Once installed the dishwasher looks great, very nice look that complements our kitchen so well. And the best part is how the Samsung dishwasher gets everything cleaned inside, and better yet, it dries the dishes and lastly it opens the door slightly so it can be vented right away. This way we do not need to be around while it is working or when it is done. Our Samsung cleans much better than our previous one and it does it quietly too. The application is a plus but not necessary, so the dishwasher looks great, works amazingly and we can arrange the dishes in many different ways to optimize the space to be cleaned. There is a spot where the dishes get the force of the jets even better so on that side is where we place the dishes that are a little dirtier. And having three rows where the dishes can be cleaned is amazing, we recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung rarely misses for me and I'm pleased to report another winner! First of all, when they advertise whisper quiet, they aren't kidding. The only thing you hear are the gentle beeps when you're starting the dishwasher and the notification when it ends. Some of the best features I have found are the three racks (with the middle rack being adjustable, so you can move it up or down), the wire racks being adjustable; they can be pulled up or down to make space for larger items, and the pop open feature to continue drying your dishes is genius! My previous dishwasher, the dishes were SOAKING, now they are dry and barely need a dishtowel, if at all! A feature I won't be using, but appreciate is the fact there is a sanitizing setting! What a great feature for any new parent that has to go through tons of bottles each day! Also, if you appreciate some extra tech with your appliances, Samsung offers it with their SmartThings App, which makes it so you can connect to the washer to change settings as well as start and stop loads, and receive notifications.

From the deep slare black color, to the lighted interior, Samsung has done it again. The recessed handle is very comfortable, and the control panel is smooth and placed in such a way that there are no accidental touches. The third rack is something that just works! My long handled utensils fit perfectly on the top rack, and we're cleaned easily, without being close to the water jets. It's the first time ever that I didn't have to rinse or re-wash them. The cleaning power is unmatched. And with this dishwasher, silence is golden. Yes-the dishwasher is so quiet, that I can't tell it's even running! I had to bend down and put my ear near it to confirm it was running. This is such a beautiful and efficient addition to my kitchen. It fit easily in the designated space and learning the controls was very easy.

The third rack for cups and utensils is very useful. It allows for more dishes to be placed on the second row. The positioning of the panel on on the top of the door i s very helpful. In the past, I have had to lock the panel to keep it from getting started by accident. It's very quiet and is not really noticable when running. I like that it pops open when the wash cycles is finished. i would definitely recommend it.

Samsung is a leader in AI-based appliances; we are excited about what it can do for our daily lives. Upon using the new one, noticeably different from the old one, the noise level is significantly lower than that of the old one. A couple of cool features: Opening the door: options for automatically opening the door after the cycle finishes (A great idea), Bixby integration as a simple operation, flexible three trays that securely hold wine glasses and other dishes, which flipped down to be easy and user friendly operation, the voice confirmation and instruction, a nice LCD showing all info and easy to adjust functions, and the most beautiful thing is AI wash: it monitors water and electricity usage and optimize to reduce the total energy cost. Also, there is no guesswork on the types of dirty dishes. The phone integration through the Samsung Ecosystem, which displays messages on the phone or Samsung TVs, is a very convenient function. The observed cycle time ranges from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. Later that day, we realized that we could open the door by gently pushing it or saying, “Hey, Bixby, wait for the voice, and then say, “Open the door.” As noted above, all those AI or high-tech features are embedded into the ease of use, hiding most of the complexity, which is a beautiful thing for everyday users.

After a few months of use, here are my thoughts. This is hands down the best dishwasher we have ever owned. Glass front makes cleaning a breeze, unit looks fantastic. Inside, the 3rd rack is actually useful for oversized serving spoons and knives. Wash options galore, sparkling clean load, 100% dry, no water stains anywhere. Had no idea a dishwasher could be this quiet let alone this good. Connected to the app no problem. My go to setting is Normal - SmartDry Low. If you’re looking for the best dishwasher, after all my research and use, this is the one.

Time to right the ship! Negative reviews for past Samsung is over! I’ve been using my new Samsung three rack dishwasher and it’s been acing every load! From total silence while it’s working, to choices of cycles that fit your needs. Third rack has proven to be a very useful spare rack. Looks great in the kitchen

One of the things I love is how well it cleans. I don’t need to pre-rinse or scrub anything, even tough, dried on food like egg yolk comes off completely. The dishes always come out spotless. So far it cleans better than the previous dishwasher we’ve had. It’s really quiet, you can barely hear it running. It also looks modern and sleek, blending nicely with the rest of our appliances. One of my favorite features is the interior lighting. It’s a small little feature but makes a big difference, it really gives it a high end look. The auto open door at the end of the cycle in my opinion is the best feature and a must have for dishwashers. It helps the dishes dry much faster without leaving water marks behind. Another detail I appreciate is that each rack has its own dedicated water hose. That means all racks get a thorough cleaning. The wifi connection is also very convenient. I can check the status of a cycle and get notified when it’s done on my phone without having to be near the dishwasher. Overall, this dishwasher exceeded my expectations.
