This printer is quiet, responsive and does a great job! So glad we updated! It is so easy to use!

This printer has everything I wanted--duplexing, easy scanning, easy set up and the size fits easily into the limited space I have for a printer.

The printer is great! It works as detailed. But, when I tried to sign up for the ink for a year. It failed in completing my request.

Great product to replace my old HP printer. Auto feed, easy print ink install, Instant Ink option is great.

Fast multi function printer. Print function was easy to set up, scanning less so. I'm using HP Smart to access scanning. Each time I set up direct scanning communication the printer looses it after reboot of computer.

Seems to be a good printer but the set-up is very difficult. My previous HP printers were pretty much plug-and-play but not this one. Also it seems that HP designs a new print cartridge for each new printer, why can't existing cartridges be used?

I have had a lot of trouble with this product. I have had trouble setting it up and sometimes it just shuts down as if it has no electrical power. I would call HP Support but can’t find a phone number to use.

Just what the Print Doctor ordered. Compact design. Easy to set up and connect to multiple computers. Excellent print quality. A great value. What more could you ask for?

First printer I've ever bought and I love it. Pretty easy to set up for an old man. I enjoy being able to print or copy anything I want from my easy chair. It is my latest toy!!

Your typical cheap printer that eats up ink when you print 30 pages in color. No ink left and the year free is a joke. Returning this printer to the club soon.
