I purchased a new HP 8125E printer and I'm very unhappy with the cost of the ink. I decided not to continue my subscription to the monthly ink because I won't use that much ink. You shut off my printer and couldn't use the ink supply that came with my printer. The HP 923 ink is very expensive and my printer won't even allow a cheaper ink made by another company. I won't buy from you again!!!

Doesn’t connect for scanning, frequently loses wifi connection, won’t feed paper from the top. HP sent me a bad printer cartridge that ruined my other great model but had to replace it with this piece of crap printer because they don’t make that model anymore.

I don’t know why printers can’t be hooked up direct to a computer and that WiFi is the only option. I’m not crazy about instant ink either. More times than I can count, the printer doesn’t print, sending documents into queue status, requiring a reset. One additional problem in my opinion is the paper tray. It’s too small.

I enjoy the print quality and easy of loading paper and ink. Maybe I did something incorrectly but my printer is set up as an Internet connection and the only way to print is to go into my phone settings and hook to it. It is a slower connection so when I am finished I have to disconnect to it and reconnect to my regular internet connection in order to browse the web.

I had gone from an HP to one of the Epson printers with the ink tank thinking that would save me some money. What I saved in money became a pain in taking care of the printer itself. I would have to constantly have to clean and realign the ink nozzles to get a proper print. Even worse it was the problem of one of the nozzles clogging so the print would not come out right. Now I am back with an HP and every thing is working properly and I am back to not having problems with prints.

Everything was fine until I ran out of ink the cost of ink costs more then the purchase of the unit also they lock your owned printer if try using any other companies ink and I never joined the ink program they have that traps people I purchased my printer and I will not support a corporation that tries to trap people they also removed anyway to unlock my owned machine unless I purchase overpriced ink cartridges no thank you I’m now a proud owner of a paperweight to hold my desk down it’ll end up in the trash soon enough

Very disappointed, Printer is extremely slow, and the overall print quality is poor and inconsistent. For the price, I expected much better performance and would not recommend this printer. HP please refund/or replace this print with a better one. I have only had for about 6 months. my last HP, I had for 5 or 6 good years

Absolutely nothing. Will not stay connect and I am unable to connect it without help. When it is connected the menu screen does not respond unless I hit it multiple times. Have only been able to use it several times since I bought it at the end of April. Have spent way too many hours with AI and technical help trying to connect it where it will stay on. It is a dud.

This printer sucks. You cannot anything directly from your computer. You have to first download the documents and save them. Then you have to go to the HP app on ypur computer and then find the documents you downloaded and then print them. Then it takes 3-5 minutes for the printer to boot up and start printing. My old hp was much easier.

I don't print a lot—only 50 to 100 pages per month. Every time I print something, the printer goes through some sort of self-check or prep. The heads and wheels are moving, but no paper is coming out. This usually takes about 90 seconds. It requires an internet connection to be able to use it, and setting it up with my computer's firewall took forever. It was constantly losing its connection to my computer. This is an awful printer.
