The delivery took a long time with much back n forth on transport. The videos and booklet were great but a couple parts not synced. 1 piece was missing and it was expedited to us and she's complete. The platform tricky and an added cost. Plus the final hardware to do final attaching an extra cost. My 11 yr old son did most the work so not super hard. Overall the size and design are great but I have overspent on this

The shed is very sturdy and i'm satisfied now......I believe they packed the wrong floor piece under the right door because the right door didn't fit at all. I drilled my own holes and separated the floor to make the door fit. An ordinary home owner would not have had the tools or patience to do that. I did because i didn't want to argue or wait a few weeks for a new one because it was almost completed at that point. Also, the free shipping was from a trucking Co which doesn't have trucks other than large tractor trailers so it wouldn't fit down my street, therefor I had to pick it up at their facility. Glad I have a pickup truck. Looks great and very strong but painful process.

I purchased this shed 5-6 years ago during the summer. This last winter, the skylights started leaking, one is buckled and one is just slightly leaking. I called and spoke to Hunter, who told me how to find the model number and product code. In a matter of 15 minutes, total, he had a replacement order completed without any other hassle. We bought this a short time ago, and just last evening the shed was completed. We wish we would have gotten a bigger one. It is so cute, it looks like a doll house. It does take at least three people to assemble it, but it is very sturdy. I would have given 5 stars, but the directions are rather hard to follow according to my husband.

I recommend you to take your time in assembly. If you take your time and read the instructions carefully you will not regret it. The shed was easy to assemble and all the parts were included. The only difficult part of it all was getting it from the truck to the house. Estees trucking did a great job in helping me get the shed to my back patio. The shed looks great and you will not be disappointed.

I bought the 10' by 8' outdoor storage shed February 14. It took until Monday, March 18. We are pleased with everything about the shed-the price, assembly, people with whom we worked-except for the following: -We paid extra for "installation". That meant assembly, not installation. We had to completely prepare the ground/foundation before they came to assemble.Had we known, we would not have paid for "installation"; my husband could have done that himself. We were paying for what we thought was installation that would not require anything on our part. -I had to contact the company assembling the shed twice before they gave us a date for assembly. Though they responded quickly, it took a month from purchase until assembly.

Shed is durable and looks good. A few small quirks with the installation, including screws that weren't ideal for certain installation parts. Prior experience with tools and assembly of complex features is helpful. Definitely requires two capable individuals to assemble. Appears to be a quality item that has great space.
