Great printer !!!

This printer is not user friendly %26 the quality of the prints is bad. This is an issue if you sign up for the instant ink program as you pay per page printed. When you have to throw away 10 pages due to print quality you are throwing away money.

You can't use generic cartridges. if you sign up for the subscription ink and cancel at any point they lock your cartridge till you subscribe or pay again. to continue use you have to spend almost $100 on ink alone to be able to keep using it

Says "ink cartridges 923", so you assume it's the 2 cartridge type printer, right? Well it's not. It's the individual cartridges for each color. Now for the thrill of taking it back to the store for a refund. Do better with your ads Sam's Club.

Love printer, it's very fast. However I cannot figure out how to get the 1-year free ink as promised on the box. if anybody could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I've had several printers and this one is the worst. Constantly jammed, extremely slow. Have probably had it work once or twice with no issues. I hate this thing! Nothing but aggravation.

This has been hours of set up and connectivity issues with this printer. We needed to print a simple document and it's been nearly impossible. Returning and would not recommend purchasing unless you want to spend 500x the amount of time it should take to print 5 pages. The “help” is not helpful and says it's WiFi when the printer shows the connection and it's strong and are just told to restart router over and over.

Great Printer for the price. Alread received additional ink.

Impressive print quality, small size that packs a punch. great value, well worth the money.
