[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with this shed. It went together fairly easily. We were missing one of the roof panels and the customer service was top notch. They sent the new panel out very quickly. I'm pleased with the water-tightness of the shed and the space is fantastic.

The process was a bit challenging but we did it. Follow directions as they wrote it, and you'll be fine. Don't skip the last few pages to level out the door frame!! End result was so worth it. No maintenance, no insect nests to worry about, and plenty of room!

This company is unbelievable as we were putting together the shed and I noticed parts were missing I just called told the customer service rep. what parts were missing and they shipped it to me and I had it within a week the customer service is excellent they are very very helpful and they ship you whatever you need I will never buy another shed from another company but lifetime it's an excellent company to deal with and thank you.

Upon contacting lifetime, I was politely greeted by a CSR who helped me order my missing items. He also caught an item I almost ordered incorrectly and proceeded to order the correct one. A good CSR can keep customers returning just as much as a bad CSR can lose repeat business. I'll definitely continue purchasing Lifetime products.

I tried buying this shed for a year and it kept becoming unavailable every month so I back ordered it! When I did that I received it the same month! Unfortunately there is a roof cap missing and about 20 screws!! I contacted customer service and they were very helpful will email me and ship parts out this week! I haven't gotten email yet so I hope I get the parts soon so we can close up the shed as it already rained and the shed is built with hole in roof!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the 10 x 8 Lifetime shed. I strongly suggest that you do pre-assembly prior to putting the shed up. It will save a lot of time. During my pre-assembly I discovered that they sent me 3 of the left side gables and one of the right side gable, so needless to say this put a crimp in my plans to assemble it that weekend. Keep in mind parts may not be where you would expect them to be. One of the parts to the truss was packaged with the steel rods. I had to wait 5 days to receive a replacement gable, so you should verify that all the correct parts are in the boxes before scheduling an install date with friends and/or family. It took 4 of us 3 1/2 hours to assemble the shed. I do not suggest you try and assemble this product on your own. One bit of advice is to make sure that when you install the skylights into the roof (during pre-assmbly) that you completely seal the outside edges with a silicone caulk to help prevent any leakage from them. Overall it is a very good looking and sturdy shed with a lot of room for storage. Hopefully it holds up over the years.

My installer Rodney placed order for parts, showed up and installed what he could, placed another order for what was missing, but part was wrong again and parts being shipped over night. Installer doing a good job just parts sent wrong from warehouse. I am confident this time will be right. Colby helped me at Lifetime so I have a contact.

I didn't find it difficult to put together as some previous reviews. Maybe because my wife and I make a great team. It took us about 10 hours to build. The lifetime videos were a big help. Drawbacks: We didn't think about the window panel placement until we were building the backside. Our window panel now faces 3 feet off our fence. It's plastic. The screws don't tighten like wood. I was worried I was going to pull them. I don't have the confidence they are tight. Corner panels took awhile to install. Overall: it's going to fit our needs.

Missing critical parts that prevented getting shed done on time, but Lifetime customer service was very supportive in getting parts shipped expeditiously. Instructions very complicated and not all parts labeled made it a challenge for someone who has experience putting stuff together. I would not recommend a novice attempt putting this shed together. All and all, very satisfied with the final product. Very sturdy shed and doesn't leak.
