[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this dishwasher for a few months now. Starting off with the packaging; it was really well packed and padded which is important to me. All sides were covered and all the faces had plastic wrap. The inside was the same. The dishwasher itself is very sleek. I didn’t have any issues getting it installed in replace of my old dishwasher either. Pros: plenty of space for every type of dish. The new and improved top tray is great. It has the normal remove able tray that you can put utensils in and it also has an area that dips in so you can fit bigger things like ladles or measuring cups. There’s even a way to adjust the tray to accommodate wine glasses so they don’t jiggle around. The middle drawer still adjusts up and down so accommodate taller glasses or taller pans from the bottom. There are a a bunch of options for running the machine but I love that you can connect it to your phone so you know when the cycle is complete. It tells you when to refill the liquid reservoir as well as when to run the self clean. The new AI feature runs the wash and can sense when it is clean or if it needs to keep going and that has been a game changer. The other features that make it worth it is that they’re an option for plastic. So, your Tupperware, meal prep containers, dishes. It also has a setting for baby bottles so it can clean and steam sanitize it which eliminates the need for a separate appliance. You have all of your standard settings for quick wash, heavy duty, pots and pans. It does a really great job cleaning the actual dishes. I don’t always wash my dishes immediately, so they have food stuck on them. It still does a great job getting them clean and I don’t have issues with water spots. Cons: The only con I have is the adjustable drawer. It’s either too high or too low. If I want tall glasses then I can’t put in bigger pans and vice versa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I have to mention how super quiet this dishwasher is. My old one was quite audible and it was a fairly high end model although very old. I had no idea how far technology has come for dishwashers. You really have to have no ambient sound or get right near the door to hear it. The features are plentiful. More than I know what to do. I've only used the normal and AI settings so far and both have done a great job getting the dishes spotless. I love love love that i no longer have to prewash my dishes before loading them in. This does a bang up job cleaning stuck on food. My only complaint, and it's not a super big deal for the most part is the drying. We normally run our dishwasher over night so the dishes are pretty dry for the most part. I just thought with the special door opening dry method it would be drier than it actually is. I might still have to figure that out if I'm not doing something right but it's definitely not super dry after the cycle is done. I would still definitely recommend this. I love the 3rd rack for flatware and small glasses. It does a great job cleaning. I still haven't used the stormwash since it's been doing stuck a great job without it. Will have to try on some really stuck on pots and pans. All in all, I'm super happy with this dishwasher. Mine ahead of my old one. Another thing that's great is if you're in the samsung ecosystem, this fits right in. You can start and stop it from your phone and check up on how is running, how much water is using and how much electricity. Love that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher has been an amazing upgrade to our kitchen. I absolutely love this dishwasher. It cleans really well, even the toughest dried on food like pasta sauce comes off without any scrubbing. I like that there are three racks. The top rack is great for utensils and lids, giving the two bottom racks more space for other items. The quick adjustable middle rack makes it super easy to fit larger items like pots and pans, or tall water bottles. I also love that each rack is connected to its own water hose so that every racks gets its own water source for cleaning. The auto open feature at the end of the cycle helps everything dry faster and I noticed our glassware come out with little to no water spots. The wifi connection is super convenient for checking cycle status and getting notifications. Not only is this dishwasher functional, it also looks sleek. It is extremely quiet, which is amazing as well. Overall, this dishwasher is stylish, quiet, and has great features with users in mind.

Bought this in May 2025. Started leaking in August 2025 out the back of the unit.
