This printer is super easy to use, allows me to be economical using the automatic duplex feature, handles my printing needs efficiently -is an overall excellent machine. I do use paper for office jets instead of regular laser printers and the extra cost is negligible and worth it for the ease of using this printer. I am enjoying using this printer.

It doesn't do 2 side to 2 side printing like the HP6120e we had for 12years. The HP Instant Ink program continues to disappoint. It cancels our service without warning. No email or any thing, it's almost worth it to cancel the service and use someone else's ink. Our entire experience has been a disaster.

The set-up was easy. It's quick to do what I need done. Being able to print from phone, I-pad and laptop are great. I was needing something printing while I was at work, I was unable to print but was able to print from phone while I was at work made a big difference.

I had the previous version of this printer. 8020. The new model is so complicated I cannot get it to work. I downloaded the app and says drivers not installed. I’m not technical but this should have been an easy task. I cannot print a thing and still looking for someone to help.

It was a little confusing on set up , kept going back . Can print easily from phone but laptop doesn’t always print. I’ve had to download and install hp app multiple times on laptop trying to get it to print. HP has always been very easy , this is the first time I’ve had trouble, too much work just to try to print something quick. A little disappointing to say the least

Disappointed, somewhat.. although the printing side of things is good, the scanner/shortcuts/scan to cloud thing is buggy as hell.. every time i try to scan to OneDrive first thing in the morning, the printer throws a "network connection error" even tho it's still firmly on the network and never left it. Cancel that, try again 2 seconds later, and it works the 2nd time around.. rinse and repeat the next day or sometimes just a few hours later..

The printer has some quirks. When scanning from the printer, the document goes to neverland. However using the app, it will scan to your email. Print quality is good, but this thing uses a lot on ink. They advertise a 3 month free supply, but the ink was never received.

Print quality is great on regular paper. But if you print photos size 4x6 the photo paper does not stay in place and the print is blurring and off center. Not good for photos. Disappointing b/c I want to print a lot of photos and this printer is not good for that. As for when I started using printer, I have no idea. The date below is a total guess.

Bought this printer to replace an Epson that I had for quite a number of years. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with both the print quality, the HP printing app, and all the functionality of this printer. We definitely purchase another HP printer in the future.

I have used HP for at least 30 years with no problems. However, I finally had to buy a new printer and I do not like that the printer doesn’t work unless I have an automated ink and paper membership. It’s a waste of money and too costly for you to pull money out of my account on unscheduled times.
