Shed arrives in two boxes very well packaged. Directions need to be read carefully and one needs to pay attention to put it together. I had all but one screw that connected as expected. Overall very impressed with the shed. It did take me longer than to anticipated length of time to assemble, but still give it 5/5 stars.

We bought this a short time ago, and just last evening the shed was completed. We wish we would have gotten a bigger one. It is so cute, it looks like a doll house. It does take at least three people to assemble it, but it is very sturdy. I would have given 5 stars, but the directions are rather hard to follow according to my husband.

Fairly easy to put together. A third person makes installation easier especially when installing the roof. The only downside to this shed is the back window that you can open isn't designed well. I replaced mine with a 18”x19 1/2” piece of plexiglass. Otherwise it is a great shed.

This company is unbelievable as we were putting together the shed and I noticed parts were missing I just called told the customer service rep. what parts were missing and they shipped it to me and I had it within a week the customer service is excellent they are very very helpful and they ship you whatever you need I will never buy another shed from another company but lifetime it's an excellent company to deal with and thank you.

I purchased this shed 5-6 years ago during the summer. This last winter, the skylights started leaking, one is buckled and one is just slightly leaking. I called and spoke to Hunter, who told me how to find the model number and product code. In a matter of 15 minutes, total, he had a replacement order completed without any other hassle. Best customer service I've had in a very, very long time. Quick, efficient, done. Thank you Hunter!

I didn't find it difficult to put together as some previous reviews. Maybe because my wife and I make a great team. It took us about 10 hours to build. The lifetime videos were a big help. Drawbacks: We didn't think about the window panel placement until we were building the backside. Our window panel now faces 3 feet off our fence. It's plastic. The screws don't tighten like wood. I was worried I was going to pull them. I don't have the confidence they are tight. Corner panels took awhile to install. Overall: it's going to fit our needs.

Living in Colorado means living with hail storms and three in one day took out the skylight on my Lifetime shed. I called customer service and they said they'd send a replacement skylight at no charge. Excellent I thought but then I wanted for almost a month and it didn't show up. After I called them they had it to me within a week. I'd have rated them 5 stars but for the slow delivery.

Well we received it sooner than what it said. Which of course was great. After reading all the reviews it was in our expectations. Then of course we read all the instructions which I must say to bad they really don't know how to read. Or label things the right way. We figured it out by ourselves. It wasn't our first rodeo. Which was a good thing. It took us only about one day. If we would have started in the morning instead of the afternoon we would have had it all done in daylight. Especially since we had to figure out about some of the pieces. We always lay everything out in to piles & then start from there. I'm sure glad we had it done in a few hours though.

Needed to correct a packaging mistake and talked with Colby at Lifetime Products. He was knowledgeable, personable and gave superb customer service. Within minutes he solved our problem and we are very grateful to have had such excellent service from your company.
