Solid Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the fridge for over a week now, there are many pros and just a few cons. It has such a beautiful design that compliments any kitchen. The two tone makes it pop. The best feature of the fridge is the beverage center. With the auto fill pitcher, filling up my glass of water has been a breeze. The door assist feature is great too, and I’m sure people with accessibility issues will find it to be the best feature. The built-in touchscreen is great. It runs Tenzin OS not Android so you’re losing a lot of features but as a fridge, you don’t need that. Just the basics. The AI features are great too and using the smart things app makes it easier to see what’s in your fridge. The screen is somewhat optional to use not required for the full function of the fridge that is there and I’m sure people could find a lot of uses for it. My only con is the glass portion of the fridge is a fingerprint magnet and the bottom drawer is a bit hard to pull out but overall this has been an amazing fridge. Anybody looking to get a new fridge should consider the four-door French style Samsung refrigerator.

No better fridge!

Wholesome product!

The built-in recipes are honestly amazing—simple, easy to follow, and perfect for busy families. It takes the guesswork out of meal planning, and everything we’ve tried so far has turned out great. Where's your Service

I equipped my entire kitchen with Samsung Bespoke product, purchasing a new Samsung Refrigerator ( >$3200), Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave direct from Samsung. I went direct thinking that customer service and all the other aspects of quality would be met. However, after a little over two years (just after the warranty period) my dishwasher (bespoke) stopped working. I contacted Samsung Service and the responsiveness has been horrible. We spoke about the warranty and even purchasing a new one and never got a call back. I'd like this email sent to senior leadership at Samsung as I look for a remedy. My kitchen is now equipped with a boat anchor and the label on that anchor is Samsung. My junk Maytag lasted longer and if this is not remedied I will let every rating service know NOT to purchase Samsung, especially direct. If I sound upset, I am. I call service and never hear back. I call the warranty group and all they care about is maximizing profit by charging me >$300 for a 1-yr warranty and then call me back.

Do not purchase appliances from Samsung.

My Samsung appliances are five years old. I redid my kitchen and got Samsung refrigerator range and dishwasher. I've had a problem with every single Appliance. I had to replace my dishwasher because the tub was rotted out in four years after I purchased it, which is unheard of I called Samsung and they told me they would give me money towards another Samsung Appliance, which I would never bought a Samsung appliances ever again the TV I would they make great TVs but not the appliances. I had a problem with my range. I have a double oven had a problem with that same thing they could not fix it for me so I had to pay somebody else to come in and fix it. The temperature was off got that fixed. Their customer service is not so helpful. They kept telling me that it went past the warranty, which I feel if they tub in a dishwasher watched out in four years they should stand behind their product. I've had dishwashers for 1012 years. I've never had the tub get rusty. Was not a cheap dishwasher not a cheap range either my refrigerator. I have the swamp refrigerator when I first bought it I have problems with it. They had to come twice and repair that for me. My ice cubes were falling out of there, and it was a problem that was recalled, but Samsung never sent a recall notice to me letting me know that my refrigerator was recalled and they would fix it. I had somebody else come fix it and they told me that I had to call Samsung and let them know that I'm having a problem with the ice cube because they should fix it. They fix it for free because it was recalled but never did I get a notice asking me if I have that refrigerator and that they would come and fix it. All I know is I would come home from work and there were ice cubes all over my floor. Their customer service is no help. They wanted me to pull the range from my counter. Take it out. How do they expect a woman to take out a whole range they should've sent somebody to come look at it. It's only four years old when I had the prompt with it, they came and fixed my range two times they sent when it was under warranty and still there problems with it I would never recommend Samsung appliances, but I do recommend Samsung TVs
