[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke dishwasher has a lot of great features. When you first turn it on it has a nice chime and the LCD screen comes on. It has ten different wash cycles which you can scroll through and select the best one. Since having the dishwasher my two favorites are the Stormwash and AI cycles. it is also extremely quiet when it is running. it has a 38 dba rating and you hardly know it running. it has three racks and the bottom is customizable depending on what disches your loading large or small. I love the interior, its a modernized look and is easy to clean. The rack handles are stainless stee as well which upgrades it even more. it has a light inside which illuminates when the door is opened. The auto release functionality is great. It will open the door automatically to dry the dishes at the end of each cycle. Lastly, it has a nice exterior which is a stainless steel fingerprint resistant finish with a recessed handle. it also has wifi compatibility and connects to the smart things app which is where we have all of our Samsung appliances. I am pleased we got this dishwasher, it is a great addition to our Samsung family.

I love that it is fingerprint resistant which is very helpful with two toddlers in the house. There is so much room inside especially with the 3rd rack. This makes cleaning up so much easier. There is nothing worse than having to hand wash the dishes that did not fit in the dishwasher. The best part is how quiet the dishwasher is with its whisper quiet 38 dBA. We barely even know it is running. With the Smart Dry with AutoRelease my dishes dry so much faster. I love not having to lay my dishes on the counter to continue drying after the wash. This is an amazing dishwasher, and I would definitely recommend purchasing it for your next upgrade.

It does a great job with glass dishes and doesn't damage my pots and pans. The drying function works really well I can take my dishes from the dishwasher back to my cabinets. I chose the stainless steel design to match my kitchen aesthetic and this is easy to clean and resists fingerprints and stains really well. The 3rd rack is great for my travel mug lids and larger utensils. This dishwasher is almost whisper quiet and is built with quality.

Starting off with the packaging; it was really well packed and padded which is important to me. All sides were covered and all the faces had plastic wrap. The inside was the same. The dishwasher itself is very sleek. I didn’t have any issues getting it installed in replace of my old dishwasher either. Pros: plenty of space for every type of dish. The new and improved top tray is great. It has the normal remove able tray that you can put utensils in and it also has an area that dips in so you can fit bigger things like ladles or measuring cups. There’s even a way to adjust the tray to accommodate wine glasses so they don’t jiggle around. The middle drawer still adjusts up and down so accommodate taller glasses or taller pans from the bottom. There are a a bunch of options for running the machine but I love that you can connect it to your phone so you know when the cycle is complete. It tells you when to refill the liquid reservoir as well as when to run the self clean. The new AI feature runs the wash and can sense when it is clean or if it needs to keep going and that has been a game changer. The other features that make it worth it is that they’re an option for plastic. So, your Tupperware, meal prep containers, dishes. It also has a setting for baby bottles so it can clean and steam sanitize it which eliminates the need for a separate appliance. You have all of your standard settings for quick wash, heavy duty, pots and pans. It does a really great job cleaning the actual dishes. I don’t always wash my dishes immediately, so they have food stuck on them. It still does a great job getting them clean and I don’t have issues with water spots. Cons: The only con I have is the adjustable drawer. It’s either too high or too low. If I want tall glasses then I can’t put in bigger pans and vice versa.

The 3rd rack washing system gives me a great place drinkware and cleans the insides really well. The SmartDry with AutoRelease makes sure everything is dry by morning so all items can be put away. I don't have to pre-rinse any dishes since the AI wash system ensures all stubborn food and dirt is cleaned off. The Stormwash+ also does an incredible job cleaning all sides of every item I put in. I really like how quiet the washer is since its close to our living room - never disturbs my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used our 2025 Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, model # DW90F89P0USRAA in fingerprint resistant stainless steel, for a little over a week now and it is a much needed upgrade to our old dishwasher! The sleek, handle-less design complements our kitchen very well. and completes our kitchen transformation. We had a quiet dishwasher before, but this 38 dBA one is whisper quiet compared to our old one. You pretty much have to be standing directly in front of it to hear it running. This model has no handle, so it takes a bit to figure out how to apply the correct amount of pressure in the proper location for the auto-open door to function; but after that, it works flawlessly. In the event of a power failure, there is a tool that can be used to open the door. This dishwasher has a 3rd Rack Washing System. It is smaller that what we have been used to, so if you use a lot of utensils, some of them will have to be placed into the Cutlery Basket in the lower rack. One other feature we really like is the cup wash area. There is an individual nozzle for each cup or glass. This area can hold 6 coffee cups and 6 glasses. There are also several dedicated areas for washing wine glasses. This dishwasher has 9 wash cycles plus Self Clean, but we have only used AI Wash and have been very happy with the results from this cycle. There is a Smart Dry with Auto Release function on the door. After using the Smart Dry feature, which uses an internal heater to dry the dishes, the door automatically opens to allow further drying. We like the Smart Dry feature, but you have to select it every single time you run the dishwasher. The Samsung SmartThings apps works well with this unit and allows many functions from your phone. Overall, we have been very happy with this dishwasher. One area of concern for us is that the 120V power cord hooks up to the unit in the front left corner as opposed to most models with the cord in the back. The cord runs along a channel to the back from there to hook up to the electrical outlet. Unfortunately for us, the cord is slightly too short and we had to do some electrical modifications to plug it in. We wish that the cord was attached in the back, giving us the length that we needed. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase!

I love the large storage ability and the fact that you can raise/lower the shelves. Sometimes you don't realize it's on, and can't see the buttons/lights on the control panel because they're hidden under the countertop, accidentally interrupting it mid cycle. I also kinda miss having a bar/handle to hang an extra hand towel on. It is very sleek looking and overall would recommend it to a friend.

I still cannot get over just how whisper quiet it is at just 38 decibels. The new AI wash feature automatically adjusts cycles based on how dirty your dishes are, and when combined with Samsung's incredible StormWash+ system, everything comes out sparkling clean without you ever having to think twice about which setting to use. After washing, the Smart Heat Dry feature takes over, absorbing moisture and circulating high temperature air at an impressive 212 degrees fahrenheit. The door will then automatically open to let the steam escape, leaving your dishes nice and dry. All of these features have been working perfectly for me and I can't imagine going back to any other dishwasher without them!
