[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about a week now and I’m genuinely impressed. This item was a huge upgrade from our previous unit. While at first, I was skeptical of the advertised 3rd rack, it has quickly become my favorite feature. I’m a tall guy so bending or squatting down to put silverware into the holder has always been tedious. Typically, I’d haphazardly throw them in and cross my fingers our utensils end up getting cleaned. Not anymore, the 3rd rack has a luxurious tray to place in each item, so they’re perfectly spaced out. To make it even better, they have dedicated washers for small cups and pint size cups. The washer provides you with a variety of different washes. We typically use the “Normal” option and it’s done its job. While it’s running, we can barely hear it. This is great because after a long day, the last thing I want to do is listen to loud sloshing sounds from the other room when I’m trying to relax with my wife watching TV or a movie. There is one feature I’m not too thrilled about and need more time to determine if I like it. That feature is the auto release door. I’m all for efficiency and reduced energy consumption, but I have quite got used to waking up to the door ajar. None the less, I’m overall satisfied with its drying capabilities. The setting is easily disabled, I just haven’t made a formal decision to take that action Overall, it’s a winner. It has everything I need and more. To make it better, it adds a nice sleek touch and compliments our other Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. It’s even very easy to connect to the Smartthings app.

Starting off with the packaging; it was really well packed and padded which is important to me. All sides were covered and all the faces had plastic wrap. The inside was the same. The dishwasher itself is very sleek. I didn’t have any issues getting it installed in replace of my old dishwasher either. Pros: plenty of space for every type of dish. The new and improved top tray is great. It has the normal remove able tray that you can put utensils in and it also has an area that dips in so you can fit bigger things like ladles or measuring cups. There’s even a way to adjust the tray to accommodate wine glasses so they don’t jiggle around. The middle drawer still adjusts up and down so accommodate taller glasses or taller pans from the bottom. There are a a bunch of options for running the machine but I love that you can connect it to your phone so you know when the cycle is complete. It tells you when to refill the liquid reservoir as well as when to run the self clean. The new AI feature runs the wash and can sense when it is clean or if it needs to keep going and that has been a game changer. The other features that make it worth it is that they’re an option for plastic. So, your Tupperware, meal prep containers, dishes. It also has a setting for baby bottles so it can clean and steam sanitize it which eliminates the need for a separate appliance. You have all of your standard settings for quick wash, heavy duty, pots and pans. It does a really great job cleaning the actual dishes. I don’t always wash my dishes immediately, so they have food stuck on them. It still does a great job getting them clean and I don’t have issues with water spots. Cons: The only con I have is the adjustable drawer. It’s either too high or too low. If I want tall glasses then I can’t put in bigger pans and vice versa.

The dishwasher has many features, including ability to connect to the smart app. The three racks are a great use of overall space and glide with ease. There are several features I love, including the fact that you can you can set it to automatically open at the end of a cycle. If you run the dishwasher at the end of the day like me, and forget you have clean dishes in the dishwasher to unload the next day, it's an instant reminder and I haven't forgotten to unload the dishwasher one single day! Running the dishwasher at night is doable because it is ultra quiet, in fact, I had to double check few times to make sure I started it, because it was I wasn't sure it was on and indeed it was. I've tried a few wash cycles and so far, all of my dishes were clean with no re-rinsing or cleaning and there is an option to add the dry cycle or not. I am really pleasantly surprised and enjoying this dishwasher, it's quiet, efficient and has a lot of great options/features that suit any lifestyle. I also like the look of the dishwasher and think it makes a great addition to the overall look of the kitchen. Very happy with the purchase and would do it again!

First off, the aesthetic is top-notch—it fits seamlessly into my kitchen with its sleek, modern design that elevates the entire space. One of the biggest upgrades is its AI-powered cleaning. which means dishes come out cleaner with less effort on my part. I’ve definitely noticed better results in less time, and it uses noticeably less water compared to my previous model. Plus, it's so quiet that I often forget it's running. A huge plus for me is its Wi-Fi connectivity and seamless integration with the Samsung SmartThings ecosystem. I can monitor the cycle status, receive alerts, and even start a load remotely through the app—super handy when I forget to run it before leaving home. It's smart-home friendly in all the right ways. That said, the internal rack design could use improvement. Larger items like 1-liter water bottles or taller cookware don’t fit easily, which can be frustrating when trying to wash a variety of dish sizes. For a high-end model, I expected a bit more flexibility here. Despite that, this dishwasher is a solid performer and a great addition to any smart home. If Samsung updates the internal design in future versions, this would easily be a 5-star appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I have to mention how super quiet this dishwasher is. My old one was quite audible and it was a fairly high end model although very old. I had no idea how far technology has come for dishwashers. You really have to have no ambient sound or get right near the door to hear it. The features are plentiful. More than I know what to do. I've only used the normal and AI settings so far and both have done a great job getting the dishes spotless. I love love love that i no longer have to prewash my dishes before loading them in. This does a bang up job cleaning stuck on food. My only complaint, and it's not a super big deal for the most part is the drying. We normally run our dishwasher over night so the dishes are pretty dry for the most part. I just thought with the special door opening dry method it would be drier than it actually is. I might still have to figure that out if I'm not doing something right but it's definitely not super dry after the cycle is done. I would still definitely recommend this. I love the 3rd rack for flatware and small glasses. It does a great job cleaning. I still haven't used the stormwash since it's been doing stuck a great job without it. Will have to try on some really stuck on pots and pans. All in all, I'm super happy with this dishwasher. Mine ahead of my old one. Another thing that's great is if you're in the samsung ecosystem, this fits right in. You can start and stop it from your phone and check up on how is running, how much water is using and how much electricity. Love that!

It works very well and is easy to use. We did a test on it and put in an unrinsed cereal bowl that my son had left in his room for over a day and it cleaned it perfectly! I love that the top rack has space for glasses and it sprays directly into each glass. The dryer is great as well and does not leave any water spots. The design had a lot of thought put into it to truly maximize the space and amount that it could hold. I never imagined a dishwasher could be so different, but this one truly changes the dish washing experience. It also syncs up with our Samsung refrigerator and smart things app. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!!

The dishes emerge completely spotless, and the automatic opening feature for steam release and drying is highly innovative. Adjusting the middle rack to accommodate taller items on the bottom rack took a few minutes to master. While the third rack is convenient for utensils, I primarily use my silverware caddy for them. The third rack is removable, offering flexibility, but it poses no inconvenience when left in place.

It runs almost silently, so we did not feel that it was running. The third rack provides better space efficiency for smaller utensils such as flatware. Larger utensils fit into the lower rack by removing the flatware basket. I ran a one-hour cycle, and it operated whisper-quiet. When the cycle finished, the auto-release door opened automatically, and I received an alert on my phone. The dishes came out spotlessly clean and completely dry. The Smart Dry feature and the auto-release door are impressive features. Another nice feature is the flatware basket on the bottom rack. It's side-mounted and removable, making it easier to fit larger utensils. My old dishwasher had a front-mounted flatware basket that often fell out when opening the door. There is no such problem with the Samsung dishwasher as it is designed perfectly. The white glass finish attracts fingerprints and smudges. It's easy to clean. The touch panel is more sensitive compared to my old dishwasher. Overall, I’m highly impressed with its cleaning performance and quiet operation.

It’s very easy to load and I like the different cycle options depending on how much I need to wash. The three racks make it easier to separate large and small dishes and fit a lot more in efficiently I like the top rack and the basket to wash cutlery, utensils and serve ware with ease. It’s very quiet and I really don’t hear it running so I can even run it at night without having any disturbances. The light on the door is great and it makes it easy to see that its still in wash cycle. I would definitely recommend it.
