The layout of the fridge and cold drawer is great. The freezer with ice tray installed is a bit of a pain at times but nothing enough for a drop in stars. Setting power consumption and being able to review has dropped our electric bill by at least $50. We have guests for the summer and they love the ability to bring up our security cameras on the screen to know when their ride has arrived or to watch news as they prepare their lunches.

It's a great product, however I was under the impression that it can download apps but it only allows the pre installed ones. Also, the door which has the water tank is very thick and doesn't allow much space to open. Therefore, you must have a much larger gap away from the wall to open than a usual fridge door. Besides these 2 inconveniences for me, the fridge works very well. It cools perfectly and has a lot of room and deep drawers. I am pleased with the large hub and its apps are convenient and very helpful. I love the food recipes suggestions.

Very easy to set up via WiFi connection via Smart Things. Took just over 24 hours to initially get cool and freezer to freeze. I don't see a setting to set the volume of ice produced. I would like to see a little more ice produced.

I purchased this back in November of 2025 and since we've had it we haven't had any problems (knock on wood). I read a lot of bad reviews but decided to just give it a try because everyone has their own version of what they expect out of their new appliances. The ice maker does take time when it's first hooked up in your house. But that is normal I think. I really love this fridge and my kids do too. I would highly recommend getting this one if you're looking for a new one!

Have had the fridge for a week and are thoroughly enjoying it. Appreciate the integration with SmartThings and how it allows us to check on the equipment remotely, make changes, add shopping list, etc...from our phones. I had this thing hooked up for an hour and turned on the full power cooling mode and it was to temp within 20 minutes of turning that on. Phenomenal Noise: 9/10. It's not the most quiet fridge you'll ever hear, but, overall, for how large it is, it is very manageable. Functions: 12/10 Are you kidding me? This thing literally does everything. The AI is a really solid feature, and the media capabilities makes it even better. If I had one single gripe, it would improving the text page. I'd like to have a simple grocery list viewable at all time, but the device seems to struggle with that. You have to physically tap on the text to see the whole list. It's an easy fix, though, with a small software update. Size: It's huge! You would think it would be clunky and too far out into your kitchen walking path, but the smart design of the under door handles gives it a MUCH better silhouette.
