This refrigerator is just so much more! Everything you woulld expect in a refrigerator is what you get, but also more beautifully packaged. The avaialbilty to do tracking, meal planning, knowledge of products inside the refrigerator, keeping track of what is used are just a few of the amazing fun features. When you have counter depth needs, there isn't any better. It is difficualt to find ones to meet the size requirements that ALSO have good space inside. That sounds easy, but how you store things and how many things you can store make a big difference. Onto the freezer, it absolutey stores more than it looks and I was concerned about the ice being stored in the freezer and continually needing to open for the ice but there is a little frost but no issue. We live in an area where you use ice 10-15 times a day, so it is expected for the usage. Middle drawer is not as deep as our previous refrigerator and there are not may changes you can make for inside shelf adjustments, but we had already identified that when we were shopping and comparing. No question we made an excellent decision choice!

The auto-open door feature is fantastic, especially when my hands are full. Having the ice maker and storage located in the freezer section at the bottom is also really practical. Overall, it's a great appliance!

It looks beautiful in our kitchen and gives the space a very clean, modern, and high-end look. The inside is spacious, well organized, and has plenty of room for groceries and drinks. So far, the refrigerator has been quiet and keeps everything consistently cold. We also love the sleek design and how easy it is to keep everything organized. It definitely feels like an upgrade from a traditional refrigerator. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke fridge to anyone looking for something stylish, spacious, and functional.

The interior camera feature is great but it would be nice if it would auto rotate the images so you did not have to orient the package to avoid upside down photos. The Voice opening feature is great but a little slow.

Third the ice was at the door too. Fourth you can shrink the picture to your taste when you do the screen saver. I had a previous family hub fridge and it was better to my opinion. Also when you click and app it takes a little bit to open it.

The water dispenser with automatic refill is awesome. The doors are easy open and makes everything in our fridge accessible. So many features that we are learning more as we go and will continue to give props to Samsung for these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using for a couple months now. It is spacious. We like the auto refill for the water pitcher located on the door. This leaves more space for food items. We also like the easy accessibility to the inside shelf on the door. The self open doors are a wasted feature. We like the ice cube selection. I am not fond of the lid that covers the ice cube bins. This lid does not slide well. I do like the double freezer drawers. I place frequently used items on the top drawer. I am still deciding on the top front doors which are glass. I really like the interface. The feature that tracks what you take out and put in the fridge to me is annoying. My calendar syncs with my phone a very nice feature. I like the separate compartment with the temperature control for each. I do not like that the crisper drawers do not have a separate temperature control. There is more shelf space makes it easier to get to items in the fridge. The overall look fits with my other appliances.
