My old 6968 printer folded so I went with it's replacement, 8125e. I've never had a printer take so long to print anything. It sits and cycles on and on. And you have to open the drawer to add a check to print where as the 6968 you just put the check or paper in the open area and you're set. Who designed this?

Kept saying I was not connected to the internet and I definitely was, I checked several times and it still said"no connectivity" As far as I know I am not signed up for instant ink. I ordered XL cartridges, so if I am set up on instant ink, it needs to be canceled.

I appreciate the convenience of the Instant Ink service, although I occasionally experience latency issues that affect overall productivity. Additionally, the printer sometimes emits a persistent clicking noise, which typically resolves after a power cycle.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8128e All-in-One is garbage. Literally prints ONE PAGE then needs recalibrated. All fresh HP Ink. Sometimes it will print two pages, sometimes page 2 will fade out to gray nothing and you can recalibrate it again. Have run every printhead cleaning utility in the menu. Ultimately gave up and returned to store for a refund. DO NOT BUY

What did I like about it - nothing ! Every time I tried to print something it would give a printer error. I would have to shut the printer off and clear the errors off the computer. It would also cancel printed items part way through the print so I would get only partially printed items. I bought a Brother printer and haven’t had a single problem with it.

I printed 2 or 3 pages then the printer tried to do a firmware update. For some reason it could not do it and locked into a loop of trying and failing. Printer is unusable. I intend to take it to the Geek Squad to see if they can get it working but being handicapped I have to figure out how to carry it into the store.

Every time I print it cycles through some alignment procedure and it is very noisy. Not for early morning printing will wake the whole house. The final paper tray is 2" shorter than a piece of paper so the printed items never lay flat. The ink ran out so fast and the price of this ink is a deal breaker. Find a laser printer so you're not paying for inkjet ink!!

It is ridiculous to HAVE TO BUY a subscription to use this product!!! Why? I already paid for the whole thing! The deal about buying the ink subscription is totally ridiculous! I will never buy another HP laptop, printer or anything by HP ever again! #Brotherlaserprinter

This printer is very slow, making all kinds of noise just to print a single page. The wi-fi was difficult to setup (it kept going offline). I hate that I have to enter the printer pin every time I want to use the hp app to scan. This was not what I expected from an HP printer.

It works, but not as well as my hp envy that recently died. I like the insta ink. The plastic on this printer is flimsy and too easy to touch wrong and have to wait 20 mins for the printer to self-diagnose. The software is not simple, yet has very little improvements from 10 years ago. It’s just a little bit disappointing. I was expecting new and improved, but I got new and not as good. It’s a sign of the times I think. Seems like technology is going backwards. I’m guessing it’s to make more money, releasing a newer but not as good version … so you’ll want to replace it sooner.
