[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first acquired our home, it had an older dishwasher. While it ran effectively, it wasn't efficient nor perfectly thorough most of the time. There was unfortunately times that the silverware still had things caked on it after a cycle had ran. The unit also held moisture inappropriately leading to mildew. The new unit from Samsung is all of the things that the previous dishwasher was lacking. Its super efficient and has a great energy star rating that I appreciate, as I am always trying to find ways to be more environmentally friendly and efficient in my home. The unit is super quiet and you practically don't know if its running. Additionally, it has lots of different system settings for cycles, based on whatever the dishes may need in the moment. The top rack for utensils and glasses helps to clean the items very well and leaves them super sparkly. I appreciate that the unit door pops open when the cycle is complete to alert me in case I am not home. I do wish that the unit came with a more helpful "quick start" guide that reviewed all of the different cycles. I felt like a lot of it was learn in the moment and Google search to figure it out.

Starting off with the packaging; it was really well packed and padded which is important to me. All sides were covered and all the faces had plastic wrap. The inside was the same. The dishwasher itself is very sleek. I didn’t have any issues getting it installed in replace of my old dishwasher either. Pros: plenty of space for every type of dish. The new and improved top tray is great. It has the normal remove able tray that you can put utensils in and it also has an area that dips in so you can fit bigger things like ladles or measuring cups. There’s even a way to adjust the tray to accommodate wine glasses so they don’t jiggle around. The middle drawer still adjusts up and down so accommodate taller glasses or taller pans from the bottom. There are a a bunch of options for running the machine but I love that you can connect it to your phone so you know when the cycle is complete. It tells you when to refill the liquid reservoir as well as when to run the self clean. The new AI feature runs the wash and can sense when it is clean or if it needs to keep going and that has been a game changer. The other features that make it worth it is that they’re an option for plastic. So, your Tupperware, meal prep containers, dishes. It also has a setting for baby bottles so it can clean and steam sanitize it which eliminates the need for a separate appliance. You have all of your standard settings for quick wash, heavy duty, pots and pans. It does a really great job cleaning the actual dishes. I don’t always wash my dishes immediately, so they have food stuck on them. It still does a great job getting them clean and I don’t have issues with water spots. Cons: The only con I have is the adjustable drawer. It’s either too high or too low. If I want tall glasses then I can’t put in bigger pans and vice versa.

The dishwasher I had at my home was very old and ineffective, so it was a very high priority for me to upgrade. This Samsung dishwasher is everything I wanted! Firstly, it is so sleek. I love the fact that it doesn't show fingerprints, and even the buttons are hidden away at the top. It also cleans very well - everything comes out sparkling. Lastly, I am extremely impressed by how large it is on the inside! There is so much room to store pots and pans, dishes, and then the silverware portion at the top is an added bonus. It's perfect for a family or after a large gathering. It's so quite when running, I truly didn't know it was on.

As soon as you open the door you can see the pod detergent and rinse compartment tucked away in the door just like most dishwashers. There is high quality stainless steel inside and a deep and spacious tub is. Much bigger than my last dishwasher. You can see the silverware compartment is large and holds items in place. The racks glide easily and without wiggle and are well designed, holding about anything you can think of! The Bespoke has that third rack which I love and is a new feature for my family so getting them to use it will be entertaining. Each rack has its own cleaning sprayer nozzle which has so far been spectacular in cleaning my dirty dishes. Even the top rack has its own spray system for your cutlery and smaller items. Extra tip for larger dishes: My husband was bummed because when loaded with dinner plates the middle rack nozzle was blocked and did not spin. Then I showed him how to adjust the middle rack up so that all systems operated perfectly! Large 9-10 inch plates, tall wine glasses and bowls can be easily loaded and the nozzle will spin! The unique functions for the washer controls are concealed in the top of the door and have so many options. It will honestly take a year to go through them all but so far I have used Normal, AI Express and Storm and they all work as expected. No warped plastic and the dishes are super clean! It looks very sleek, both inside and out, and is very simple to use. The hidden controls are very nice and easy to toggle between different modes. I love how the dishes are actually clean and dry when the cycle is done, it saves so much time and effort from what I’m used to. Also, this dishwasher is extremely quiet, you won’t even know it’s running. I’m very impressed with this dishwasher and would certainly recommend it!

I still cannot get over just how whisper quiet it is at just 38 decibels. The new AI wash feature automatically adjusts cycles based on how dirty your dishes are, and when combined with Samsung's incredible StormWash+ system, everything comes out sparkling clean without you ever having to think twice about which setting to use. After washing, the Smart Heat Dry feature takes over, absorbing moisture and circulating high temperature air at an impressive 212 degrees fahrenheit. The door will then automatically open to let the steam escape, leaving your dishes nice and dry. All of these features have been working perfectly for me and I can't imagine going back to any other dishwasher without them!

After 10 days of daily use, here are the pros and cons: Pros: Ultra-quiet operation Door opens automatically after the cycle is completed, which helps dry the dishes Cons: Steep learning curve for arranging dishes; I am still struggling with this In almost every load, one or two bowls or cups have residue left. This is surprising, as my old dishwasher performed better in this regard.

One of the things I love is how well it cleans. I don’t need to pre-rinse or scrub anything, even tough, dried on food like egg yolk comes off completely. The dishes always come out spotless. So far it cleans better than the previous dishwasher we’ve had. It’s really quiet, you can barely hear it running. It also looks modern and sleek, blending nicely with the rest of our appliances. One of my favorite features is the interior lighting. It’s a small little feature but makes a big difference, it really gives it a high end look. The auto open door at the end of the cycle in my opinion is the best feature and a must have for dishwashers. It helps the dishes dry much faster without leaving water marks behind. Another detail I appreciate is that each rack has its own dedicated water hose. That means all racks get a thorough cleaning. The wifi connection is also very convenient. I can check the status of a cycle and get notified when it’s done on my phone without having to be near the dishwasher. Overall, this dishwasher exceeded my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long time Samsung user, and this product did not disappoint. It is sleek and luxurious. Yes, luxurious! We recently remodeled our kitchen and this modern looking dishwasher fits in nicely. 3 shelves means everything fits with no wasted space. The middle shelf raises and lowers to accommodate more items. I've never seen a light in a dishwasher before but I like it. Not sure it adds much functionality but it looks great. Plenty of settings for different wash cycles,and the screen on the door shows how long a cycle will take. I found it easier to use the SmartThings app but the door screen is more than adequate. There is a setting for plastics who's great-no more melted cups or food storage containers. Probably the best part of running this dishwasher is how quiet it is. I only hear the water running during fill parts of the cycle, never hear the actual washing. I'll admit that I've checked the door screen and the app a few time to make sure tmi turned it on!
