It’s very easy to load and I like the different cycle options depending on how much I need to wash. The three racks make it easier to separate large and small dishes and fit a lot more in efficiently I like the top rack and the basket to wash cutlery, utensils and serve ware with ease. It’s very quiet and I really don’t hear it running so I can even run it at night without having any disturbances. The light on the door is great and it makes it easy to see that its still in wash cycle. I would definitely recommend it.

I especially like the AI Wash feature, which automatically adjusts pressure and time based on how dirty the dishes are—it’s worked flawlessly so far. The Stemware Zone is a thoughtful addition, keeping delicate glasses secure and spotless every time. Adjusting the racks with the 3-Step Height Adjuster is super easy, and makes loading big pots or tall glasses hassle-free. Performance-wise, it’s quiet, efficient, and everything has come out clean—even baked-on mess. It works very well and is easy to use. We did a test on it and put in an unrinsed cereal bowl that my son had left in his room for over a day and it cleaned it perfectly! I love that the top rack has space for glasses and it sprays directly into each glass. The dryer is great as well and does not leave any water spots. The design had a lot of thought put into it to truly maximize the space and amount that it could hold. I never imagined a dishwasher could be so different, but this one truly changes the dish washing experience. It also syncs up with our Samsung refrigerator and smart things app. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!!

I have had several Samsung dishwashers over the last 5 years and this by far is the quieter of them all, I hardly knew it was on. It operates at a quiet 38 DBA sound level and includes auto release and smart dry features. I love the auto release because it allows air to circulate in order to dry the dishes. No more wiping down the dishes with a rag. They come out spotless when you use a rinse aid. It offers AI wash cycles for customizable timing and cleaning intensity. I used the 60 minute wash and it was quick and washed all dishes well. The stainless steel fingerprint resistant finish matches all of my other appliances. It's easy to keep clean and can be wiped down with ease. I am pleased with this purchase, it has exceeded my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In context we had a very very old dishwasher that did it's best when cleaning (not very well) and seemed to get loader with every wash. Sounded like it had its own thunderstorm going on inside. I knew whatever we got was going to be an immense upgrade but I didn't know how far this would go. With the three dish washing racks I feel like organizing is even better which gives more attention to each individual items cleaning process. We put our pots, plates and utensils at the bottom, our bowls and cups on the second rack and our spatulas with lid cups at the top. I used to never include lid tops in my old dishwasher so I am so happy it now has a place to be cleaned without it getting thrown everywhere in the process. I think the sound level is the biggest selling point of this machine. I have never had a dishwasher be this quiet. At most it sounds like light scratching on a door if the whole house is quiet. With a tv going or just regular family noises you honestly can not tell that it's washes dishes. When we first installed it I had to keep checking my app to see if it was prewashing or washing (you really can't tell a difference). The second best feature is the auto-release door! Truly innovative! It was a constant reminder on the old dishwasher to "open the door, open the door, dont forget to open the door" when it was done with a cycle otherwise you'll deal with very wet dishes and a few towels to go through to dry them. The auto-release helps our busy minds and helps witht he remaining process of making the dishes ready for shelf. It won't completely get rid of all the water but it's still a lot better than what I am used to. The third most amazing feature is the lights. Thank you to whoever thought to install lights. Not only can it double as a night light in the kitchen but when my brother sneaks his dirty dishes in the middle of the night he doesn't need to turn on the big kitchen light to see since the inside has a perfectly bright light to use. I am so happy that our kitchen has come together and now looks beautifully cohesive. The stainless steel look now matches our Samsung fridge and Samsung oven making it look like a complete set. Would also like to mention that I feel like I can fit double the amount of silverware now than before yet still having room for pans, bowls and plates. Magic? I think so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung rarely misses for me and I'm pleased to report another winner! First of all, when they advertise whisper quiet, they aren't kidding. The only thing you hear are the gentle beeps when you're starting the dishwasher and the notification when it ends. Some of the best features I have found are the three racks (with the middle rack being adjustable, so you can move it up or down), the wire racks being adjustable; they can be pulled up or down to make space for larger items, and the pop open feature to continue drying your dishes is genius! My previous dishwasher, the dishes were SOAKING, now they are dry and barely need a dishtowel, if at all! A feature I won't be using, but appreciate is the fact there is a sanitizing setting! What a great feature for any new parent that has to go through tons of bottles each day! Also, if you appreciate some extra tech with your appliances, Samsung offers it with their SmartThings App, which makes it so you can connect to the washer to change settings as well as start and stop loads, and receive notifications.

As soon as you open the door you can see the pod detergent and rinse compartment tucked away in the door just like most dishwashers. There is high quality stainless steel inside and a deep and spacious tub is. Much bigger than my last dishwasher. You can see the silverware compartment is large and holds items in place. The racks glide easily and without wiggle and are well designed, holding about anything you can think of! The Bespoke has that third rack which I love and is a new feature for my family so getting them to use it will be entertaining. Each rack has its own cleaning sprayer nozzle which has so far been spectacular in cleaning my dirty dishes. Even the top rack has its own spray system for your cutlery and smaller items. Extra tip for larger dishes: My husband was bummed because when loaded with dinner plates the middle rack nozzle was blocked and did not spin. Then I showed him how to adjust the middle rack up so that all systems operated perfectly! Large 9-10 inch plates, tall wine glasses and bowls can be easily loaded and the nozzle will spin! The unique functions for the washer controls are concealed in the top of the door and have so many options. It will honestly take a year to go through them all but so far I have used Normal, AI Express and Storm and they all work as expected. No warped plastic and the dishes are super clean!
