Once installed the dishwasher looks great, very nice look that complements our kitchen so well. And the best part is how the Samsung dishwasher gets everything cleaned inside, and better yet, it dries the dishes and lastly it opens the door slightly so it can be vented right away. This way we do not need to be around while it is working or when it is done. Our Samsung cleans much better than our previous one and it does it quietly too. The application is a plus but not necessary, so the dishwasher looks great, works amazingly and we can arrange the dishes in many different ways to optimize the space to be cleaned. There is a spot where the dishes get the force of the jets even better so on that side is where we place the dishes that are a little dirtier. And having three rows where the dishes can be cleaned is amazing, we recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a wonderful experience with the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher—the look and feel of a very high-end unit. I have been using it 3-4 times a week, getting used to using three-layered trays. Each of them can be adjusted depending on the shape of the dishes or size. At first, it was a little strange and cumbersome, but now it is the best try system. The gentle touch opens the door, and it can be set to open the door once the washing cycle is complete. Many options are available using the screen or by voice command. I have been using the AI wash all the time, each cycle gives clean dishes, and I barely hear its operational sound. Being connected to the device means you will have access to the latest software (firmware). Recent updates provide the operation by phone. So far, it has been a good decision to have the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher; from the design (zen, minimalist) to its actual use, all aspects are focused on creating a user-friendly experience. This is more than a dishwasher, but an artwork in my kitchen.

The dishes come out dry and clean every time and I save so much time and energy not having to re-run dishes that didn't get clean! I love the stainless steel look inside and the top buttons make it look very clean and sleek. The third rack is also super convenient and an amazing feature I've never had. I am very happy with this dishwasher and would recommend it to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about a week now and I’m genuinely impressed. This item was a huge upgrade from our previous unit. While at first, I was skeptical of the advertised 3rd rack, it has quickly become my favorite feature. I’m a tall guy so bending or squatting down to put silverware into the holder has always been tedious. Typically, I’d haphazardly throw them in and cross my fingers our utensils end up getting cleaned. Not anymore, the 3rd rack has a luxurious tray to place in each item, so they’re perfectly spaced out. To make it even better, they have dedicated washers for small cups and pint size cups. The washer provides you with a variety of different washes. We typically use the “Normal” option and it’s done its job. While it’s running, we can barely hear it. This is great because after a long day, the last thing I want to do is listen to loud sloshing sounds from the other room when I’m trying to relax with my wife watching TV or a movie. There is one feature I’m not too thrilled about and need more time to determine if I like it. That feature is the auto release door. I’m all for efficiency and reduced energy consumption, but I have quite got used to waking up to the door ajar. None the less, I’m overall satisfied with its drying capabilities. The setting is easily disabled, I just haven’t made a formal decision to take that action Overall, it’s a winner. It has everything I need and more. To make it better, it adds a nice sleek touch and compliments our other Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. It’s even very easy to connect to the Smartthings app.

This product (DW90F89T0USRAA) was very difficult to install. it does not come ready to install right out of the box you will need a $13 dishwasher wiring kit from Home Depot. The drain tube is very shot making it difficult to connect unless your garbage disposal is really close. The provided instructions are not very clear. The water inlet valve does not seem to be standard to existing dish washer connection so the fit is very tight and expect a lot of leaking. Finally the 2025 Samsung Dishwasher Ready2Fit Guarantee Offer is not a thing. They advertise $300 guarantee to make sure this dishwasher fits, not true. When you read the details, they say they will provide only $50. This will not fit a standard height counter and the adjustments for the feet are only in the front so you cannot adjust too much without changing the balance of the product. We replaces a KitchenAid KDTM354DSS4 which fit the space perfectly in both height and width. The KitchenAid was a replacement to the contractor original product which also fit. The Samsung product was too wide. I had to cut away come of the cabinetry trim to get the dishwasher to fit. The "Ready to Fit" is not at all ready, even with adjusting the feet as much as I could there is still a 2" gap between the dishwasher and the bottom of my counter. I have worked as as a carpenter and an electrician and have been working in IT for 30 years. Not only did this take my wife and I 3 hours to install it took another two hours to sync the wireless to the Smart things app. The instruction for syncing this device to the smart thing app was also severely lacking. It should sync automatically with the app but if it does not then you have to reset the dishwasher several time to release the mac address and or partial sync with the app. Put the dishwasher in "AP" mode (access Point) and reset it again or just to get it to broad case wirelessly. Seriously this was a major pain. I finally for it to stop leaking and god the product installed with the app functional and the product works very well so far, But this was an awful experience and I will have to go back and further modify the cabinet to get the fit to appear seamless. One last note the rubber gasket that goes around the dishwasher to cover the space between the cabinet is not sufficient and stops short of going all the way around so there will be gaps there as well on both the right and left side near the bottom. Too much to pay for a product that falls short and doesn't think of everything.

We moved into a new home about a year ago that had an old beat up dishwasher.. we desperately needed a new dishwasher and I am so glad we found it! This dishwasher is fantastic. It has incredible technology that lets you wash dishes from your phone. I personally love the utensils’ rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My DW90F89T0USRAA 38 dBA Bespoke Smart Dishwasher with 3rd Rack Washing System I am very excited to have this dishwasher in my home since it is of the best quality, it works very well, it is quiet, it has three racks for better capacity and washing, it has several washing systems, even a sanitizing one, which is what I liked the most, its smart control, it washes my dishes that have been very dirty and the truth is it washes very well and dries wonderfully, it is the best dishwasher I have used, I recommend it, it exceeds my expectations, it was also very easy to install, standard size.

But not only is it nice sleek and white but it leaves my dishes nice and clean. I feel like my dishes are way cleaner than in my previous unit. I also love the auto open feature so it can air out once it's done. The dishwasher does have 3 racks, which is perfect for me. I like to use the 3rd rack for smaller items such as lids from thermos, cup lids, small bowls, etc. It has like a basket for that so it won't fall down. Did I mention how quiet it is when it is running? I can barely notice it, and even though it runs quietly, it cleans very thoroughly. The smart things app is also another great feature that comes with the dishwasher. You can change the settings and set different cleaning options because there are several, and get notifications on your phone. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone and everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the new Samsung DW90F89P0USRAA dishwasher to replace our older model Samsung appliance. To summarize our experience, we found it to be a nice upgrade with some great new features. The flush panel on front (no handle) looked attractive both in the pictures we saw and especially once it was installed into our cabinet. I was a little concerned about being able to open the door in the case of a power failure, but this is easily done by pulling on the sides, or using the provided tool. By pushing the top of the dishwasher the door pops open eliminating the need for a handle--very nice! The top rack has dedicated glassware cleaners which is a very nice addition to the dishwasher. Our previous unit had a dedicated third rack for only utensils and this was a bit of a waste of space compared to the upgraded cup rack. We like the improvement. To our surprise, the dishwasher can be unexpectedly outspoken. It is equped with a mic and speakers used for Bixby, which is Samsung voice assistant. If you were interested starting the dishwasher with your voice, you could--as well as interact with any smarthome devices you have connected to SmartThings. The interface with SmartThings to configure and run the dishwasher is full-featured and efficient, or you can just operate the unit from an integrated display and buttons along the top of the door. Finally, the unit is very quiet when properly installed within your cabinet. We have opened the door mistakenly a few times thinking it was not running only to see water cascading down from our interruption. The quiet operation means fewer distractions when watching movies in our living room and no disturbances from late-night dishwasher runs. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase.

It works very well and is easy to use. We did a test on it and put in an unrinsed cereal bowl that my son had left in his room for over a day and it cleaned it perfectly! I love that the top rack has space for glasses and it sprays directly into each glass. The dryer is great as well and does not leave any water spots. The design had a lot of thought put into it to truly maximize the space and amount that it could hold. I never imagined a dishwasher could be so different, but this one truly changes the dish washing experience. It also syncs up with our Samsung refrigerator and smart things app. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!!
