Love the Bespoke Appliances!

Love this so much, it talks to me. It opens after is done, so great. Tried a few different washing cycles and found what worked for me. Quick wash not so much, 4 kids and lots of yucky dishes so need normal or AI wash. It is not loud, soft hum. Third top rack is fantastic, could not live without it now. Looks like a built in, love the look so much. Had since the fall and so far it has worked great, recommend.

Best dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher has been a pleasure to use. The flexible layout and adjustable racks make loading everything from pots to delicate glasses easy. The stainless steel interior looks beautiful, dishes come out consistently clean and dry, and the fingerprint-resistant exterior stays spotless. It's impressively quiet, and the AI features make operation simple and convenient. Highly recommended!

Great Performance with Useful Safety Features

This dishwasher runs very quietly and offers plenty of space with versatile trays that make organizing loads easy. I had a brief issue where a safety sensor stopped the machine for a couple of days until the underside dried out, but I actually appreciate that protective feature. There is a slight learning curve to loading it for optimal cleaning, but following the video guidelines makes a big difference!

Very satisfied with this upgrade.

Coming from an older samsung dishwasher to this one was night and day. Having the third rack adds alot of capacity to my wash. Thr machine is DEAD SILENT compared to my old one. It cleans excellent (for now) although I suggest reading the manual for the pre wash detergent amounts (powdered detergent required). It hasn't left anything wet unless it was my fault (glass or container flipping over). When properly installed it is rock solid and doesnt vibrate and you cannot feel it thru the floor like my old one.

Great features, but tough to install.

Love the features on the dishwasher. It is quiet, and very adaptable to loaded plates, glasses, cups, flatware and pots and pans. All loaded items come out clean and dry. The digital controls make setting up desired cycles very easy and it is very intuitive for the user. Only complaint was the location of the drain and water supply being located at the rear of the machine. It was almost impossible to turn both supply and drain hoses in the space provided since the dishwasher is to the right of the sink cabinet. Both connections were readily accessible (right behind the kickpanel) on my previous dishwasher.

Wish I wouldn't have bought it.

Thought this would be nice with 3 racks but tall glasses have to be placed on one side on the second rack and large coffee mugs hit the sprayer on the top rack. The door does not open flat and has to be pushed down or the bottom rack will slide back in when pulled out. The controls are not intuitive and there is just too much going on. It seems like it takes twice as long to wash dishes as our old one. If you select the door open once complete option on the drying the door will open and everything is still wet. For drying you have to choose high or max to get anything close to dry. Too much going on. Won't buy this or any Samsung products in the future. It is quite though.

High end price, low end quality. Don't Buy.

The dishwasher started falling apart just over a year after I purchased it. Thankfully, or so I thought, I had paid extra for a 5-year warranty. After some runaround, they sent a repair guy who took pictures and said he couldn't fix it. Then, several days later, after no one got back to me with a solution, I made several calls only to get connected with an offshore call center that said they'd escalate the matter. Care+ finally sent an email saying that, instead of setting up a replacement, they're sending me a check for significantly less than I originally spent - and definitely not enough to get a new dishwasher with the same features, plus the remaining 4 years left on the extended warranty are now gone. Very disappointed with Samsung and will think twice before buying anything else from the brand.

Samsung did not do the math

Samsung added a third rack without doing proper math. The main rack, where dinner plates should go - doesn't have enough height for the dinner plates without obstructing the swivel sprayer, which then doesn't clean hour dishes properly and makes it hard to push the rack back in. Ugh.

Installation Nightmare

So this review is regarding the installation process as I encountered a lot of issues. First my old dishwasher was removed without incident, however, once it was disconnected and removed, the installer realized they were missing some key installation parts and was unable to complete the repair. They took my old dishwasher with them but failed to cap off my garbage disposal drain after previously disconnecting the drain hose. Over the weekend, I realized this error as water drained from my kitchen sink into the kitchen cabinet and out onto the floor. I notified the Installer Division RSO and was informed that in order to process a claim, I had to be emailed a link that was ultimately never delivered. RSO said there is no other way to file a claim. Then 3 days later, the installer returned wanting to complete the install totally ignoring the fact that we are now dealing with water damage that needs to be assessed and remediated. So, I postponed the final installation in advance until the water issues have been addressed but they still showed up at 8am to complete the install. Now RSO is stating that since I would not allow their installer to come in and complete the install that I "refused to let them inspect the damage". Needless to say, the purpose of them showing up was to complete the installand not to assess the damage. So after sending pictures, calling, texting, emailing Sams and RXO all week, I get a random email from RXO, saying that since i've somehow been unresponsive to them this week, that they are planning to deny the claim. The reality is I've spoken to them daily. I asked how are you denying a claim that I haven't been able to initiate because RXO is unable to email me the link. Each time I reach out to RXO, i get a different person and they have to leave every 10 minutes of the call for 3-4 minutes to consult with someone else there. So after hours and hours of being on the call, RXO now tells me to send them pictures, documentation, and an estimate of the repair so they can consider it all. I have repeatedly told them that water damage is not always visible. You have to have a company come out and take moisture levels. They may have to bring in large fans, the whole nine which could increase the repair cost. Why are they not sending an adjuster out. It's ridiculous. At one point, i was told by RXO that they hire independent contractors and that I have to pursue damages and resolution through the contractor. Later, I get a letter saying that my old dishwasher leaked after the crew had left. I'm not sure how that's possible when the installer took it with them. It's a mess and i've gotten the complete run around and there has been no accountability. Be aware if you are getting a dishwasher installed if anything goes wrong it will be a nightmare to resolve. As you see in the picture, parts were left on the counter with the dishwasher sticking out into the floor.
