The printer is great! It works as detailed. But, when I tried to sign up for the ink for a year. It failed in completing my request.

Seems to be a good printer but the set-up is very difficult. My previous HP printers were pretty much plug-and-play but not this one. Also it seems that HP designs a new print cartridge for each new printer, why can't existing cartridges be used?

Fast multi function printer. Print function was easy to set up, scanning less so. I'm using HP Smart to access scanning. Each time I set up direct scanning communication the printer looses it after reboot of computer.

ANY HP printer ending with an 'e' is just a box of troubles. The owner's are held hostage re: ink and how HP is monitoring your paper usage and supposed ink consumption. There are ways to get around the ink problem but why does the user have to do THAT? Set up is a pain and when the printer works it works well, that said, if it somehow stops working or goes off-line fa-get-aboud-it. I have owned nothing but HP printers for home use and worn out several, but this 'e' model is being sold.

Have hardly used it and now it's apparently out of ink. It also loses connectivity all the time and I have to troubleshoot it every time I need to print something. It seems like it takes 20 minutes to simply print a page. Can't wait for tax time when i'll need to print many documents.

Should have got a large format, it's ok, works fine

This is loud, cheaply made and difficult overall. I returned this item.

I have not been able to get the tray out of the printer to set up to print on envelopes

This is a great printer for print, scan. It was very easy to set up and connect with HP Ink!

Purchased this as a backup printer for the office while our laser MFC was in the shop. Works grat and was easy to set up.
