Really great dishwasher. The layout inside with the 3rd rack is definitely the best I have seen. You can fit a huge amount of dishes while leaving enough space around everything to get it all clean. Oh and we love how the door auto pops open a few inches after it's done to let everything dry. Typically i would list any problems I have but I don't think there are any downsides with this. Only thing I can think of is that if you wash mugs with a concave bottom upside down then it still can't fully dry out the little bit of water. But that is the way they all work so no big deal there. All in all its great and works perfect.

Love my new Samsung dishwasher- it is practically noisless, great capacity. I use the ‘one-hour' cycle and it's perfect - my dishes come out sparkling clean ad perfectly dry!

The middle spray arm fell right off less than a week post installation. The dishes were rarely dry and the door would automatically pop open after the wash cycle.

It’s *extremely quiet*—so much so that I often forget it’s even running until I hear the gentle chime and see the door open at the end of the cycle. That automatic door-opening feature is, honestly, my favorite part. It prevents any musty odor from building up and leaves the dishes spotless and completely dry—no trapped moisture at all. I really appreciate the wide variety of wash cycles available for different types of loads. The only thing I’d still love to see is a short, less-than-one-hour option for quick rinses when I don’t need a full cleaning cycle. Aesthetically, the Bespoke design is gorgeous. The clean white finish brightens up my darker, cabin-style kitchen and gives it a modern, refreshed look. Despite my home’s low water pressure, this dishwasher still does an incredible job—every rack, top to bottom, comes out clean. I’ve found that detergent pods work better than gel since the gel can leave a bit of residue inside, though it doesn’t affect the cleanliness of the dishes. And while I used to doubt the value of rinse aid, this model proved me wrong—the difference is unmistakable. The capacity is great overall, though keeping the extra basket on the bottom rack does take up a bit of space. I really like that many of the wire dividers on the lower racks can be raised or lowered to fit large pots, pans, and oddly shaped items. Overall, this dishwasher is an excellent mix of beauty, quiet performance, and real cleaning power. It’s one of those rare appliances that genuinely makes the everyday routine a little easier—and a lot more enjoyable.

Dishes come out clean and I appreciate the smart things integration. The top rack for glasses and silverware is great. I was worried that the auto open door could be a failure point, but has worked great so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher ever. First of all, the most important thing is that this machine cleans the dishes really well. Spotless drying of all the dishes. I really love the AI wash cycle because it actually checks to see how dirty the dishes are and then determines how long the cycle needs to be which in turn saves energy. The machine is super quite, to the point that I actually have to put my ear next to the door to see what its up to. love the three rack system. The top rack is really convenient for small items and coffee cups. The middle rack is height adjustable which helps in getting taller items in. My only complaint which is not a deal breaker is that my dinner plates are to tall and must be leaned in order for the middle wash arm to clear. This is with the middle rack all the way up. Its an adjustment on my part as to how to load this machine, but it holds a large amount of dishes. Love the Smart Things app integration. I can control it and see what its doing all from the app. This was one of the main reasons I chose this machine. It will let you know if something is wrong or needs attention all from the app. You can also track energy use from the app. Love the no handle / push door to open design which looks really nice and is really cool to operate. its a beautiful machine and performs really well. You will not be disappointed with this one.

I wouldn’t recommend buying if your dishwasher is not located directly next to where your dishwasher drains. The drain hose is connected inside the dishwasher at an angle so you can’t use an aftermarket hose, the only option if your drain is over 5’ away is to use an extension which is a high failure point. Samsung doesn’t sell a longer hose like their competitors so the only option is to use an extension. Their part website has a hose for this model of dishwasher but it says it’s for a refrigerator, lol, and it doesn’t list how long it is.
