I love this dishwasher! First of all, it is SO quiet! I have to strain my ears to make sure that it's even on. There are so many cleaning options (I prefer AI Mode). I also really like the drying option that opens the door at the end to let the dishes dry quicker. It holds a bunch of dishes (there are 3 racks!). It also connects to my Samsung Smartthings app, so I can get notifications about when the cycle is done, when I need to use the self-clean feature, etc. As for the cleaning itself: I've only rarely had a dish that isn't completely clean, and that will only happen if there is excessive food that is dried on... If I rinse it after I use it, I never have any problems. All in all, a great purchase!

There is a rack for stemware, the racks fold down for pots and pans, there is a setting to storm wash your pots and pans, the glasses come out spotless and completely dry. It is so quiet I have to double check to make sure I started it. Lastly the clean design, glass front that me matches the other Samsung appliances is magnificent.

The features are impressive—especially the third rack and flexible loading options—and everything comes out exceptionally clean. My only disappointment is the noise level. At 38 dBA, I expected it to be nearly silent, but it is more noticeable than anticipated. It is not loud or disruptive, just not quite as whisper-quiet as the rating led me to believe. Overall, the strong cleaning performance, thoughtful features, and sleek design make this a very good addition to my kitchen. Would I add this to cart? Yes. The second rack is adjustable so it makes it easier to load the bottom rack. Upon completion of the washing cycle the door pops open which helps the dishes dry. I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If a DW falls in the forest, does it make a sound? The answer, in this case is apparently no! I have never encountered a dishwasher that required checking the light to see if it was running; this thing is amazingly quiet! The extra capacity of the third shelf is very nice. I actually love that you can sort the cutlery onto the top shelf while loading; it makes unloading a breeze. The dishes are also dry! The auto open door assures that residual moisture has an opportunity to evaporate instead of pooling on top of all the drinkware. While I was somewhat surprised to have a dishwasher slide into my DMs, the integration with the Samsung ecosystem and display of wash completion on our Samsung TV is really a useful bit of information. The same goes for reminders to run a self-cleaning cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quietness! Cleans good. Do not care for the layout and height restrictions of items in the bottom drawer. Can barely get a plate in there & forget getting much of anything larger in there sitting up where you can get more than a few things in the bottom. I miss not being able to fill the bottom up even with baking dishes or taller pots. Drawers feel cheap & flimsy compared to my last dishwasher.

So this review is regarding the installation process as I encountered a lot of issues. First my old dishwasher was removed without incident, however, once it was disconnected and removed, the installer realized they were missing some key installation parts and was unable to complete the repair. They took my old dishwasher with them but failed to cap off my garbage disposal drain after previously disconnecting the drain hose. Over the weekend, I realized this error as water drained from my kitchen sink into the kitchen cabinet and out onto the floor. I notified the Installer Division RSO and was informed that in order to process a claim, I had to be emailed a link that was ultimately never delivered. RSO said there is no other way to file a claim. Then 3 days later, the installer returned wanting to complete the install totally ignoring the fact that we are now dealing with water damage that needs to be assessed and remediated. So, I postponed the final installation in advance until the water issues have been addressed but they still showed up at 8am to complete the install. Now RSO is stating that since I would not allow their installer to come in and complete the install that I "refused to let them inspect the damage". Needless to say, the purpose of them showing up was to complete the installand not to assess the damage. So after sending pictures, calling, texting, emailing Sams and RXO all week, I get a random email from RXO, saying that since i've somehow been unresponsive to them this week, that they are planning to deny the claim. The reality is I've spoken to them daily. I asked how are you denying a claim that I haven't been able to initiate because RXO is unable to email me the link. Each time I reach out to RXO, i get a different person and they have to leave every 10 minutes of the call for 3-4 minutes to consult with someone else there. So after hours and hours of being on the call, RXO now tells me to send them pictures, documentation, and an estimate of the repair so they can consider it all. I have repeatedly told them that water damage is not always visible. You have to have a company come out and take moisture levels. They may have to bring in large fans, the whole nine which could increase the repair cost. Why are they not sending an adjuster out. It's ridiculous. At one point, i was told by RXO that they hire independent contractors and that I have to pursue damages and resolution through the contractor. Later, I get a letter saying that my old dishwasher leaked after the crew had left. I'm not sure how that's possible when the installer took it with them. It's a mess and i've gotten the complete run around and there has been no accountability. Be aware if you are getting a dishwasher installed if anything goes wrong it will be a nightmare to resolve. As you see in the picture, parts were left on the counter with the dishwasher sticking out into the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features on the dishwasher. It is quiet, and very adaptable to loaded plates, glasses, cups, flatware and pots and pans. All loaded items come out clean and dry. The digital controls make setting up desired cycles very easy and it is very intuitive for the user. Only complaint was the location of the drain and water supply being located at the rear of the machine. It was almost impossible to turn both supply and drain hoses in the space provided since the dishwasher is to the right of the sink cabinet. Both connections were readily accessible (right behind the kickpanel) on my previous dishwasher.
