[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own many Samsung products.I love all of them.We finally decided to upgrade our older Samsung refrigerator,with their newest bespoke refrigerator with the 32" screen.I am loving my new refrigerator,especially the big screen.Been playing around with it for a few days,amazed with all you can do,like having a computer in your refrigerator.Also love the automatic door opener,especially when you're hands or full.Very well built with a lot of room inside . Can't forget about the beverage center,and especially the ice feature,that makes cubed and bite size ice in separate sides.So far we are loving this,and I highly recommend this refrigerator...

I bought this fridge a year ago. I have loved it so far. Just got my software update this morning so I clicked it. Immediately i noticed the calendar is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. The previous one had such nice writing on the top. This one looks generic and so so ugly. I wish there was an option to customize.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the fridge for over a week now, there are many pros and just a few cons. It has such a beautiful design that compliments any kitchen. The two tone makes it pop. The best feature of the fridge is the beverage center. With the auto fill pitcher, filling up my glass of water has been a breeze. The door assist feature is great too, and I’m sure people with accessibility issues will find it to be the best feature. The built-in touchscreen is great. It runs Tenzin OS not Android so you’re losing a lot of features but as a fridge, you don’t need that. Just the basics. The AI features are great too and using the smart things app makes it easier to see what’s in your fridge. The screen is somewhat optional to use not required for the full function of the fridge that is there and I’m sure people could find a lot of uses for it. My only con is the glass portion of the fridge is a fingerprint magnet and the bottom drawer is a bit hard to pull out but overall this has been an amazing fridge. Anybody looking to get a new fridge should consider the four-door French style Samsung refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator looks great. I love that it has space for milk which is an upgrade from our last Samsung refrigerator. I also love that the drawers in the freezer open to view both areas. Another upgrade from the last model. The beverage center is nice. Makes it easy and the auto water refill pitcher is perfect. Ice is also really good and it makes a nice amount. I think that having two options of the type of ice is great. It makes it seem like you have a lot more. I am disappointed with the cosmetic defects however. There are some weird pieces sticking out of the sides. Almost like a white sticky foam. It is attached to the fridge so cannot be removed. Not aesthetically pleasing. Doesn’t affect the use of the refrigerator however. I would definitely still recommend. Another great feature is the large screen. The AI technology helps my family know what we need to buy. It monitors everything going in and out. It is like a huge smart phone in the kitchen. I give the fridge 7/10!

Takes a little time and tech savvy to get all your different media accounts added. There are plenty of video how to’s and features included for you to research. This will be the center of attention in your kitchen and everyone that comes over just loves it. I really love that the Ring App pops up on it to see who’s at the front door. Spacious interior and beautiful exterior. Not much more you could want in a refrigerator.

Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Home in Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless Steel for about a month now, and I’m really happy with it. One of the most helpful features is the AI view inside the fridge. It shows actual pictures of what’s in there, which is a lifesaver when I’m out shopping and can’t remember if we’re low on something. The Family Hub is something my whole household uses. Our favorite feature on it is the calendar—we use it every day to keep track of everyone’s schedules. It’s been a huge help in keeping us organized. We also leave little notes or reminders for each other, and sometimes we’ll pull up a recipe video right from the door while cooking. The cooling performance is strong, and everything stays fresh. I especially love the middle drawer. We use it for quick grab items like string cheese, deli meat, fruit cups, and yogurt. It’s super convenient for packing lunches or snacks. If I had to pick my favorite feature overall, I’d say it’s the smart view of the inside of the fridge. It actually surprised me how useful that turned out to be. It’s made grocery shopping more efficient and cuts down on food waste too. This fridge looks sleek and modern, and setup was quick and easy. Not only do we have plenty of room, but the technology on this fridge is over the top. Once connected to wifi and the Samsung SmartThings App, the huge display is a source of entertainment. From Samsung TV, to music, to Amazon Alexa, to Ring cameras and more, there's no end to what you can display. I can find recipes, and make a grocery list all in one step. The kids like to doodle and make notes on the whiteboard too! The Flex Drawer can be customized and temperature cooled appropriately based on its contents. The Dual Ice Maker is located in the freezer, and we have had good luck keeping the buckets full. And I absolutely love the Beverage Center! Located in the left main door, you can get water from the internal dispenser or from the AutoFill Water Pitcher. The storage is abundant, and we have no problem with space for our active family of 4! I highly recommend this product and look forward to many years of enjoyment!
