First printer I've ever bought and I love it. Pretty easy to set up for an old man. I enjoy being able to print or copy anything I want from my easy chair. It is my latest toy!!

Price was decent and the printer works. Setup was not flawless, it had some hiccups but we got it up and running. We previously were using an HP 8610 and this printer is MUCH slower in printing that the previous HP we had. Not overly happy with our purchase but it'll work for what we need it for.

I like this printer as it is easy to find any jam and remove such. What I don't like is the very low capacity for paper, half of what I had in my former printer. Also the tray that houses the paper feels very flimsey, and is very touchey. I have to pull put the stack of paper and re-arrange it many times after printing. As much as I like this printer I just don't think the quality is there. It is a much cheaper machine, and I am afraid it won't hold up like my prior printer. It is also slower than my prior printer.

Printing, air printing, and copying works great. However, the last HP printer was easy to scan and save to files. This printer requires too many steps to scan documents to file. I use my old HP printer for scanning, which is a waste of space and time.

This all in one printing, scanning and faxing center supposed to be better than previous 5 years old model and it is absolutely not. It cannot scan documents longer than 10 pages. Everyday it has some issues and needs to be rebooted. It sucks. Constantly printing empty paper between papers with texts. Does not recognize their own ink, unless it gets a reboot. It is a piece junk. I am thinking about switching to some Korean or Japanese brand.

I have not been happy with this new printer at all. I have always bought HP products. My computers, my printers and this printer has been the worst one ever.. It cuts the edge of an 8 1/2 by 11 paper off, its complicated just to scan anything anymore. It used to be simple and nowit is all complicated. I even put brand new HP ink cartridges in it and it said they were not HP . The inks were brand new and I had to run the print head cleaner 4 times to get it to print the black ink. It is just not a very good machine at all and I don't think I will ever buy another printer from HP again.

Expected a simple setup and connection to my desktop computer using a USB cable. Actual experience was not simple for a non-technical person. Had to load drivers to connect printer to Splashtop and scanner is awful. Had to adjust margins, Scanner is ridiculously slow compared to the Brother MFC 995DW that i have been using for 8 or more years.

I have had a lot of trouble with this product. I have had trouble setting it up and sometimes it just shuts down as if it has no electrical power. I would call HP Support but can't find a phone number to use.

Not user friendly and demands you use their app. Would not connect to hotel WiFi or via Bluetooth after 40 minutes of trying. Pass on this if you plan to travel with it.

Your typical cheap printer that eats up ink when you print 30 pages in color. No ink left and the year free is a joke. Returning this printer to the club soon.
