I love the glass panels how chewy the ice is and how easy it is to get, The ice works very efficiently, and I love the big screen, It’s easy to navigate through the settings to change anything you need, Even though it is a counter depth fridge it still has lots of storage space, And I love that there is a pitcher to use For lemon water or anything you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is great for a family our previous refrigerator was completely broken and we were not able to keep our food safe it was such a joy to have this refrigerator it keeps the food at safe temperatures there is a drawer that can double for Veggies or for deli meat and you can change the setting The icemaker was a little slow to work at first but now it seems to be making ice just on time. It keeps track of how much energy you’re using and saving, which is very efficient. We've been drinking a lot more water now with the beverage center and the refillable water pitcher is a really cool feature. The kids love the family hub for the ability to watch YouTube you can watch Samsung TV plus on it and you can play music so it's really nice it just livens up the kitchen. The space is huge. It fits very well into our preset space there’s enough rose to store things in different sizes and then the doors have a lot of capacity as well. It has AI vision, which can see what you’re putting into the fridge and taking out of it I can help you to keep track of what you have in your fridge. It’s really nice to be able to see what’s inside your fridge if you forget if you have milk or not, you can look inside your fridge from your phone.

The installation process was very smooth and we were able to use it right away. The screen is very intuitive, and it was very easy for us to set everything up. The fridge itself is very spacious, and the drawers slide in and out very smoothly. The tap feature is helpful for when your hands are full, and for a faster door opening experience, the handles don't offer much resistance if you choose to open the door manually. The cameras show off the contents of the door bins for all your "staring and deciding" needs while still staying efficient. Food has been keeping very well, and we haven't had any issues with heat loss. The screen also tells us what temperature the zones are at and allows us to change it if necessary. The ice machine works great, but if the path for the ice to fall is blocked, you'll need to clear it yourself before it can continue producing more ice.

The product failed in 6 months. Took a week to repair. The repair made it worse, and all my fridge stuff got frozen. Been waiting for a week now for someone to come in an repair this. Samsung, get your act together. Just good looking products are not enough.

It's full of features that make it easy to use, convenient, and overall more enjoyable to use a fridge in general. It has plenty of space for everything you can think of, monitors energy usage very well, and gives easy access to things you need to quickly use or find. I was also amazed to find out the Family Hub can act as a Matter hub, which is a plus in my opinion. The fridge also just looks clean and modern. The downfall, which I think is a massive problem, is that it aggressively tries to make you use Amazon Alexa...so much so that it pins a notification for it in the Family Hub. I'm surprised any tech out there limits or forces smart assistant usage anymore. I have a Google-based home, so this feature is not only useless to me, but I can't use Google Home on the fridge and it's honestly obnoxious that it appears in so many places. Most devices nowadays are compatible with all smart assistants - so not only limiting, but forcing only two, is problematic considering the cost of the fridge...and it doesn't help with how few apps there are available for it. So I'd have to say the software is unfortunately lacking and, when it comes to smart assistants, it's honestly annoying. That aside, it's a great fridge and I hope Samsung puts out further updates to change the software issues.
