[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had an opportunity to use our dishwasher 4 times during the week that we’ve had it. These are my personal experiences over that timeframe. The dishwasher was a pleasant visual addition to our clean-looking kitchen. It matches very well with our other Stainless-Steel appliances. The one we picked is fingerprint resistant which is a great feature being that we have a toddler who loves to put his grimy hands on just about any surface. As much as we love those little hands, it’s best those reminders aren’t on everything. If there is a smudge, it’s easily wiped off. I was blown away by its capacity and ability to hold a very large load of dishes. It has three racks; the bottom rack is relatively standard but does have some adjustable features to allow bulky items to be fit in. The second (middle) rack is fully adjustable height wise. There are three levels it can be on. And the bonus third rack is a real winner; it has a nifty utensil rack and spot for glasses. The glasses have a dedicated washer that gets the items squeaky clean. After a new load has been put in, I typically select the “normal” setting and let it do it’s thing. There are more settings but that’s my go to. When it’s on, it is so darn quiet. I even had to get real close to the unit to ensure that it was on and working the first time I started it. This is great because my husband and I love watching TV but we can’t have it too load to not wake our children. We always had to find “the sweet spot” for volume with our other unit, but not this one. All and all, this is a real winner and a great new addition to our home.

I’ve been using my new Samsung three rack dishwasher and it’s been acing every load! From total silence while it’s working, to choices of cycles that fit your needs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about a week now and I’m genuinely impressed. This item was a huge upgrade from our previous unit. While at first, I was skeptical of the advertised 3rd rack, it has quickly become my favorite feature. I’m a tall guy so bending or squatting down to put silverware into the holder has always been tedious. Typically, I’d haphazardly throw them in and cross my fingers our utensils end up getting cleaned. Not anymore, the 3rd rack has a luxurious tray to place in each item, so they’re perfectly spaced out. To make it even better, they have dedicated washers for small cups and pint size cups. The washer provides you with a variety of different washes. We typically use the “Normal” option and it’s done its job. While it’s running, we can barely hear it. This is great because after a long day, the last thing I want to do is listen to loud sloshing sounds from the other room when I’m trying to relax with my wife watching TV or a movie. There is one feature I’m not too thrilled about and need more time to determine if I like it. That feature is the auto release door. I’m all for efficiency and reduced energy consumption, but I have quite got used to waking up to the door ajar. None the less, I’m overall satisfied with its drying capabilities. The setting is easily disabled, I just haven’t made a formal decision to take that action Overall, it’s a winner. It has everything I need and more. To make it better, it adds a nice sleek touch and compliments our other Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. It’s even very easy to connect to the Smartthings app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The experience with the Samsung Bespoke dishwasher has been great so far. I like all the wash cycles, especially the AI wash cycles. The third rack for cups and utensils is very useful. It allows for more dishes to be placed on the second row. The positioning of the panel on on the top of the door i s very helpful. In the past, I have had to lock the panel to keep it from getting started by accident. It's very quiet and is not really noticable when running. I like that it pops open when the wash cycles is finished. i would definitely recommend it.

Over time, food stayed on the dishes after they’d ran through the wash cycle, the door handle had to be replaced twice, and near the end I wasn’t able to select the wash components because they automatically stayed on! The new Samsung dishwasher is quite the upgrade from my old dishwasher! Three racks in a dishwasher? Wow! No handle to potentially break and need replaced?! Controls are in the top of the door so you don’t see them on the outside. The dishwasher connects with an app on my phone and I can control the wash cycles and see how much time remains, that is helpful. AI will detect the soil on my dishes use which cycle is best so it saves me from forgetting to change the cycle which helps with saving energy. I like the auto release dry option that opens the door when the wash is finished to help dry the dishes more efficiently. The best feature of the dishwasher is how quiet it is! The first time I ran the dishwasher, I had to keep checking it to make sure it was running because I couldn’t hear it! I was used to my last dishwasher and how loud it was. I just assumed that was normal and how all dishwashers were. This is my first Samsung dishwasher and after using it several times, I recommend this. In addition to all of the helpful features, my dishes come out clean and no spots on my glasses. The light inside the dishwasher is pretty handy, too, when I’m putting dishes in. I am really loving having a new dishwasher!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and this modern looking dishwasher fits in nicely. 3 shelves means everything fits with no wasted space. The middle shelf raises and lowers to accommodate more items. I've never seen a light in a dishwasher before but I like it. Not sure it adds much functionality but it looks great. Plenty of settings for different wash cycles,and the screen on the door shows how long a cycle will take. I found it easier to use the SmartThings app but the door screen is more than adequate. There is a setting for plastics who's great-no more melted cups or food storage containers. Probably the best part of running this dishwasher is how quiet it is. I only hear the water running during fill parts of the cycle, never hear the actual washing. I'll admit that I've checked the door screen and the app a few time to make sure tmi turned it on!

Other than that, it never really gave me any trouble. The delivery for this new dishwasher was quick, and the installation team was friendly and professional. The only hiccup was that the third rack was damaged during shipping, so I had to contact Samsung support for a replacement part. Fortunately, their support team handled it pretty smoothly. Now that I’ve been using this new dishwasher for a while, I can really tell the difference. It’s noticeably quieter than my previous model. At 38dBA, I can actually run it overnight and nobody in the house even notices. The Whisper Quiet operation keeps my kitchen peaceful, even when the dishwasher’s running full blast. I’m also impressed with the new AI features. The dishwasher automatically senses how dirty the dishes are and adjusts the cycle, which I’ve noticed has helped save energy and water. The Smart Dry and Auto Release feature work really well too. The dishes come out dry, and the door pops open just enough at the end of the cycle to help with airflow. Between the smartthings connectivity, the upgraded 3rd rack, and the hot air enabled drying this dishwasher is basically perfect. The ability to do express washes is great when you just have a few dishes to tidy up. I cant believe how quiet this machine is. If it wasnt for the smartthings notifications when the cycle is complete I would forget that its even running. Highly recommend this machine!
