The half door on the left side leads to easy access to water or favorite drinks. Topping off the efficency & luxury of this fridge is the full 36 inch panel size family hub is so convenient for many of daily functions. Easy to connect to android phones Google or any other compatible device. The hub has many visibility options, apps, photo display and adjustments for the fridge itself I am 100% Satisfied with this refrigerator.

This is our 3rd Samsung fridge in 3 homes, we even replaced the 1 year old fridge that came with our last home purchase. And the fridges get better with each one; the Family Hub is larger, AI. Capabilities have grown and the auto open door feature is new. The capacity is as expected and well laid out and Smartthings helps keep an eye on power usage.

I love that it’s customizable and fits our style perfectly. There’s plenty of space, and the organization makes everything easy to find. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been 6 months now since I purchased this very nice looking refrigerator and so far so good. The only issues I have is the ice maker makes a big chunk of ice on the bite size side and the left side door rattles when you shut it.

We do not recommend this refrigerator if you are purchasing it because of the AI family hub with screen and internet connectivity. We are now on our second refrigerator since purchasing it less than three weeks ago. The first one was delivered defective because the screen would not even turn on. We then had to have a replacement delivered, and the replacement’s screen has gone dark within two weeks of having been delivered. Samsung offers this refrigerator in the same configuration without a screen and the opening doors - that might be a less problematic version of this model. However, if the quality control from Samsung is so bad that the screens don’t work it causes me to question their overall quality control. On top of that, they don’t provide a meaningful users manual to help us troubleshoot this problem and I’ve spent time on their website trying to find a user’s manual without success - if it exists then it is hidden somewhere or not otherwise obvious. I am frustrated by this product and the investment.

We got it for the cool appearance and electronic interface front panel.....but found we love the interior and function perhaps even more! Capacity is great - and easy to organize food groups.... absolutely LOVE the beverage center and ice maker and ease of setting everything up. This was a life changing purchase - so happy we got it!

We use it as both options depending on needs. Easy to find things in fridge. Stuff fits. Love the ability to turn the ice on or off with app and alerts if the fridge door isn’t closed on app.
