous one and it does it quietly too. The application is a plus but not necessary, so the dishwasher looks great, works amazingly and we can arrange the dishes in many different ways to optimize the space to be cleaned. There is a spot where the dishes get the force of the jets even better so on that side is where we place the dishes that are a little dirtier. And having three rows where the dishes can be cleaned is amazing, we recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, who knew a dishwasher could be so amazingly quiet? With noise levels as low as 38 dBA, this dishwasher runs almost silently. My old dishwasher was from 2014 so it was time for an upgrade. I am so happy that I did the upgrade because WOW it was needed, especially for this model. It's StormWash technology cleans so well that you do not need to prewash. The 3rd rack washing system was a nice touch for cleaning cooking utensils. I love that it has Wi-Fi connectivity and syncs up to my SmartThings app along with my other Samsung appliances, as well as Alexa. Never had an interior and exterior light on a dishwasher before. The light on the outside lets me know that it is currently in use (since I cannot hear it when it is running). The interior light is well needed especially when I don't want to turn on the kitchen light to see to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The utensil basket has so much room I can't believe how much I can fit in it. My favorite of all has to be the Smart Dry with Auto Release Door. It automatically opens the door at the end of the cycle - improving drying performance and preventing moisture build up. Plus it talks at the beginning and plays music at the end of the cycles.

The dishwasher cleans really well and love that it opens when finished. I have many Samsung smart appliances and now with the dishwasher being able to connect to smart things is great. It runs almost silently, so we did not feel that it was running. The third rack provides better space efficiency for smaller utensils such as flatware. Larger utensils fit into the lower rack by removing the flatware basket. I ran a one-hour cycle, and it operated whisper-quiet. When the cycle finished, the auto-release door opened automatically, and I received an alert on my phone. The dishes came out spotlessly clean and completely dry. The Smart Dry feature and the auto-release door are impressive features. Another nice feature is the flatware basket on the bottom rack. It's side-mounted and removable, making it easier to fit larger utensils. My old dishwasher had a front-mounted flatware basket that often fell out when opening the door. There is no such problem with the Samsung dishwasher as it is designed perfectly. The white glass finish attracts fingerprints and smudges. It's easy to clean. The touch panel is more sensitive compared to my old dishwasher. Overall, I’m highly impressed with its cleaning performance and quiet operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke dishwasher has a lot of great features. When you first turn it on it has a nice chime and the LCD screen comes on. It has ten different wash cycles which you can scroll through and select the best one. Since having the dishwasher my two favorites are the Stormwash and AI cycles. it is also extremely quiet when it is running. it has a 38 dba rating and you hardly know it running. it has three racks and the bottom is customizable depending on what disches your loading large or small. I love the interior, its a modernized look and is easy to clean. The rack handles are stainless stee as well which upgrades it even more. it has a light inside which illuminates when the door is opened. The auto release functionality is great. It will open the door automatically to dry the dishes at the end of each cycle. Lastly, it has a nice exterior which is a stainless steel fingerprint resistant finish with a recessed handle. it also has wifi compatibility and connects to the smart things app which is where we have all of our Samsung appliances. I am pleased we got this dishwasher, it is a great addition to our Samsung family.
