I would strongly recommend this product!!! We had been searching for a fridge after having a 20 year old refrigerator but ours stopped working well so we decided to go shopping for one. We saw this one and HAD TO GET IT. The 4 doors are really helpful, the top drawer from the bottom is helpful if you have a bad back and need to access something quick.

But other than that it stores a ton of storage and I love the feature that it opens automatically and when baking or making sweet treats it opens by itself

We bought a Samsung four-door 4 1/2 years ago And the icemaker stopped working luckily We were under warranty so We Were refunded the money promptly And went and got another refrigerator This time we have the pull out beverage drawer Which we absolutely love and a big screen which is better than the last one. we love this product would recommend it.

I love this refrigerator! This new model is incredibly convenient. The motion sensors that automatically open the doors are such a cool feature, and the large touchscreen makes it easy to display your favorite family photos. It's both stylish and functional!

Things I love: the accessibility of the beverage center, the sleek design and space of this fridge. Having a flex drawer is salsa nice so beverages are taking up prime fridge space for food items. The technology is is fairly easy to use and user friendly as well, as well as getting it paired up with the Smart Things app. Still working out the ‘items removed' from fridge notifications and pictures, unsure if this will be helpful to us in the future to manage shopping. The autofill water pitcher a wonderful perk - we use it daily and the refill is fast. Things to consider: The French doors are glass and do not have handles, so regular wiping down the surface to clear finger prints will be a regular thing. I wish the door storage shelves could be configured and not stationary. There's items that are too tall that I wish could be stored there. Overall it's a sleek, intuitive large fridge, and we're very happy with our purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is great except it keeps disconnecting from wifi and pops up a message that does not go away except if manually removing it and even though it reconnect to the internet on its own and is not even a internet issue since wifi is strong and no other issues in the house seem for disconnections in other samsung devices

The ice maker makes both small and large cubes and I love the convenience of the water station! Can't wait to show it off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased fridge for the technology and capacity. Overall, it has great features. The large screen opens lots of options so no need for a family planner or communication board. Two types of ice a very nice have. The only issue I've had so far is, after replacing the water filter, a severe leak occurred. After removing and replacing again it appears to have solved the issue. Given the price, would have preferred a more simple process of replacing the filter. Bottom line, great features such as ice options, extreme tech features and wifi connectivity were the ultimate selling point for me. Long term expectations remain skeptical. But that's what we get when we want so much technology added to cold storage.
