I love the 3rd rack, power washing, the quietness, and especially the fact that the door opens automatically after it finishes so it releases any built up moisture. Oh, and the light inside is a great touch!

There is a rack for stemware, the racks fold down for pots and pans, there is a setting to storm wash your pots and pans, the glasses come out spotless and completely dry. It is so quiet I have to double check to make sure I started it. Lastly the clean design, glass front that me matches the other Samsung appliances is magnificent.

I love this dishwasher! First of all, it is SO quiet! I have to strain my ears to make sure that it's even on. There are so many cleaning options (I prefer AI Mode). I also really like the drying option that opens the door at the end to let the dishes dry quicker. It holds a bunch of dishes (there are 3 racks!). It also connects to my Samsung Smartthings app, so I can get notifications about when the cycle is done, when I need to use the self-clean feature, etc. As for the cleaning itself: I've only rarely had a dish that isn't completely clean, and that will only happen if there is excessive food that is dried on... If I rinse it after I use it, I never have any problems. All in all, a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know what you think when I bought this thing I got it for the wife and I thought she would love it She was Leary at first that got over it really quick everything from the quietness to the way it cleans to the light inside to the extra rack up top. The thing is amazing. We bought it because we needed a new one. It wasn't cleaning and we thought we could just leave this with the house but now we're thinking It cost a little bit extra than what we would Really it's really worth it I recommend this thing 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If a DW falls in the forest, does it make a sound? The answer, in this case is apparently no! I have never encountered a dishwasher that required checking the light to see if it was running; this thing is amazingly quiet! The extra capacity of the third shelf is very nice. I actually love that you can sort the cutlery onto the top shelf while loading; it makes unloading a breeze. The dishes are also dry! The auto open door assures that residual moisture has an opportunity to evaporate instead of pooling on top of all the drinkware. While I was somewhat surprised to have a dishwasher slide into my DMs, the integration with the Samsung ecosystem and display of wash completion on our Samsung TV is really a useful bit of information. The same goes for reminders to run a self-cleaning cycle.

There are so many different options and settings to choose from, which makes it easy to customize each load. It has a lot of storage space and fits way more dishes than I expected. It's also surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, it works great and cleans the dishes really well! Definitely happy with this dishwasher and would recommend it.

I primarily purchased this dishwasher due to the sound level as my open floor plan Home didn't need to be drowning in dishwasher noise. I like the stainless steel features of the inside after learning how to use the machine a little bit more and able to adjust the middle rack that's been easier not learning. How means you can't get the plates in the bottom and that's infuriating not being able to wash dinner plates correctly the features I love is the interior light. I like how the door opens at the end to let it finish drying. I've had some issues with cleaning and I don't know yet if it's my water the soap I'm using or combination of all of it, but I occasionally get spots left on my plates. That's almost looks like rust, which is just odd. No major complaints about the dishwasher. There is a gap between the top of the dishwasher and my counter which I think is very odd. I like the way it attaches to the app and the SmartThings stuff even though I don't really use any of that however, overall if I had a chance, I'd probably try something new instead of going with this one again don't hate it, but I'm not in awe. :)

The dishwasher started falling apart just over a year after I purchased it. Thankfully, or so I thought, I had paid extra for a 5-year warranty. After some runaround, they sent a repair guy who took pictures and said he couldn't fix it. Then, several days later, after no one got back to me with a solution, I made several calls only to get connected with an offshore call center that said they'd escalate the matter. Care+ finally sent an email saying that, instead of setting up a replacement, they're sending me a check for significantly less than I originally spent - and definitely not enough to get a new dishwasher with the same features, plus the remaining 4 years left on the extended warranty are now gone. Very disappointed with Samsung and will think twice before buying anything else from the brand.

Do not buy any Samsung appliance especially a dishwasher. Within a year we would start then get code PC. Then try to restart and sometime it would work. Then we went to cutting power for 2 min. This worked sometime. I just ordered a Bosch and can't wait to get rid of this piece of junk Samsung. Really should be a class action suit against Samsung.
