[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The built in water jug and dispenser are a game changer. The dual ice a added plus. What i di not like was the middle drawer is plastic, which my other samsung was steel. The smart screen is OK, camera is meh, ai of food in n out is meh.

This new Bespoke AI 4-door French door refrigerator is beautiful. There's plenty of space for everything. I like the touchless door feature and the water pitcher is a great touch. I just received it and put it in Power Cool & Power freeze mode. It does take a different filter than its predecessor, the Family Hub. So far so great!

This fridge looks awesome. The matte black finish is great because it doesn't show fingerprints at all. ​Having the two doors on top means everything you use daily is right at eye level, And i love the computer screen im thinking of what art slide show to put on it. And the two freezer drawers on the bottom make it super easy to organize frozen food without having to dig through a giant pile. It's got a good amount of room, keeps everything perfectly cold, and just makes the whole kitchen look way upgraded.

We bought a Samsung four-door 4 1/2 years ago And the icemaker stopped working luckily We were under warranty so We Were refunded the money promptly And went and got another refrigerator This time we have the pull out beverage drawer Which we absolutely love and a big screen which is better than the last one. we love this product would recommend it.

So far I've had it three days and all is well! It's a bit so much bigger than my previous four-door Samsung Refrigerator that was six years old that was working fine. We wanted to get the new Bespoke in black with the screen. The screen is phenomenal to keep up with things you need to do today the weather etc. plus the integration with smart things , Ai and Alexa is great too! Overall 100% love the product.

I would strongly recommend this product!!! We had been searching for a fridge after having a 20 year old refrigerator but ours stopped working well so we decided to go shopping for one. We saw this one and HAD TO GET IT. The 4 doors are really helpful, the top drawer from the bottom is helpful if you have a bad back and need to access something quick.

disability is the word when it comes to this refrigerator oh man the consistency and ergonomics of the curvature the doors in the inside it keeps everything so cold recognition for being the goat I do think maybe the light could have a little bit more responsiveness but all in all I would give this a 8/13

The accessibility on this fridge is fantastic — everything is easy to reach and organize, which makes a huge difference in daily use. The Family Hub features are a standout too; being able to pull up YouTube right on the fridge screen is such a nice touch for cooking along to recipes or just having something on in the kitchen. I love the color because it matches all my black stainless steel appliances though this is not black stainless steel. The AI is taking time to get used to but it has a lot at your fingertips. I love that it keeps track of the food we use and you can make a list. It doesn't have handles but you can opt for auto open it handle underneath. It's really great!
