​I absolutely love this refrigerator! The touchscreen is super easy and convenient to use. The auto-open door feature is fantastic, especially when my hands are full. Having the ice maker and storage located in the freezer section at the bottom is also really practical. Overall, it's a great appliance!

I fell in love with this refrigerators look as soon as it was delivered. In no time the cooling was kicking in allowing me to move items from my old refrigerator into the current refrigerator. Samsung consistently exceeds my expectations. I like the accessibility of the shelves and how I can adjust them if needed. I like being able to be organized having that fourth drawer that can be a refrigerator or freezer type option. The consistency of the products is what keeps me coming back.

I love the fridge so far. Set up was a little convoluted, but I've got the hang of the menus now. I love how much room it has inside and the 2 types of ice cubes is awesome. I hope it lasts for several years, it's definitely a game changer when it comes to refridgerators.

We recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke 4‑Door AI Family Hub, opting for the larger 29 cu. ft. model since we had the space for it. Overall, we’re very pleased with the upgrade.What stands out most is the AI Family Hub. We’ve always relied on our fridge for notes and reminders, and the Hub makes everything far more organized. The calendar and recipe search features have quickly become part of our daily routine.We also appreciate the left-side door design, which opens to provide easy access to the water pitcher and water outlet. The ice maker placement in the main freezer compartment is another improvement — it frees up valuable space in the refrigerator section.The redesigned drawers are a noticeable upgrade as well. On our previous model, the bottom drawer frequently slipped off track, but this new design feels sturdier and more reliable.Overall, the combination of smart features, thoughtful layout, and improved storage makes this a purchase we’re very happy with.

What changed 1 large screen- not that important. 2 location of ice- maker - very important and very good. 3 pitches with autofill- very important and probably the whole beverage center was a biggest selling point. 4 looks more sharp then rounded - like it . 5 modern applications and some of the options.

The Cooling features are awesome. It took about 2 hours for my fridge and freezer to reach temperature upon delivery. The organizational space is perfect for large quantities and families.

But other than that it stores a ton of storage and I love the feature that it opens automatically and when baking or making sweet treats it opens by itself

My two favorite features are the icemaker and the hidden water dispenser, which also doubles as a Water infuser. This was a dream for me because I love cucumbers, lemons and fruit in my water. We had the family hub previously with the water port on the outside, and I was pleased with that refrigerator, we needed more freezer space for our family. This refrigerator definitely delivered. The design is sleek and edgy, while also being functional snd high end. The icemaker is a dream. You can have pellet ice or regular ice. No need for a separate ice machine. We decided to go with the Bespoke because we were familiar with the family hub as we had itbefore and really enjoyed All of the fun features for the kids, like doodling, leaving notes for each other, we’re watching their favorite cartoon. I enjoy cooking and watching TV or listening to music. The features are endless and the app puts everything Smart things app puts everything at my fingertips. The AI Smart feature recognizes when the filter needs to be changed, it allows you to check the cooling on the refrigerator It just makes everything so accessibl. It allows you to look in the refrigerator to see if you need to purchase certain groceries. Finally, the hands-free door open feature was a must have for me with small ones always running up, touching the refrigerator. It was driving me crazy to constantly have to clean the stainless steel. It is A well built quality product, and a compliment to any kitchen.
