Samsung added a third rack without doing proper math. The main rack, where dinner plates should go - doesn't have enough height for the dinner plates without obstructing the swivel sprayer, which then doesn't clean hour dishes properly and makes it hard to push the rack back in. Ugh.

I have never encountered a dishwasher that required checking the light to see if it was running; this thing is amazingly quiet! The extra capacity of the third shelf is very nice. I actually love that you can sort the cutlery onto the top shelf while loading; it makes unloading a breeze. The dishes are also dry! The auto open door assures that residual moisture has an opportunity to evaporate instead of pooling on top of all the drinkware. While I was somewhat surprised to have a dishwasher slide into my DMs, the integration with the Samsung ecosystem and display of wash completion on our Samsung TV is really a useful bit of information. The same goes for reminders to run a self-cleaning cycle.

There are so many different options and settings to choose from, which makes it easy to customize each load. It has a lot of storage space and fits way more dishes than I expected. It's also surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, it works great and cleans the dishes really well! Definitely happy with this dishwasher and would recommend it.

The second rack is adjustable so it makes it easier to load the bottom rack. Upon completion of the washing cycle the door pops open which helps the dishes dry. I would buy it again.

Can barely get a plate in there & forget getting much of anything larger in there sitting up where you can get more than a few things in the bottom. I miss not being able to fill the bottom up even with baking dishes or taller pots. Drawers feel cheap & flimsy compared to my last dishwasher.

We've been very happy with this dishwasher. The first thing we noticed is just how quiet it is — at 38 dBA, you can barely tell it's running, which is a big improvement over our previous machine. Our dining room, kitchen and living room are all one area, so we really appreciate the quiet. The AI Wash feature has also been impressive. Dishes come out consistently clean without having to think too much about which cycle to choose, and the upgraded third rack is extremely useful for cutlery, utensils, and smaller items. It gives us noticeably more room in the lower racks and makes loading much easier. We use it every cycle. The overall build quality feels excellent, the interior is well designed, and it handles a full load very efficiently. Glassware comes out clean, plates and cookware are thoroughly washed, and everything feels thoughtfully laid out. I can't believe how much I can fit it. We load it with everything! I love the light inside, I thought it was a gimmick at first - but not at all! Drying - very impressed. We used to get plastics that came out wet. Now that is a very rare occurrence. So far, this has been an excellent upgrade — quiet, spacious, effective, and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

Love this so much, it talks to me. It opens after is done, so great. Tried a few different washing cycles and found what worked for me. Quick wash not so much, 4 kids and lots of yucky dishes so need normal or AI wash. It is not loud, soft hum. Third top rack is fantastic, could not live without it now. Looks like a built in, love the look so much. Had since the fall and so far it has worked great, recommend.
