Between the smartthings connectivity, the upgraded 3rd rack, and the hot air enabled drying this dishwasher is basically perfect. The ability to do express washes is great when you just have a few dishes to tidy up. I cant believe how quiet this machine is. If it wasnt for the smartthings notifications when the cycle is complete I would forget that its even running. Highly recommend this machine!

With a toddler and a baby on the way we have plenty of dishes piling up every day and this dishwasher makes keeping up with them easy! The 3rd Rack Washing System allows us to clean more dishes with every load and the top rack is perfect for those small baby items. The Auto Release Door is a game changer and makes sure we get a dry load every time. And did we mention how quiet it is? You can barely tell it’s running and it allows us to wash dishes even when the little ones are sleeping nearby! We also love that it connects to Samsung Smart Things allowing us to control it from anywhere in the house. Overall, we are in love with our new dishwasher and can’t wait to use it for years to come.

I already have it more then a month and I am truly impressed with this dishwasher I owned Ge brands before ,but this one is one of the best on the market, you can't tell that is running so quiet, clean dishes extremely well they coming out clean and dry, AI cycle will detect how dirty dishes are and amount of detergent and will adjust cycle accordingly, the fact that you can remotely start dishwasher using smart things it is great as well, state of the art, buy it you won't regret it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using our 2025 Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, model # DW90F89P0USRAA! It not only looks amazing in our kitchen, it works great too! The front is in a fingerprint resistant stainless steel, and it has a sleek, handle-less design. The auto open door was a little tricky to learn how to use at first, but I've figured it out with a little practice! Also, at 38 dBA this dishwasher is super quiet! So far I've only used the AI wash cycles and have been very impressed! The 3rd rack (very top one) has a small area for utensils, along with an area for cups and glasses. This area for utensils is pretty small. We use a lot of silverware at my house, so this little area fills up pretty quickly. I end up having to put the rest of the dirty silverware down below in the Cutlery Basket. This is not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. I prefer having ALL my silverware in one place. The cup washing area is great! Having this designated spot for cups and glasses saves me so much room in the middle rack to put other things. The bottom rack holds all our plates and big bowls - couldn't be more pleased! Before I turn the dishwasher on, I have to select SMART DRY and the LOW, HIGH, or MAX setting. I prefer the HIGH setting. At the end of the cycle, the auto release feature causes the door to pop open to continue the drying process. It sings a little song when it's done - we hear it throughout the house! It's a very pleasant little tune! This dishwasher connects with my SmartThings App on my phone. It's so nice to be able to monitor the cycle and see the status of the wash, such as how much longer it has until it finishes. My biggest complaint is the cord. The cord connects to the dishwasher in the FRONT left corner. From there, it runs around to the back of the dishwasher, where it then gets plugged into an outlet. (for reference, all of our other dishwasher cords have been located in the BACK.) This creates a problem because the cord is too short - by the time it runs around to where it needs to go, it's TOO SHORT to reach the outlet. We are having to pay an electrician to come out and move our outlet to remedy this situation. I am not happy about that. Aside from the small utensil holder on the top rack, and the short cord, we are very pleased with this dishwasher. It does a fabulous job washing and drying our dishes, and is a HUGE improvement from our old one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a dishwasher could be so quiet! I had to double check to make sure it was actually running because I could not hear it. It works very well and is easy to use. We did a test on it and put in an unrinsed cereal bowl that my son had left in his room for over a day and it cleaned it perfectly! I love that the top rack has space for glasses and it sprays directly into each glass. The dryer is great as well and does not leave any water spots. The design had a lot of thought put into it to truly maximize the space and amount that it could hold. I never imagined a dishwasher could be so different, but this one truly changes the dish washing experience. It also syncs up with our Samsung refrigerator and smart things app. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a wonderful experience with the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher—the look and feel of a very high-end unit. I have been using it 3-4 times a week, getting used to using three-layered trays. Each of them can be adjusted depending on the shape of the dishes or size. At first, it was a little strange and cumbersome, but now it is the best try system. The gentle touch opens the door, and it can be set to open the door once the washing cycle is complete. Many options are available using the screen or by voice command. I have been using the AI wash all the time, each cycle gives clean dishes, and I barely hear its operational sound. Being connected to the device means you will have access to the latest software (firmware). Recent updates provide the operation by phone. So far, it has been a good decision to have the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher; from the design (zen, minimalist) to its actual use, all aspects are focused on creating a user-friendly experience. This is more than a dishwasher, but an artwork in my kitchen.

The WaterWall seemed like a good idea to get all four corners of the bottom of the dishwasher. This part of my dishwasher fails continuously, however. The dishwasher also seems to have no idea that this is failing resulting in having to run the load again after fixing the problem. I was going this for a year or so where it would fail about every couple weeks, but now it won’t move at all on the track. Very disappointed that my two year old dishwasher is basically useless. Will see what servicing costs. Also disappointed that the paint inside the handle portion of the dishwasher chips incredibly easy and they don’t offer any touch-up paint. Looks cheap, performs cheap.

But not only is it nice sleek and white but it leaves my dishes nice and clean. I feel like my dishes are way cleaner than in my previous unit. I also love the auto open feature so it can air out once it's done. The dishwasher does have 3 racks, which is perfect for me. I like to use the 3rd rack for smaller items such as lids from thermos, cup lids, small bowls, etc. It has like a basket for that so it won't fall down. Did I mention how quiet it is when it is running? I can barely notice it, and even though it runs quietly, it cleans very thoroughly. The smart things app is also another great feature that comes with the dishwasher. You can change the settings and set different cleaning options because there are several, and get notifications on your phone. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone and everyone.

Some key features that make this dishwasher stand out is there are three rows to load dishes, the dishwasher has a light inside to easily see dishes, it’s ultra quiet, and it cleans and dries dishes quickly and efficiently. I love how sleek and simple the dishwasher looks and that it’s finger print resistant. Additionally the dishwasher has an AI function that learns how to wash and rinse based on the dishes in each load. My overall favorite feature of this dishwasher is how quiet it is, you literally can’t hear it running. It’s the dishwasher of the future that I’m going to be recommending to all my friends and family.
