From the deep slare black color, to the lighted interior, Samsung has done it again. The recessed handle is very comfortable, and the control panel is smooth and placed in such a way that there are no accidental touches. The third rack is something that just works! My long handled utensils fit perfectly on the top rack, and we're cleaned easily, without being close to the water jets. It's the first time ever that I didn't have to rinse or re-wash them. The cleaning power is unmatched. And with this dishwasher, silence is golden. Yes-the dishwasher is so quiet, that I can't tell it's even running! I had to bend down and put my ear near it to confirm it was running. This is such a beautiful and efficient addition to my kitchen. It fit easily in the designated space and learning the controls was very easy.

We got this one to match our other Samsung appliances in matte black. This dishwasher is amazing! The AI mode literally get the dishes spotless and they are now Completely dry when the cycle is complete. Not something my old dishwasher was able to do well. This one has three drawers for maximum storage. The second and theirs row allow you to tip your cups so they don’t have water on the top of them at the end of the cycle. Some really nice touches are the light on the inside and the light outside. They add ambiance when the door is closed and allows you too see inside when the door is open. Also it’s so quiet!!!! I forget it’s in sometimes. The smart thing app also alerts me to when a cycle is completed and I can remote start it if I wanted to as well. This washer is honestly the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I’ve raved about it to all my friends when they come over. No doubt Samsung has a Winner on their hands with this dishwasher.

It cleans really well, even the toughest dried on food like pasta sauce comes off without any scrubbing. I like that there are three racks. The top rack is great for utensils and lids, giving the two bottom racks more space for other items. The quick adjustable middle rack makes it super easy to fit larger items like pots and pans, or tall water bottles. I also love that each rack is connected to its own water hose so that every racks gets its own water source for cleaning. The auto open feature at the end of the cycle helps everything dry faster and I noticed our glassware come out with little to no water spots. The wifi connection is super convenient for checking cycle status and getting notifications. Not only is this dishwasher functional, it also looks sleek. It is extremely quiet, which is amazing as well. Overall, this dishwasher is stylish, quiet, and has great features with users in mind.

There was unfortunately times that the silverware still had things caked on it after a cycle had ran. The unit also held moisture inappropriately leading to mildew. The new unit from Samsung is all of the things that the previous dishwasher was lacking. Its super efficient and has a great energy star rating that I appreciate, as I am always trying to find ways to be more environmentally friendly and efficient in my home. The unit is super quiet and you practically don't know if its running. Additionally, it has lots of different system settings for cycles, based on whatever the dishes may need in the moment. The top rack for utensils and glasses helps to clean the items very well and leaves them super sparkly. I appreciate that the unit door pops open when the cycle is complete to alert me in case I am not home. I do wish that the unit came with a more helpful "quick start" guide that reviewed all of the different cycles. I felt like a lot of it was learn in the moment and Google search to figure it out.

It does a great job with glass dishes and doesn't damage my pots and pans. The drying function works really well I can take my dishes from the dishwasher back to my cabinets. I chose the stainless steel design to match my kitchen aesthetic and this is easy to clean and resists fingerprints and stains really well. The 3rd rack is great for my travel mug lids and larger utensils. This dishwasher is almost whisper quiet and is built with quality.

The auto open door at the end of the cycle in my opinion is the best feature and a must have for dishwashers. It helps the dishes dry much faster without leaving water marks behind. Another detail I appreciate is that each rack has its own dedicated water hose. That means all racks get a thorough cleaning. The wifi connection is also very convenient. I can check the status of a cycle and get notified when it’s done on my phone without having to be near the dishwasher. Overall, this dishwasher exceeded my expectations.

The only thing you hear are the gentle beeps when you're starting the dishwasher and the notification when it ends. Some of the best features I have found are the three racks (with the middle rack being adjustable, so you can move it up or down), the wire racks being adjustable; they can be pulled up or down to make space for larger items, and the pop open feature to continue drying your dishes is genius! My previous dishwasher, the dishes were SOAKING, now they are dry and barely need a dishtowel, if at all! A feature I won't be using, but appreciate is the fact there is a sanitizing setting! What a great feature for any new parent that has to go through tons of bottles each day! Also, if you appreciate some extra tech with your appliances, Samsung offers it with their SmartThings App, which makes it so you can connect to the washer to change settings as well as start and stop loads, and receive notifications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, who knew a dishwasher could be so amazingly quiet? With noise levels as low as 38 dBA, this dishwasher runs almost silently. My old dishwasher was from 2014 so it was time for an upgrade. I am so happy that I did the upgrade because WOW it was needed, especially for this model. It's StormWash technology cleans so well that you do not need to prewash. The 3rd rack washing system was a nice touch for cleaning cooking utensils. I love that it has Wi-Fi connectivity and syncs up to my SmartThings app along with my other Samsung appliances, as well as Alexa. Never had an interior and exterior light on a dishwasher before. The light on the outside lets me know that it is currently in use (since I cannot hear it when it is running). The interior light is well needed especially when I don't want to turn on the kitchen light to see to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The utensil basket has so much room I can't believe how much I can fit in it. My favorite of all has to be the Smart Dry with Auto Release Door. It automatically opens the door at the end of the cycle - improving drying performance and preventing moisture build up. Plus it talks at the beginning and plays music at the end of the cycles.
